larvesta was practically a silk bug and should be very compatible for the job, especially since he still has string shot in his moveset because his trainer can't be bothered to teach him a better move for it. it paid off in the end, by some strange twist of fate.

the larvesta sits on a stool, making its own spool of thread with its string shot continuously going. the thread is silky and pure, as thread from silk bugs do, though it has an added benefit of being comfy and warm and insulating due to coming directly from a fire-type.

the only problem was that the silk probably wasn't suited for hoenn climate, which is generally warm all year around. with the recent supernatural happenings in the region though, one cannot be too prepared for the unexpected. a warm larvesta silk shirt was always welcome in these trying times.

After being turned into a chopping board, well, this time it was… okay how the fuck was one supposed to make threads out of steel?

The Scizor could only blink in visible confusion. Well, if its fire-truck red scales could be used for plating? Then so be it.

It was shedding season anyway, and the scales could be used for some… unconventional human ‘haute couture’ or something like that, right? Would he need to spit up some ‘Scizor silk’ in the process as well?

Anyway, off Zeis went again, bringing as many shed scales as he could carry between his claws.

Well, any little bit helped, right?!

Easy work, easy money. This really had Doug's face all over it.

Goran's legs kicked quickly as he spun web after web as if it were textile fabric, the men and women around him awed and in shock at the unnaturally resilient gossamer web he was turning into clothing.

He was no Ollante, but he had seen her handy work before, and knew Doug was hurting for cash. The better and quicker his work was, the better the rewards for his trainer.

He would make enough clothes for the entirety of Slateport's homeless population if he needed to.

The Queen of the hive arrives.

Malice’s constant buzzing never ceases, even during official work. The shiny Vespiqueen makes no effort in weaving fabric, instead, she ATTACK ORDERS her Combee minions to do the job for her. The diligent pokemon swarm the factory, obedient to the call of their sovereign.

Upon arrival, they simply do as they’re told. Finespun Fabrics may have only hired Katherine’s Vespiquen, but they now had a swarm of pokemon working under them.

Novak watched as the Pokemon and humans around him worked at making fabrics.

It was a nice, quiet job, and he was enjoying the peace of mind it provided.

Right up until the point where he made a horrible realization, looking down at Nettle and the very purple threads that the Ariados was weaving.

Bryan had sent his cutiefly out for a pokejob, apparently some people needed bug type pokemon to create fabrics of some kind. However Bryan was dumb and didnt realize that cutiefly was incapable of doing this sort of task. Or at least cutie fly was determined to at least be some form of help, she would use her tiny little body to help put together strands of silk and or whatever else type of material the other pokemon were creating and using it's delicate little hands to put it together. As cute as it all sounded, Cutiefly was horrid at the task at hand and ruined almost everything it touched. Luckily another cutiefly that Byran had sent with it was better at the job and who the hell would be able to tell the difference between the two of them at the end of the day?

Weaving webs came as easy to Squeeze as walking. Heck, she could even do it while walking. She could produce a massive amount of threads with her Spider Web, but for more delicate weaves, a String Shot could suffice. Weaving textiles didn’t even break a sweat.

She knew Hideo wasn’t hurting for money, but had asked her to do this to help a gym owner. The payment was just more of a side reward.

As she went to work, she had a thought: maybe she could make something for Hideo. She just had to learn how to dye her web; she didn’t dare give him something that didn’t have stripes, lest she destroy his signature style.

For now, she’d just focus on making stacks of cloth.
