Somehow, that would make sense for knights to enjoy sugary things. Sugar was a good thing in moderation and too much of it was unhealthy for the average human. “I do agree on that. Even knights like my personal guard should have sugar too.” A reply came from the ambassador when she gets impatiently poked at by her shiny Hatenna. “Patience, my dear. I’ll get your drink a straw.” Like a mother calming down an antsy toddler, she plucks out four straws from the dispenser too and takes out the Hatenna’s strawberry boba tea to poke that straw in.[break][break]

“Here.” Elise gives Irisviel her boba tea as the long hair flap from the small psychic type Pokemon happily takes the tea for her to sip on the straw. When asked by the young girl over what the royal ambassador ordered, Elise lists off what teas she ordered for herself and the company she’s with. “I ordered earl grey for myself, the strawberry milk tea with grass jellies for Iris here, and two brown sugar boba teas for Remiel and Cadeyrn.”[break][break]

She’d wonder if Remiel really liked boba tea himself, he was the kind to like regular old tea. Maybe the ambassador thinks her eldest cousin should try new things.

An ambassador’s job was a great responsibility, one that Remiel had taught to her when she had been first sworn in. “It does have greater responsibility and I would be happy to shoulder it, so that Remy can live his best life.” Her mind wanders back to Remiel when she speaks with the blond man. “But I think it is much more of a breather than being the heir to the Galarian throne.”[break][break]

If she was the heir apparent, she wouldn’t know what to do and it was something that added a lot more anxiety. It was no surprise that her aunt would ever consider her to be the nation’s next monarch unless Remiel vouched for Elise’s capability.[break][break]

All things considered, the pententiary had given most of the Weakling Ward a sense of hopelessness and despair. “I’m doing well…in spite of the feelings of despair I’ve felt from being away from the embassy for long.” A solemn nod came from the female royal while her Calyrex’s eyes watch the form of the other woman’s Houndoom. That was a little dangerous, judging by the fact that the Houndoom beside the dark-haired lady was not so friendly.[break][break]

“I was seeking a very quiet place to be.” Elise answers while she hears the thunder come from the skies and sees the lightning that reminds her of Remiel’s own patron. “But Charles himself wanted to see this Ultra Wilds’ environment. He’s a bit strange in wanting to learn everything he can about this world other than Hoenn itself.”[break][break]

As the League’s Calyrex’s proxy, the real one might learn more about the Ultra Wilds that were in each rift they’re in. Charles' emerald green crown is apparent during those lightning flashes.

Her cousin says that his concern was more familial than something else which made sense. He worried for her safety against the poachers since they were dangerous people and she wasn’t equipped to be for combat. “Yes, I do outrank you in the rangers, but what do you mean in the political hierarchy as well, cousin?” She knows that Remiel was still first in line for the throne other than the can of worms that he refuses to open on why the Galarian broadcasts say the prince was ‘exiled’ out of the country.[break][break]

When the Hatenna follows after her trainer, the pink psychic type takes note of a wild Runerigus watching both her and the ambassador. Irisviel comes a little closer towards the wild ghost though her new friend didn’t appear to be the least social. She tries to say hello, only for the Runerigus to turn and float off to another part of the neighborhood.[break][break]

A confused expression came onto the pink Hatenna’s face though she’ll keep following Elise in exploring the rest of the neighborhood’s streets.

Words from the female Rocket came with a warning that Elise should step away from the Venomoth. The Venomoth moves a little closer to the ambassador and her hare as if it’s afraid of the Rocket lady before them. “Can’t you see that I am going to treat it?” Her tone becomes cold as the winter in her country. She worries that the Rocket would do harm to the injured moth or even capture it when she gestures for her hare to take care of it and he envelops the Venomoth in a Heal Pulse. [break][break]

Taking out the bandages from her first aid kit, she’ll also wrap them around the bleeding thorax of the wild Venomoth.[break][break]

“I cannot let this Venomoth be with you.” Her own purple eyes narrow at the presence of the female Rocket. “I know that you’ll have bad intentions for it.” Though it appeared that the Petalburg woodlands were more the territory of the Petalburg Ranger Captain, she'd work to help the Pokemon there too to ensure that Shalin will have less work on her plate.

If the people didn’t see her being in Hoenn as a way for her to help them from afar, she’d be very lost on what to do in Remiel’s shoes. “I will continue to do my work in watching over them, even from here.” That was not an empty promise like the rest that the Prime Minister makes when he spouts his towards her nation’s people. Her other elder cousin didn’t have the people’s interests in his mind, all he would want is all the wealth he can get.[break][break]

“I also think that Remy is trying to protect me from the Calcifet politics around the court.” She gives a nod to the councilwoman when she spoke of becoming queen is not that it’s cut out to be for the Galarian princess. “But yes, I will focus on the here and now since I still place my trust in League and its government due to wanting my country to continue its alliance. She’ll have to bank on that anyway, the fact that the Queen of Galar had considered her own niece the less favorite of the Galarian royal famly than her son, a golden boy filled with promise in becoming the next King.

A Drifblim floats near the direction of the ambassador and her small psychic type Pokemon. Irisviel curiously approaches the Drifblim and she wants to know why the wild ghostly blimp is there. Elise sees the Drifblim too, considering that Drifblim were less dangerous than Drifloon. All those stories about its pre-evolution were terrifying to the people that tell it to their children…[break][break]

But Elise doesn’t consider them to be scary. All of those stories probably appeared to be bogus.[break][break]

The Drifblim floats away after it stares at the pink Hatenna with its ruby colored eyes. Irisviel waves good-bye to the wild Drifblim with one of her left hair limbs.

Truth be told, the ambassador hadn’t seen Gwendolyn ever since the conflict started. Elise had been sent to Petalburg and the other ranger was sent to a different location during the fighting. Petalburg had been lost to Rocket and everything that she could do now was to prepare Rustboro’s defenses should Rocket set their sights on taking the city over. With Shalin being captured by Rocket, there was no time to celebrate when a rescue operation could be done to rescue the Petalburg Ranger Captain.[break][break]

When she asks the nurse in finding the room that Gwendolyn is staying in, she’d told that the person she’s looking for is in one of the recovery ward. Elise is followed by the shiny Hatenna as the pink colored psychic type runs after her. Luckily, the recovery ward is easy to find and opening the door, the ambassador is able to see the recovering orange-haired ranger.[break][break]

“Gwen, it’s good to see you again.” The ambassador is happy to see that the other ranger is okay. Irisviel comes out from behind in a curious look over to the orange-haired young lady. “How are you feeling? I was sent to Petalburg last month, so I was with the medical team in the general hospital.”
