When their eyes meet again, Jasmine connected a few dots between the tera shards they found and him. When she revealed the color she preferred, she didn't realize that they matched the color of his eyes to the deepest shade of gold.[break][break]

It truly took her breath away for a moment, her cheeks growing pinker. She'd blame the cold nipping at her skin.[break][break]

Her hand was cold as his own left hers, though his jacket was placed on her shoulders. Blinking quickly, Jazz spoke. "I-I don't need it! You're going to get sick!" she began to object, noting his black, short-sleeved shirt.[break][break]

Though as he turned to harvest a few shards, she'd bury herself in the warmth of the jacket and take in the familiar scent that was distinctly Magnus.[break][break]

Jasmine tore herself from her thoughts, stepping forward and joining his side to collect the shards with him. Greens, reds, yellows, and a few blues and purples. It was a rainbow of crystals, and she wanted to take as many as she could. They could bring a nice little profit to ORTHRUS, and maybe they could use some of that money for OLYMPUS as well.[break][break]

Her thought with the potential jobs that could be done distracted her from the quiver in the water. Only when the ground shook did Jasmine look up with alarm, stuffing the shards that had be harvested into the pockets of Magnus's oversized jacket and standing behind him.[break][break]

"What was-"[break][break]

Wisteria let out a low growl, its feathered body ruffling in hostility as the GREAT TUSK revealed itself to the pair and their Pokemon. The ROARING MOON stepped forward, roaring lowly to protect its trainer... and, begrudgingly, the gang leader.[break][break]

The BULLDOZE came quickly, and Jasmine gave Magnus a look that matched her words. "Is now the time for dancing?" she said, though she took ahold of him as he leapt aside with her in his arms. Her heart hammered in her chest as the beast made way for her dragon.[break][break]

Wisteria took in a breath before countering the beast with a ZEN HEADBUTT, taking a brunt of the force while attacking.

Jasmine watched him, waiting for him to answer her question before she moved from her spot on the edge. Though as he came to rest at the edge of the pool and smirked at her, something told her she had an idea of what he said.[break][break]

"Awe, so you wanted to embarrass the poor people? It's a shame you didn't. Though I don't mind that either," she said with a smirk when she watched him raise his fingers.[break][break]

Slowly, Jazz dipped down into the water, swimming away from the wall. She was half tempted to take off the lingerie set since the water soaking into it felt strange against her skin. However, she left it on. For now.[break][break]

"I can't really complain. Work has been good, I have a bed to sleep on, and I have companions I care about. I can't ask for more than that. I guess I sound boring for once, huh?" she laughed, swimming back toward Topher.[break][break]

"And you?"

Jasmine giggled as he pulled her up, almost tempted to grab him and pull him down for another searing make out session. Almost, because it was simply too damn hot in the room for her to possibly think about round two until she cooled off.[break][break]

"They can kiss my ass," she said, though she complied and pulled on her garments. She turned, letting him snap her bra back on her before exiting the room at his side.[break][break]

Her hand might be resting on his butt.[break][break]

Jasmine was dead set for the pool, clearly not paying mind to the Kalosian couple across the way. However, she turned her head after Topher's lips pressed against her ears and spoke the foreign language in her ear. She had no idea what he said. But, she caught the couple's faces burning, and so she had to play along somehow.[break][break]

So, she said the one of few Kalosian words she knew. "Oui."[break][break]

Though, once they made it to the pool, Jazz sat at the edge, watching him swim for a moment before chirping, "What did you say to me back there?"

Jasmine was almost too sore to move. Each small shift sent a pleasant ache down her body, from her arms down to her legs. She was hot and sticky, covered in sweat and perhaps a bit of an alcoholic tinge from before hand.[break][break]

Still, it was fucking hot, and she was growing more and more grumpy by the second.[break][break]

"I have half the mind to kick your ass for bringing me to a hotel with busted AC," she said to Topher, slowly sitting up and letting the sheet fall from her chest. She let out a small groan as she stretched, arching her back and letting her joints pop.[break][break]

Jazz perked up at the mention of swimming though. "Okay. I changed my mind. I won't kick your ass."[break][break]

She slowly crawled out of bed, lifting her arms up. "Help me?"

Jasmine was stunned, almost unable to speak due to the grandeur of the cave. While it was still a bit dark, the stones were able to illuminate colors of the rainbow around them.[break][break]

In truthfulness, she wanted to touch each one of them.[break][break]

Jack Magnus's voice brought her out of her trance, causing her to look away and up at him. "Huh?" she asked, almost dumbfounded.[break][break]

Why did he want her opinion on the colors?[break][break]

"I guess... if I had to choose one color, maybe these yellow-golden ones," she said, reaching out to touch one.

So, Jazz sat back, waiting for her to explain herself.

It seemed the plan was set in place. Jazz got what she wanted, which was to stay at the camp with the kids. Her mood brightened as she sat on raphael dos plumas's WAILMER with him, humming to herself softly.[break][break]

"Kids?" she said with a small snort.[break][break]

"I don't know about that. The world is shit and harsh. I don't know if I want to make a kid go through that."[break][break]

Especially her childhood. Jasmine was reminded of her own parents, locking their kids in a cramped room while they did drugs and fought with each other. Only giving them scraps of food here and there when they remembered to. It sent a shiver down her spine.[break][break]

"What about y—"[break][break]

Her thought was cut off as she noticed something floating in the water. Red pulses. Was that... "Get out of the water!" she shouted, hoping she wasn't too late.[break][break]

"There's a TENTACRUEL. We have to get rid of it before it tries to get one of the kids."

Jasmine, in the mean time, was having too much fun getting the Rockets to bend at her will. She felt her phone buzz, taking it out and seeing the text.[break][break]

"HELP"[break][break]

The alarm bells rang in her mind as she quickly tried to come up with a plan. The guy at the door, where was he... there he was! Right on the ground, staring up at her—[break][break]

Perfect.[break][break]

Jasmine reached for his hand, which he seemed ready to offer, and hopped down from the table with a giggle. Of course, she made a show of what she was trying to convey to him: that she "wanted" him, that she "needed" him, and that they needed to go somewhere private.[break][break]

Like perhaps that room he had been guarding?[break][break]

And as she drug him over there, he began to make a comment that it was off limits, but she shushed him with a finger. "Baby, who's gonna know if it's a quicky? Right?" A wink, and he was opening the door and pulling her inside.[break][break]

In seconds, as he began to kiss her, Jasmine's Pokemon were thrown from her Poke balls and attacked, freezing him in place. She wiped her lips as she went further down.[break][break]

"Kei!" There was smoke. There was fire. Hellebore and Camellia began to try to extinguish it with their ice.

Jasmine frowned at them. Her hands were placed on her hips as she turned to face them both with an almost pouting look on her face. The longer they stood here and talked, the less time they had with the kids.[break][break]

To her, it didn't really matter. And, Jack Magnus didn't seem to care. She should've guessed it wouldn't have rubbed off on them.[break][break]

"One of my clients at OLYMPUS told me about this camp. They were complaining about having to set it up and get staff together. I didn't volunteer us... but I couldn't just sit back and know that these rich people didn't really give a damn about these kids."[break][break]

It rubbed her the wrong way. It was like they were doing it for charity points than for the betterment for the kids.[break][break]

"Well, I don't think we're too bad. But I meant more like avoiding violence and fighting for their lives," Jazz said with a shrug.[break][break]

"If you don't wanna help, you can go. I'll just tell Boss something happened. But I'm staying to help them. Whether it's making bracelets, dancing, playing games, building something... whatever."

Jasmine felt him take her hand, taking her ahead to the entrance of the cave. She couldn't help but giggle, following closely behind as she recalled WISTERIA since its size wouldn't allow it to fit inside so easily.[break][break]

"Don't tear my arm off, Maggie!" she teased, her voice echoing the further they went in.[break][break]

However, even though it was dark at first, it lit up soon enough. It was a beautiful site, full of different rocks and things that Jazz had never seen before.[break][break]

"Wow. This is... amazing."[break][break]

She was speechless.

Jasmine couldn't help but pout when Lani seemingly disapproved of her idea to call in. Much like a child, she didn't want to go into work. She'd much rather spend her time getting to know her lover.[break][break]

Perhaps get frisky in the bed several more times.[break][break]

Though it seemed she had to work as well. So, with a begrudging sigh, Jazz conceded as her nail trailed down her skin. "Fine. I guess I'll go to work."[break][break]

She watched her as she sat up, her head on the pillow now as she threw her arm around her waist. Her fingers trailed circles around her stomach and then down to her thighs, slowly pushing herself up as well.[break][break]

"Is it that obvious?" she teased, offering a sly grin. Jazz propped her head up on her hands, looking at Lani with a thoughtful gaze.[break][break]

"What do you do, then, Lani? You have to be doing something similar to what I'm doing, if you're offering to steal me from my job."

Jasmine looked at lam logan, nodding in momentary agreement. Her large, feathered ROARING MOON stood quietly to her side, observing the hoard of zombie-like creatures with narrowed eyes. "Wisteria and I can scout ahead and find a place to take cover. We might have the best eyes if we're up in the sky," she suggested.[break][break]

Suddenly, one of the individuals broke from the group, lunging forward and trying to attack. She winced as sven korolev's IRON VALIANT rose forward and sliced its head cleanly off its shoulders.[break][break]

It wasn't her first time to see something like this. But it didn't make it less gruesome.[break][break]

"Jasmine. But you can call me Jazz, if you want," she offered.[break][break]

Taking to Wisteria, she straddled her Pokemon. "Let me scout. I'll be back in a moment."[break][break]

She took off, her dragon flying up in the sky with grace. She caught sight of a clearing, not too far that seemed empty. And when she scouted it, using the skill of stealth and silence she'd learned being on the streets so long ago, it was a perfect accommodation. Until a person came out. Though that person wasn't acting in a zombified nature like the others.[break][break]

"Help me! Please!"[break][break]

Jasmine took off again, coming back to the group. "I found a clearing that is perfect for us to stay if we need to. And... I found a person. Not one of these zombies. If we can distract them like Sven said, we could get there quickly."

Luckily, Jasmine wasn't busy on stage. In fact, she was in between clients, waltzing to find another table to entertain. One of the staff approached her, whispering in her ear that someone was here to see her.[break][break]

"What, are they not someone here to enjoy the club? Tell them I'll be there to see them soon. I'm working."[break][break]

There was a flair of annoyance, until they explained that this had been a request. So, with a small huff, she set her drink on the bar for the bartenders to get rid of. "Fine, send her back to my room."[break][break]

It was quieter there. Less chance of interruption. Jazz was sitting on the couch, on her phone, when she heard the staff come back — this time with a woman.[break][break]

"I hear you wanted to see me?"

Jasmine was surprised that Jack Magnus wanted to take her to Meteor Falls. Hell, she didn't really know why he'd want to bring her there. But, she didn't refuse when he asked if she wanted to go. It was a new place to explore.[break][break]

And Jasmine loved to explore.[break][break]

So as they wandered up, she let out a noise of excitement as her eyes traveled around. "This is really cool. What are we trying to find, Maggie?" she asked.[break][break]

He mentioned a GLIMMORA. Stroking the feathers down on her ROARING MOON, who had flown them there, she tilted her head.[break][break]
