VV INTRO & PERKS EVENT CYCLE EXPOSITION
SYNOPSIS: After the incident at the Tree of Life in Sootopolis City, Hoenn finds itself in a desperately weakened state. In the vast vacuum created by the incident, reports of doppelgangers have been on the rise.[break][break]
As Hoennians investigate these ominous sightings, both factions continue to find ways to amass resources for the incoming meteoroid, while the DRK Triad reveals their motivations from the shadows.[break][break]
This event is a continuation of the events of the previous month; however, this event cycle will function as a transition toward the end of the current arc. New lore and necessary exposition will be done alongside fun activities to celebrate the summer.

- GOLDEEN can be sold to the black market for 100 PD, while dark-type pokemon can be sold for 2X THE PRICE.

SLATEPORT SPLASHFEST — SLATEPORT SPLASHFEST is a summer festival set within the titular city of Slateport. The festival lasts for a week in mid-August when the Hoennian heat is at its hottest.[break][break]

DAWN OF THE DARKEST DAY — In mid-June, the skies over the Tree of Life darken. A black cloud hangs over the crater city's opening, exposed by the sharp glare of a full moon. Something is coming. Something is already here.[break][break]
Trainers combat a threat that threatens the safety of Sootopolis and the Tree of Life. However, they will realize the true meaning of powerlessness in doing so.[break][break]

PROMENADE OF ROSES (SCARLET) As Spring comes to a close, an abundance of roses have blossomed at FIORELLI FLORISTRY of every conceivable colour. To sell the unprecedented bounty of the colourful flowers, a promotion has been put in place by Elisabeth Fiorelli to ensure the roses find recipients throughout the off-season months of summer.[break][break]
BONFIRE BONANZA (TAROT) A mega thread with tiered and prompt-based rewards. Set in the end of July, an anonymous group has decided a large-scale bonfire event would boost the morale of Hoennians in the hot summer sun.[break][break]
PINKAN ISLAND ADVENTURE (FISHIE) Little is known about the mysterious Pinkan Island, a territory far off the coast of Hoenn. Though it's rumored to be the home of unusual flora and fauna, visitors have historically been prohibited from entering— until now.[break][break]
Pinkan Island's head ranger has put out the call. For the first time in decades, the island is inviting trainers to visit its shores. Will you go to see the island's natural beauty for yourself, or to try and exploit it? Or perhaps you'd like to probe the mysteries that surround this secret place.[break][break]

THE SAFARI ZONE HAS REFRESHED with a new selection. This new selection will last until AUGUST 31ST, 11:59PM PST. Below, you can see the new rotation of Pokemon that you can capture. The previous safari selection's threads will be forcibly archived by JULY 7TH, 11:59PM PST.
