Whether or not the others noticed anything, Razz could feel himself releasing a breath he didn't realize he was holding as they didn't really comment outside anything other than they were rusty themselves. As their combined efforts break another tile that would help them move on something different than the usual treasure that had been falling. He holds up a hand briefly as a silent way to ask to pause as he motions for Salem to grab the new fallen goods. Selem using psychic to bring the items to him so he could safety bag them, Razz looks over the odd plate. He runs his hand over the back of it as it clearly says something but he can't tell what right away with the darkness. [break][break]

He shows it over to the others ="Have any of you seen anything like this before?"= he questions as he tosses out another pokeball to bring out his MILOTIC, with a whistle he orders for the scale pokemon to use TWISTER at another tile, hopefully this would be enough to break through further.

Seeing one section of the wall, Thomas sent out Kalameet, his Hydreigon. -"Kalameet, Dragon Pulse."-, he ordered, pointing towards the section of the wall the others were attacking.

Complying with the order, Kalameet blasted the wall with a Dragon Pulse from his main head.

“Huh? No. Not that I remember,” Andrea remarked, seeing the strange thing that was pulled out of the bedrock that looked like…a slab of something.

There were… words on it? Blowing on the surface before eventually wiping it down with one of her arms, she made out the words, but… that was it.

“…the fuck’s this supposed to mean?” she asked, turning it every which way. “That’s it? That’s all it says?!”

Grumbling, she turned her attention to the wall and turned to face them. “The shit’s this supposed to mean anyway?” she grumbled in Kalosian, before pulling out another Pokéball and throwing it forward, revealing a hyperactive Gible.

“Go for the lower left… but don’t get too excited and bring the wall down, okay? Dragon Rush!” she continued, switching back for a few moments before watching the little dirt land shark throw itself at the lower-left spot, digging away with its tiny, furious little paws.

AS THE CAVE-IN IS CLEARED, the whole chamber quakes. Although the rubble is cleared enough for safe passage, the cave's walls' integrity has been compromised. A violent fissure travels from the wall to the ground you all stand on. Suddenly, the sound of a large crack alerts everyone to their apparent dilemma. The floor begins to fall out from underneath them.[break][break][break]

As everyone falls, they see a vast cavern system filled with magma. If the falling rock wasn't dangerous enough, the magma below belches and surges with incredible heat. Find a way to safely land or be smothered by rock and magma.[break][break][break]

As the fissure consumes the group, Thomas begins to notice what's below. A cave system filled with magma greets them. And if they don't find a safe place to land, they're as good as dead.

Thomas doesn't even think twice about what he's about to do. Taking out a Pokeball he had hidden on him, Thomas summons his own Yveltal from inside. The 'miniature' God of Death immediately pitches down to catch his master, letting him on his back, before swooping down to catch the others. -"Thanks."-, he tells the avatar of the God of Death.

Thankfully, if he were to catch them as they fell, they'd find Yveltal was more than large enough to accommodate the entire group, and get them to safety.

Razz just hums in thought as the others give their comments on the slab they've uncovered as Salem made sure to retrieve it again for him to put safely away. As the next tile was struck drop another few trinkets Salem once again grabs them for him, especially now as things were cracking. Razz hoping that not stepping on it would be the best course of action as the artifacts were taken, but it looks like the damage was too much for the wall, and the floor beneath them. Panic over takes the ranger as the floor beneath them.[break][break]

Thankfully Razz has come to work in panic a bit more often as of recently. Seeing the floor below them being god damn MAGMA, why world why, Razz whistles for his Milotic to use SURF, the water serpent spewing out a large wave of water in hopes of cooling off the floor below, and for them to land in water rather than solid rock. Though that seems like it wouldn't be the case as Thomas called out a terrifying beast which thankfully one of his tallon's caught him, but that didn't stop the utter shock of seeing. [break][break]

"The hell is this...?" he can't help but question more than thank at the moment.

the cracks on the floor brings upon them to the cave system of magma below. when thomas did not even think twice of pulling out the legenddary pokemon yveltal to save them, selena, being far away from the rest of the party, uses her own powers to save herself from falling.[break][break]

voltaic mist covers the entire chamber, pulsating from the pinkette as she extends her arms to feel the surge flowing from her body. she takes a deep breath and begins channeling her body in the boulders, leaping with control as she surfs through the electric terrain.[break][break]

“What the—fuck?!”

That was all Andrea had time to scream before the ground literally fell out from beneath their feet!

She was screaming—for all of five seconds before she realized that she had a Flying-type Pokémon who could literally save her ass! Rummaging through her pockets, she found the Pokéball she was looking for and released her Staraptor, who emerged from the burst of red light in mid-air.

The screaming echoed all around, but the Staraptor was faster, quickly swooping in and using Wing Attack to blast away some stray projectiles before catching Andrea on its back.

“Tom, Sel, what the fuck are you—?!” she exclaimed, hanging on for dear life as they continued to fall. Gods, the wind was too loud and she couldn’t hear herself thinking!

EVERYONE LANDS SAFELY. The dramatic sweeping of stone, wind, and water are accompanied by the mighty presence of a Groudon. Magma bubbles all around them, churning hellishly like a crimson ichor. Occasionally, the party would be able to see a Slugma or Magcargo leisurely crawling across the walls.[break][break][break]

Something or several things roar deeper in the cave. Ancient footprints can be seen carved into the walls should you examine carefully; however, the party quickly finds out that they must be careful, for any misplaced zagreus-step could result in an impromptu trip through Styx.[break][break][break]

You have access to all pokemon in your pc; however, you can not use Ditto.
There is no locking in of pokemon; you can catch pokemon to help you complete the challenge even after the challenge has started!

With the safe landing on the griund thans to the death bird looking thing, and Selena having used her own magic Razz had more than enough to last hours honestly. However despite everything the heat was getting to him, and seeing the fire magma around them Razz was feeling sick, skin looking more pale now honestly. The fire around them was making him freeze up now that his attention was gone from the imidiate danger. [Break][break]

With his trainer out of commiasion Salem decided to take change for now wanting to move fast for his trainer's mental state. With his Pychic powers he calls on Azulon who seems to be annoyed once more on being called but after looking into the eyes of the normally cheery Meowstic it wasn't the time. Salem called some orders and pointed making the penguin pokemon use hydro cannon to assist.

It's only when they're brought to safety by the Agent of Death that Thomas realizes just what he had done. Selena knew about it, as Thomas had informed her during their last meeting, but Andie and the stranger didn't. He planned on breaking the news to his twin sister at some point, hopefully at a time where she wouldn't freak out. But the stranger was going to be trouble.

"Arceus, it's hotter than Groudon's asshole here!", Thomas remarked.

Seeing the section of wall that needed to be attacked, he sent out his Cubchoo. He hated having to do this, but he planned on making it up to the little guy somehow. "Sorry to do this, but I need you to use Brine on the wall.", Thomas ordered, pointing the way. The Cubchoo, despite his discomfort, did as he was told, firing the blast of water at the wall. Once that was done, Thomas quickly recalled his little friend, getting him out of the heat.

After falling what felt like fucking forever, Andrea finally came to an unceremonious landing. It was... rather hot down here, all things considered.

“What. The actual. Fuck. Did you two do?!” she exclaimed in her brother and Selena’s direction, fanning herself for temporary respite. Since when did the land get so fucking hot all the way down here?!

Seeing that two of them had already taken the lead, she decided to do the same.

“Hope you don’t mind,” she remarked in Thomas's direction, fishing out the containment unit that had the Greninja. “Just a while longer, okay?” she pleaded, cheesy grin on her face.

“Hydro Cannon that spot! The same one they all aimed for!”

And off went the Greninja, doing some ‘hand signals’; before releasing the torrential blast of water, soaking the central point of what lay before them.
