Thea's eyes opened widely in surprise and concern, seeing how violently the girl was coughing. "Are you alright—?!" She asked, and while almost leaping out of her chair to see if she could do a maneuver to make the girl stop choking... But thankfully, it seemed she got to control herself after a good gulping.[break][break]

The fact the girl stopped coughing didn't fade Thea's worries, and with a concerned smile, she sat down after the girl agreed to her request.[break][break]

"Yeah... Like a commission, exactly!" Thea said, and amidst the concern for the girl and the request for a commission, for once, Thea seemed a bit flustered— perhaps even timid, which was contrasting to her usual social butterfly way to be. "So like, should we exchange contact? It is probably getting too late to talk about it, but I could talk to you someday about it."[break][break]

She smiled sheepishly, showing her phone.[break][break]

With the warm ups and stretches out of the way, Thea grinned seeing the girl's eagerness to learn how to fight. A thumb popped up in approval to the determination of the girl, and all the eagerness was making Thea start to forget to keep a certain etiquette in the dojo. Thankfully, her father wasn't around to see that.[break][break]

"Ready for some fighting, huh?" She chuckled, peeking at Hammy and Zeus, that were waiting for a follow up. "Before fighting though, you need to learn how to properly kick, and how to properly punch. There are many punching and kicking techniques, but let's go with the basic punches, there are the choku-zuki, the oi-zuki..."[break][break]

Thea went ahead, listing the basic punches, that went from straight punches to jabs and lunges. She made sure to get Ana in the right stance, and to show how firm and certain she had to be when throwing a punch, without breaking her own balance.[break][break]

"Despite being called 'basic' punches, they are the ones you will use the most. They are easy and strong, using your whole arm. And remember, fist clenched, don't let your thumb into your fist, or you will hurt yourself. Close it like this." Thea showed, and would help Ana with her own hand if necessary, before taking a step aside. "Alright, try each punch I've showed you ten times. And then, we will try them on the punching bag, to see how you are handling the impact." She said.[break][break]

Meanwhile, Belle sheepishly accepted the invitation, joining Old Whiskers on the nap, snuggling closely.[break][break]

Thea glanced at Ever, not showing any sign of trying to stop him from capturing the pokémon. Even if he were to keep the Staraptor, he didn't seem to be a bad person, so the pokémon would be in good hands regardless.[break][break]

"Your... Superiors?" Thea asked, her attention turning to him completely after he was done getting the staraptor into the pokéball, and upon the mention of superiors and civilians doing their job— "Could it be... Are you a ranger?" She wondered, blinking surprised, but then quickly her lips curled up in a grin. If there was one particular group that brought out her amicable nature, were the rangers.[break][break]

"It is nice to meet you, Ever. I am the one that want to thank you, especially for helping me and that pokémon out!" She beamed.[break][break]

"My name is Thea, Thea Naito. I'm sorry if I'm meddling too much on your business by being here, hehe..." Thea scratched the back of her neck, hoping she wasn't crossing any line.[break][break]

Thea's idea for the whole mask thing wasn't exactly amazing. She didn't have much creativity, so she went for something completely silly. Thea wore a half-mask that resembled a Wigglytuff, while Zeus the Primeape wore a half-mask that resembled a Minccino, Belle the Minccino wore a half-maskthat resembled a Pawmo, Hammy the Pawmo wore a half-mask that resembled a Primeape, and finally Gominha the Wigglytuff wore a half-mask that resembled Thea's face (for those that knew her, or could put together the upper half of the mask with the bottom half that was revealed by her half-mask).[break][break]

Not even the masks on the faces of the pokémons stopped them from quickly approaching the buffet.[break][break]

Despite the mask, and the initial excitement. When Thea actually got into the place, the ghost eerieness prickled her senses with a mild unsettling feeling, which made her approach the buffet without her usual eagerness. She wasn't outright scared off, but she couldn't help but stay wary and close to Cassandra Kubrick and Vespa Baskerville, inching closer to Cass when Vespa's attention was quickly snatched by DESIREE BLOOMS's compliment.[break][break]

The stuttering and timid reaction of her friend helped her to relax, and with a laugher, she encouraged her—[break][break]

"No need to be so shy, Vess." She said, and added to the compliment while beaming— "You are pretty gorgeous, miss! Especially for taking a compliment out from my friend." Thea declared, but then remarked to Cass, a bit quieter. "You are more though."[break][break]

Thea nodded eagerly at Ana's words. "I know exactly what you mean!" She crossed her arms, nodding a couple more times, huffing and puffing just as determined as the fellow adventurer. There was something about wearing a gi that made you feel powerful.[break][break]

As she watched Ana looking slightly conflicted about which to choose, Thea waited patiently, and when she finally reached to a conclusion, Thea nodded with a grin. "It really sounds like your style. Fast, flash, and straightforward." She clasped a hand on the girl's shoulder gesturing for her to follow while almost tugging her along. "But don't you worry. We will have time for grapples and throws too, we just needed to know where we would start— If you plan to keep coming, that is." She said.[break][break]

Belle, meanwhile, followed along with Old Whiskers, squeaking softly before laying next to him, looking at him with curiosity and swaying her tail back and forth.[break][break]

"Punches and kicks are going to be helpful, I was putting little Hammy to practice exactly this kind of thing. But first, we need to do the warm up and stretchings. I don't want you to strain a muscle by accident, right?" Thea said with a chuckle, already holding her own arm to start some stretching and warm ups, guiding Ana through it as well.[break][break]

Thea's lips pursed at Lut's indirect scold. She knew she wasn't act in the best way possible, but it was tough to contain herself. "Just a little. But I know what I am doing." Thea said, smiling slightly and trying to not sound arrogant. No, she respected Lut too much to be arrogant to them, and even if her tone was friendly, she still cleared her throat and looked at their eyes apologetically. "I am sorry."[break][break]

Her Pokémons simply looked at teach other, shaking their heads and even snickering in a way. It was funny to see Thea being all sheepish, especially when she acted so defiant against her father, but as soon as it was with Lut, she looked like she would have droopy ears if she was a Pokémon herself.[break][break]

The invitation perked her up, however, and she grinned. "I would love to. I've been looking around, but I haven't found much—" She averted her gaze for a moment, looking at where the surprise attack had come from earlier.[break][break]

"Well, that was the first thing I've seen, but you've dealt with it for me."[break][break]

Even if with some reservations, after the brief tail shake, the Minccino looked far more relaxed, as if some sort of ritual had just concluded and that the new face was no longer anxiety inducing for the timid Pokémon. The excitement of the girl pumped up Thea's Pokémons and even herself. The energetic aura synced easily with the nature of the blonde girl, that was starting to really look forward to train with the newcomer.[break][break]

"I am sure you will! And not only that, you will become a real martial artist." She grinned, confindent of the girl's capabilities. If anything, she had all the determination for it![break][break]

Waiting for Ana to leave the locker room, as soon as she did, Thea glanced her over and slipped a faint chuckle, approaching. "Don't worry, the obi isn't as easy to tie as it looks. Let me show you how it is done." Thea said, and carefully took the obi, gently wrapping it around Ana's waist while showing and voicing to her the instructions. She did half of the work, but also gave Ana the autonomy to hold the obi and do some parts herself. Thea would guide her by hand if necessary, and with the last tie, Thea gently adjusted the gi that got a bit messy with all the tying up, taking a couple steps back and looking over her. "Hmm. It looks really good on you!" She nodded sagely, thumbing up.[break][break]

Gominha nodded along, while the other Pokémons simply watched the scene unfold.[break][break]

"You are ready! But well, before we start. What do you like more, throwing people around and immobilizing them, or throwing punches and kicks?" She asked.[break][break]

Thea's eyes grew wide as soon as the attack came, with Zeus and Gominha quickly getting ready to engage— though soon they halted their moves when Lut appearerd, watching their way to handle the opponents in awe. Hopefully, she would have the skills to tackle an enemy with as much swiftness as they did, but for now, Thea remained mostly quiet, until Lut finally approached..[break][break]

It seemed like they always met by chance. Whether it was a coincidence or not, it was beyond Thea, but she knew that Lut wasn't as pleased to see her at that place as they usually were.[break][break]

Her lips pursed, but she gave a firm and truthful answer to Lut: "I'm here to teach one of these guys a lesson." Her expressions burrowed in a frown, but she flinched, averting her gaze from Lut as she noticed she may have sounded too confrontational with her tone. "It may be a chance to find clues about my mom. It isn't every day I can find Rockets wandering around in such big numbers."[break][break]

She sighed, looking at the older ranger. "Thank you for helping me though."[break][break]

"Oooh, I see!" Thea nodded in understanding. Now that she knew the limits of what they girl was used to make. Or at least it was what she assumed to be the limit.[break][break]

A smile grew on Thea's lips and her cheeks flushed when a compliment came to the accessories, and Thea beamed: "Thank you very much~ I'm not the one that makes it, but I do choose carefully... Maybe someday I can make Zeus wear something. The only thing that I can make him wear is a gi, when we are at the dojo." She sighed, casting a disapproval peek at him. The pokémon did not care, already tackling the order that was meant for him.[break][break]

Her attention then returned to the girl. "Well, in this case. Do you take this kind of service? Like, if I get some generic accessories and clothes for my Pokémon, can I ask you to make some changes?" She asked, curious.[break][break]

"I still need to learn how to get Hammy's fur nice and tidy like your Morpeoko, so maybe you can help me on both... And I mean, I don't plan to ask you all of this for free, obviously!" She shook her head and hands negatively.[break][break]

"Old Whiskers, he is lovely. It is nice to meet you, Old Whiskers!" Thea follows the motion of lowering her posture to give Old Whiskers him a gentle caress on the head and ears. When standing back, Thea gestured to her Pokémons. "These are my partners. Gominha, Zeus, Belle and Hammy~" She introduced the Wigglytuff, the Primeape, the Minccion and the Pawmo, respectively. Gominha squeaked, Zeus bowed to the two of them, Hammy simply raised his paw in a greeting gesture before peeking at Gominha that nodded in approval. Belle stood behind Hammy, peeking her head out and swaying her tail before finally overcoming her shyness and approaching the Espeon, turning her back and offering her tail for a 'tailshake'.[break][break]

"My oldest one is Gominha, and Zeus. Hammy is still our newest member, so I'm trying to train him more. So you coming here is the perfect chance to get him to work too~" She grinned, and upon listening to the girls words and desire to learn how to fight, Thea chuckled and nodded.[break][break]

"Don't worry. Even if you aren't a quick learner, as long as you come here to try to learn, I will be with you to make you the best fighter ever. If I don't become the best one first!" She winked, gesturing for the girl to follow.[break][break]

"But first, let's not harm your pretty clothes, what you need is a gi, and we have some spares at the locker room." She guided the girl to the locker room, opening the door for her. "It is the red locker, if you aren't sure of what to pick or how to tie your obi, I will help you." She reassured.[break][break]

The Wigglytuff squeaked like a balloon and slipped a giggle while wiggling at the nose boop, soon rolling to squish her fluffy body against Ana, nuzzling her hand and ruffling the tuft on her forehead against the newcomer's arm.[break][break]

Thea's attention was caught by the commotion, both at the Wigglytuff noises and at the voice of the girl. Turning to give her full attention, even Thea's Pokémons stopped to look at her, approaching from behind while Thea moved to meet the girl face to face. "This is my father's. The Naito's dojo!" She declared, with a smile growing on her lips as the girl introduced herself and her experience.[break][break]

Offering a hand, if the girl took it, she would place another hand on top of it for a firm and reassuring handshake. "It is great to meet you, Ana! My name is Thea, Thea Naito!" Her eyebrows quirked up in curiosity. "An adventurer that is also an artist, sounds like a fun combination! I'm a bit of an adventurer myself." Thea snickered, letting Ana's hand go before looking at the Pokémon that was accompanying her. "Oh! What a cutie~ And they look very focused too."[break][break]

Her gaze returned to Ana's eyes. "So you want to practice some battling, huh? I'm sure your Pokémon at least know a bit of how to fight, but what about you?" She inquired, leaning in to look at Ana closely. "How much do you know about some martial arts?"[break][break]

Thea perked up at the idea. "Oh, you are right... Psychic Pokémons are sure amazing..." She rubbed her chin, tapping her feet a couple times on the ground as she pondered about it. "Not that I have a lot of experiences with them. My kind are usually fighters or fairies." A grin crossed her lips as she admited it proudly.[break][break]

The grin turned into a smirk when Shinobu spoke of not wanting to depend too much on the Pokémons. It was true that their help were always welcomed, but you couldn't let them do all the work.[break][break]

"You are very right, Shin. I do indulge myself with help a lot of times, but nothing better than doing things with your own hands~" She cracked her knuckles for emphasis. "And these tasty snacks are proof that people are able to do great stuff on their own." Thea then leaned in, tilting her head.[break][break]

"I'm not a Pokémon though, you wouldn't mind me cooking or baking with you, if chance ever comes, right?" She chuckled.[break][break]

Sparkles of electricity sparkled from the Pawmo's paws as he clashed against the Primeape, that oinked and kept a firm ground, waiting for the younger Pokémon to approach.[break][break]

"Hammy, you can't let Zeus rest. You are faster than him, you need to take advantage of it!" Thea suggested to the younger one, and the little Pawmo took a couple of quick jumps before darting forward, trying to overwhelm Zeus with a flurry of Arm Thrusts. However, the Primeape was experient at the fight enough to wait for the right time, and as soon as an opening appeared, he hooked an arm under the Pawmo's, Seismic Tossing him against the tatami.[break][break]

The small Pawmo groaned at the strike, admiting the defeat and letting the Primeape help him to get back to his feet. The Minccino that was watching from the sides quickly approached the fighting duo as soon as it was done, squeaking and checking the two of them, to see if any of them were hurt. "Don't worry about them, Belle. They are top notch! It was a good fight, both of you!" She grinned, ruffling Zeus and Hammy's head.[break][break]

Meanwhile the Wigglytuff, that was watching from the sides, twitched her ear and peeked at the direction of the dojo's entrance, noticing someone approaching. She quickly rolled backward, only halting her roll when she was laying in front of the newcomer, looking at them from bellow.[break][break]
