The sea air from the beach feels nicer to the ambassador and in a way, it reminded her of home. She stands on the deck of a pirate ship which had a very appropriate design for marine operations. Funnily enough, Elise herself hadn’t been on a pirate ship before and the captain himself didn’t mind that much. She doesn’t think he’s odd for dressing like an actual pirate, all power to the guy. “I take it that you’ve sailed across this route before, Captain?” She asks the pirate captain while she watches the ocean waves from the rails. Being this close to Sootopolis City would make her a little uneasy especially since the territory was Rocket’s, but it was a bit far that it’ll probably be okay.[break][break]

Her Marshadow keeps a little close to her side and as Elise watches Charles look down to the ocean, she figures that the shard Calyrex would be interested in seeing the Hoennian sea for himself.

When one of the staff answered Lutgarde Dijkstra ’s questions, the royal diplomat doesn’t find it difficult to read that the maidservant appeared to be extremely fidgety when she talks. The way that the maid suddenly changes her mind did make the maid to be a little suspicious… Maybe she is hiding something from Lutgarde. Elise’s own experience with her meekness really shone with her being able to read people like an open book.[break][break]

“I see, thank you for your input, madam.” A nod came from the Galarian Ambassador when the maid finishes talking and that the other woman helpfully gives information on where to find the other servers. “I’ve noticed that you appear to be very anxious. Are you sure that you do not have any other information that you can give or I would assume you are leaving out important details that you are not telling both Lutgarde and I?” [break][break]

As ambassador of the royal kingdom of Galar, she puts effort into politely speaking to the maid like a well-bred royal lady.[break][break]

Being able to finish some of her work in the office was a relief. When the diplomat gets out of her office, she sees the staff go out for their lunch breaks. She makes sure to leave some food for her ghosts to eat while Elise takes her bento box with her to eat outside of the embassy building. Only the shard Calyrex accompanies the purple haired woman in her business suit since Charles expresses that he wants to see the native Galarian flowers outside of the building itself.[break][break]

While the pair of ambassador and her hare king feel the fresh air from the front, the royal ambassador is the first to notice a woman just getting out of the embassy’s door and the woman’s Gardevoir taking in the flowers’ scent. “Is everything alright, madam?” That was the first thing she asks after the diplomat takes note of the egg the woman was carrying and the shard of Calyrex leaves the ambassador's side momentarily to admire the flowers. “I was about to go outside and eat my lunch myself after my Pokemon gets to see the flowers here.”

Her Marshadow is the first to hear the grass rustle when Veyle gets into a battling stance. The Pokemon that comes out of the grass is an Eevee which was one of the Pokemon that was popular with every trainer. Elise figures that the Eevee that approaches both her and the ghost was younger, but she doesn’t know if he has parents or not. When the royal ambassador does get close to the younger Eevee, the male normal type Pokemon lays onto the ground. [break][break]

If she couldn’t find the younger male Pokemon’s parents, maybe this one was orphaned out in the wild.[break][break]

It’s clear that the young Pokemon is not feeling well when she feels his forehead. “Can you get some berries for me?” The ambassador is urgent when she asks her Marshadow and the shadowy ghost leaves her side to look for berries. In turn, she takes out her first aid kit and drapes a small wet towel over the forehead of the Eevee while giving him some water from her canteen.[break][break]

Luckily, Veyle comes back with Oran and Sitrus berries. While the Marshadow takes the cup from the kit and crushes both the Oran and Sitrus berries, Veyle helps to mix it together and make some berry juice for the sick Eevee. After Elise gives the berry juice to the Eevee, the brown fox-like Pokemon gets up slowly. [break][break]

“Are you all better?” Elise’s question is met with a small nod though the Eevee makes his way on her lap. “I will keep you safe and help nurse you back to health.” Taking out a Dusk Ball from her pack, the female Galarian royal taps the head of the Eevee with the red light sucking in the small fox-like Pokemon.[break][break]

She's a lot more worried if the little one can't survive outside if he's sick and unable to fend for himself.

When the man asks if he’s allowed to pour the teapot’s contents for her cup after the waitress came in with pastries and the tea set, she permits him. “You may.” While he pours her the tea, the mention that it was his favorite teahouse really piqued her interest there. [break][break]

“I’m very glad that I picked your favorite teahouse for a relaxation spot.” She matched the pleasant words of the man with her own gentle countenance. The shard Calyrex just takes in the serene, calming nature of their surroundings since he is attuned with plant life.[break][break]

He asks about the embassy’s goings on since things had been hectic back home that her hands were tied up with trying to make good relations between her country and Hoenn. “With everything that is happening back home, work in the embassy has been a bit hectic, but I am trying my best to ensure that Galarian-Hoennian relations go smoothly on my end.” She responds with a little sigh and watches Charles come over to take a scone for him to eat.

Seeing the Abra that belonged to the blue-haired young man teleport in front of her, she hears the words come from the Abra’s trainer when he catches up to the troublesome psychic type Pokemon. “Oh, I’m glad you made it to the party and…I’m sure that your Abra will behave if he doesn’t want to get thrown out.” Well, she’ll figure that Zachary can get his Abra to behave while Caliburn the Aegislash finished his round of patrol around the party premises to return back to the ambassador’s side.[break][break]

“Thank you for your work, Caliburn.” A nod came from the royal Galarian as the Aegislash salutes with a tasseled hand. “You and your Abra can enjoy yourselves at the gala in the meantime. It is mostly a celebration for my Mismagius’ wins in the VItal City Tournament last month.” Elise gives a small smile when she takes a glass of sparkling water from the tray held by her shiny Polteageist butler’s Psychic.

Rustboro City was the most familiar place that she worked in due to working as Galar’s ambassador in the Galarian Embassy. Today though, she’s assigned to work with a newer ranger trainee who was younger than Elise was. Much like how Head Ranger Ollie Morales worked with Elise when she was new to the rangers, mentoring the younger lady in an easier mission would work better.[break][break]

“Well, I suppose we should introduce ourselves first before I’ll figure out what we should do for your first mission.” When introductions are made, the Galarian Ambassador introduces herself with the same refined poise from her station as a royal Galarian diplomat. She doesn’t want to make the same mistake when she started with Ollie while the Kartana, Mismagius and shard Calyrex are on patrol together. "My name is Elise Calcifet and my Pokemon here are Issun, Mana, and Charles.“ [break][break]

Issun floats over to a small bed of flowers though the Mismagius steers the curious paper Pokemon in continuing the patrol.

Her last exploration into the Ultra Sea had left some questions that needed answers and she had come back into the vastness of that space. Passing through the rift from Granite Cave takes the ambassador to the caves filled with bioluminescent surroundings. “I don’t think you have been there before, have you?” Elise asks her white haired female companion in case, but it’s probably safer to bet that Galayne hadn’t been there to the place on that front.[break][break]

The shard Calyrex sticks close to Elise as Charles elects to try and keep her safe too. Only the Kartana that was outside of her Beast Ball would be the one to scout ahead for anything that’ll come towards them. Yamato Takeru’s paper-like appearance makes it so that she's fast enough to come to the ambassador’s protection.[break][break]

Elise is hoping that she wouldn’t have to deal with the miasma that causes feelings of anxiety or fear. [break][break]

12 involve the realm's heartbeat-like sound and/or the discovery of large organ-like structures.[break][break]

21 stumble upon a thick, sloppy clutch of eggs in realm or The Quaestor Lucis, but do not take them.[break][break]

The final lap is upon her and the rest of the aquatic racers. Elise had been ways behind the others and she thought that she wouldn’t be winning this one. She checks on the status of her Dragonair since she’s worried that Bavsargra would be tired. Since she hoped to at least get some experience in racing in aquatic courses like this, the diplomat wouldn’t mind losing here and getting to do this next time in her training. [break][break]

When her Dragonair goes across the water around the islet, the wind makes the water choppy and the female dragon attempts to do her best in navigating around the current. Bavsargra uses her speed in going through the choppy waters and makes the turns when she sees them. [break][break]

When she gets time to give her Pokemon training after doing her quota at the Galarian embassy, Elise takes her Marshadow to the grasses near Route 116. While she does have a lot of Pokemon to train, the diplomat wanted to focus on training the small fighting type ghost. Towards the patch of small grass, the shadowy ghost follows after the ambassador and watches the rustling of the taller grass. [break][break]

Elise would be there to try and find another Pokemon to add to her team. Veyle stays a bit close to the side of the Galarian Ambassador since the Marshadow aimed to protect her should that need arise, but she is also feeling a little excited to train out in the field.
