Raziel simply nods when Adrian gives the explanation of how to activate the keystone and his eye widens as the pokemon changes shape, and he is clearly amazed as he walks around the pokemon to get a better look at them. "This is so cool!" he exclaims, the other was right it was a lot more interesting to see it in person rather than having been reading it in a book. Though he does look into the book to see if there were any poison type pokemon that could actually do it. Once he gets to the page about Toxtricity he shows a picture to the older man, "Can one of these be found within the region?" he questions as he knows his old one he had to work extra hours in his dad's lab in order to get as finding them in Kanto were impossible. [break][break]

Information he can get after the other explains each item he had. The broach doesn't have any information, and the Z-Ring seems just as useless as the Keystone until he could form a proper 'bond' with his pokemon, whatever that entailed. It was always the rule that pokemon were just objects and tools, was he not suppose to keep treating them as such? Though at least with a few of his pokemon it wasn't like he could few them. "Hmmm how about the Terra orb then?" he questions as he puts the others away for now thinking he could learn them at another time. "I know you said you don't have one but can you explain what it does? Or maybe its something we can learn together," he offers as he picks up the black ball.

The captain winces when his shoulder is suddenly grabbed, but he doesn't fight back. Not yet, especially when Sangria is ready to attack the other for dare laying their hands on their captain. Though he clicks his tongue to stop her, let the man actually hurt him before she and Plum decide to go all out.[break][break]

But he seems to be smart enough to let go after their so-called 'slip.' Razz rubs his shoulder, "Sure a slip," he grumbles as he continues to listen to the other. [break][break]

A wave of overwhelming guilt flooding him when he mentioned his crime. Especially if the other truly was innocent , while he himself was walking scott free on a self inflicted punishment. "I'm sorry," it's genuine that's for sure, pausing as he gives it some thought, "Depends on the pokemon of the person, if they can be worked with often they're given to a government job to help, though if they're deemed they can't be then..." "Probably not, but numbers can help," he counters back though he supposes in the end he would rather do things with a small team than invade anyone with his hoard of Bisharp. [break][break]

"He?" Razz questions unsure if it were a mistake or something else. Was there something else the other was looking for? For now he'll give the other the benefit of the doubt, that he was just a desprate man who wanted his pokemon back. Hopefully this could be a chance for the Ranger to show the other that not the entirely of the League was against them. [break][break]

However all he could do was shrug, "It depends on the situation to which I don't know yours, perhaps if you gave me something to work with I can help you with more info. I've given you this much you're going to need to give a little back in return, I don't need a name but possibly at least the crime that had them taken in the first place?"

"That makes more sense of these notes about burns," he offers as he slowly gets through the first page of notes he was given to help the other translate them to be more legible. Raziel simply nods in agreement with the whole 'mother wants mother gets' notion. "I can get that a little bit," he comments but doesn't go to much into it as talking about his old parents wasn't something he wanted to think about. He wanted to help to exercise the mind and get his thoughts off the past. He just wants to focus on the present. The other rangers also spring into action and follow suit and while Steve is able to ride his Skiddo to quickly follow Roy in order to help out. Miyoko on the other hand stalls for a moment in order to contact the other two rangers that separated from them to search on their own. From the sounds of things they weren't to far from said location and informed the rest they would join soon. [break][break]

The the charizard easily being the quickest of the group Roy and him would be the first on sight to see the 4 pawniard and 3 bisharp that formed the 'attacking group.' While they all lacked their usual paint to make them less obvious to the trainees that they were Kingman's there all did have armbands of their usual colors, save blue who was a natural shiny Bisharp. Along side the Charizard would be a Megagarvior on their side looking rather tired so they move back to where their trainer was and finally goes back to normal, tired more from keeping the form too long over actually fighting. [break][break]

"Thanks buddy," someone calls from the trees hidden by it's leaves so it was easy to see why the Charizard didn't see them before. The Bisharp with a black band seems to be the one calling the shots as it seems to give an order two of the pawniard attempt to use METAL SOUND on the Charizard before the Bisharp claps it's hands together and making a hose with it's hands before it fires of a HYDRO CANNON.[break][break]

Thats when the first 2 rangers from the beginning come in as both the Lycanrock and Cloyster ram the Bisharp to see if they couldn't help the Charizard escape the attack. [break][break]

At least Cillian doesn't seem to scold him when he is getting things wrong. Though can't full gauge if its because he is already injured and it would be counter productive to increase his time there, or if it was because he choose not to run things the same way back in Kanto. He recalls Theo mentioning that things ran differently here in comparison to then. Right now Raziel just hasn't delt with anyone just yet to prove that statement true or false. [break][break]

"Yeah hopefully I can... get some myself they seem interesting, or at least get enough of a team so I don't have to rely on borrowing from him," he offers as he tries to avoid thinking of his old pokemon, ponders a only slightly on what kind of pokemon he might have used while undercover in the Rangers, before trying to settle on how to even rebuild. [break][break]

Once permission is given for his question he leaves all that for another topic, "I am uhhhh...." he pauses because he doesn't know the best way to phrase this, "I'm not used to doing nothing," that doesn't feel much better but it was too late to change it now, "I mean if I wasn't working in the labs I was cleaning them, if I wasn't doing that I was studying the workbooks dad gave me, if none of that it was either missions, training, homework, or just... something," honestly it was no wonder he was always so burnt out, "Right now though? I have nothing but the physical therapy the medics assigned and it just... not enough," not enough to keep his mind busy, not enough to keep his brain stimulated and not enough the darker thoughts at bay. "You really did learn from Theo," he comments more amused by the order than anything else as it reminds him back when he was younger and his mentor would order him to just sit and do nothing on days where it was clear he was already at his limit and doing anymore would break him. It stressed him out as all it did was make him worry like this order was taking him out of his comfort zone. [break][break]

Not wanting to be deemed as useless as this was meant to be his test to show that he could leave the sub and actually do something. Which was why he calls out his Toxtricity to attack and fight along with his bulbasaur. His moves clear that he hasn't missed a beat from his times at war. Even programs in the form of other people seem to help out, two of them familiar as Adrian Malcolm's he met earlier that week, yet when he sees FERNANDO SILPH there is a feeling of recognition but he can't pinpoint from where. [break][break]

A question he can't ask as the Ultra Beast's head explodes and Cillian summons some black bird, "What is that thing?" he can't help but question before the Underboss calls to him. He is quick to run after returning his pokemon to their pokeballs before making it to the worm hole. Once on the other side his lungs feel like they were burning, a little too much exercise for him then what he was used to for the past two weeks especially after his injuries.[break][break]

His breathing was rough for a bit as he tries to catch his breath as he doesn't take in their environment just yet. "How... was that sir?"

"Boooo," he voices his disappointment in how the partner Theo had given him couldn't go further when other first level pokemon could. Oh well he'll deal with it he thinks to himself as Adrian hands him over the 'Keystone' and he clearly doesn't know what to do with it. "Ummm.. sure I'll try," he mumbles feeling bad as it feels like the other man really thought he can do it. Raziel doesn't know the man he met before this all happened to him and now he can't help but see failure would only disappoint them. [break][break]

He holds the keystone up and towards the elephant pokemon but there is no connection between the two of them. While he feels the energy within the Keystone Raziel can't link it with the energy the megastone copperajah wore. And because he can't feel any connection to the pokemon it can't connect the stone's energy to the other and nothing happens even after a few minutes of just nothing. "Sorry..." he mumbles as he honestly just can't feel anything. [break][break]

"BULBA!"[break][break]

His bulbasaur calls out entering the room with one of his pink vines holding the bag he was talking about earlier. He runs up to Raziel and hands it over before he sits to shuffle through it to show it off to Adrian. "Okay so I do have these at least," he offers as one by one he takes some items out:[break][break]

The throbbing pain makes it difficult to focus, neither on the TV or his homework and he wishes he could just go back to sleep. But he worries what would happen if he doesn't get through the amount left for him it'll just make things worse. He's done this stuff before he knows it so why was it so hard to focus now? Though the hand suddenly in front of him freaks him out and he flinches away, a mistake as his body is still sore and he has to hold his chest for a moment. [break][break]

"H-hey Jayden... sorry uhhh... when... when did you get here?" how long was he stuck in his head? Wasn't the first time his father had asked the older kid to come but it still felt weird when a non-adult came, but at least this face was a friend of his and not his dad's.

He doesn't say much in response to her. He knows he couldn't say much with his having to focus being on her to make sure that she didn't over exsert herself. Normally he could talk all he wanted so long as he was slow enough because he was close enough to his trainer to just communicate. [Break][break]

But he's not here, and so he has to slow down just like how he has to handle this situation. [Break][break]

Eventually he does get up but if she were to try and get up with him he would use his psychic to just put her back down and do a little 'nu-huh' finger wiggle. At most he would allow is for her was to sit up so she could see him properly. [Break][break]

After he would go to the end of the bed point to her then to him, to her then to him in a 'i am you' before she is limping across the bed, looking in pain trying to rush before he falls off the bed and doesn't get up. After a beat he gets back up in the bed and does the same 'i am you' motion before he lays down and looks as if he is sleeping, resting before he jumps up and pumps his arms clearly at 100% and runs around the bed in full health before he land on her. His head tilts at her in a silent 'get me?'

As he's talking he doesn't seem to notice that he's annoying the other, too used to being told to shut up when he got on another's nerves. Though when asked if he could do it he can't help but look at him like a deerling in headlights. How the hell would he know? He's never heard of them before that, did he even have the right stuff for it? [Break][break]

"Uhhhh... Don't you have to have a bond with something?" he questions bringing up one of his biggest issues about mega evolutions. "also idk what I have," he mutters as he tries to think before he snaps his fingers in remembrance, "Hey Bulbasaur can you get me that one bag Theo left?" he questions before the toxic chain pokemon runs off to the room to bring what the Underboss managed to 'salvage' from what he's been told. [Break][break]

"Well we'll see if I have anything but can you show me? I'm curious to see besides that even if I had the equipment the only pokemon I have is the Bulbasaur, can that mega evolve?" he has read its mostly limited to fully evolved pokemon but he also heard Pikachu and Eevee were capable of it so why not his Bulbasaur?

Admittedly he slightly turns himself so that the part of his face that was burned was more out of side. The stare making him self conscious, he keeps forgetting that it's there as the memory of it happening was gone. Still made him uncomfortable though. [Break][break]

Though it seems that she was interested and he smiles at that. His brain has felt like mush the past two weeks with nothing going on. So with the chance to do this he was a little excited to help as notes were handed to him. "Do you have a spare paper and a pen?" he questions at first before trying to read any of it. [Break][break]

His only pause was when the indeedee interrupted them for drinks, "Oh umm thanks," he gives his appreciation though his Bulbasaur seems to poke him about the salad first over the coffee and sweets. He gives an eye roll before taking a few bites and then gives his pokemon a 'you happy now?' kind of look before feeding them another tomato from it. The silence from the other going completely unnoticed on his part.[Break][break]

"oh right names uhh Pry-Beckett, he's quick to correct himself knowing Theo has told him to use his name. Though there is a pet of him that does feel a bit giddy to say it, "Raziel Beckett," he offers formally because that is what he's been taught to do before he looks to the notes and tries to start translating. [Break][break]

Normally his writing would be very neat however after trying to write a few letters he would realize that he couldn't use his right hand right. His nerves still damaged and uncooperative, so he switches hands. It's slower and still not as neat but he was getting the job done, "May I ask who's work this is?"

A pained grunt escapes him as the girl punches him in the gut. The pain making him stumble back before she takes his arm and throws him back towards the center of the mat. "I'm.... not looking... down," he says between gasp nearly falling over before he uses his arms to get balance again. It barely has enough time to stabilize before Victoria is on him again and he brings his arms up to take the blows she delivers. [break][break]

"Did it make you happy being his little favorite?"

The blow that comes with her cry makes his defenses break, his arm feeling like it'll bruise already. She then goes on about how he's only taking advantage while everyone else is working hard and another blow hit as the punch to his face which knocks him to the ground. He struggles to get up at first as a hand covers his cheek and he feels his anger building. Yet another who thinks he isn't trying his best just because he didn't measure up. Why wasn't his efforts ever seen?[break][break]

He didn't get to come to these classes as much as everyone else because he was always had to go in and work with his dad. Wake up before the sun even breaks work for hours, then come here just for everyone here to claim that he wasn't giving it his all. He was exhausted damn it and he was doing what he could to keep up but he wasn't allowed the same time as everyone else to work. [break][break]

Anger is what finally gets his adrenaline going as he forces himself up again "Sounds like you're the problem then because guess what my dad brings me to his job, so why doesn't yours if you're not a issue?" he spits back as he wipes blood from his mouth as he gets back into stance as he was clearly tired of being pushed around.
