Zev finds himself visiting Mossdeep more frequently of late, but never before has he seen anything like the writhing swarm of Eelektross close to the shoreline of the city's beach. He approaches with some curiosity. The Pokémon is dangerous — or so he's heard. Not only are their razor sharp TEETH able to cut through flesh with ease, but as Electric-types, they usually shock their foes into paralysis before dragging them into the depths.[break][break]

A fitting Pokémon for an assassin like him, now that he thinks about it.[break][break]

Having made up his mind, Zev releases his Gengar from a Pokéball. The Ghost-type hovers in the air next to his master, grinning with dark delight. "HEX, Smoke," the man commands his Pokémon.[break][break]

Smoke glides over to the mass of eel Pokémon and selects one as his victim.[break][break]

He'd just been about to take a flight away from a concluded meeting on the island before the happenings upon the shoreline caught his attention. He gazed afar from atop the back of his Dragonite, brows furrowing and eyes narrowing faintly while attempting to catch a lay of the land.[break][break]

After some debate, he tapped the drake and directed her to fly out to get a closer look.[break][break]

Before long, the sight of scattered Eelektross and Tynamo entered his vision, and as he began reaching for a spare Pokeball atop his belt, his eyes widened for a split second as a beast of the former seemed to lunge at them during their decent. He hung onto the winged dragon ferrying him as she swerved just quick enough to steer clear of its furor.[break][break]

"Geez, look at the teeth on that sucker...!" he murmured, smirking in wry amusement despite the narrowly evaded dangers. His eyes dwindled upon the very creature that snapped out at them before he pointed down towards it, winding up and adding a quick, "Dragon Rush it," before tossing the ball down moments after the requested attack went out.[break][break]

with the absolute gaping mouth on that thing, she's kind of worried about how hard their bite might be. [break][break]

but probably, also, possibly, not, because it kind of looks stupid. like, look at the way it moves around? and look at how it kind of go 'oooooh'. heh. it looks dumb. she wants one. [break][break]

"AYO, KID." she calls out to the infernape, whose gaze is fixated on the.. unsettling swarm of pokemon. then she chucks a pokeball to the infernape, a smile to her lips. "your throwing arm is stronger than mine, yeah?" she asks, moving closer to the flaming monkey. "mmkay, so--" [break][break]

"HEY BATTER BATTER--" she starts, raising her voice, pointing to one of the eel pokemon "HEY BATTER BATTER--" she screams again, with the infernape finally getting the memo, and winding up "HEY BATTER BATTER--" one more time, for the good luck[break][break]

"SWING!" she shouts, watching the infernape chuck the pokeball into the crowd. whether it hits or not, we'll see.

Keenan found Electross to be one part cool, and one part creepy. Creepy because of the mouth and the teeth it has. It really didn't look pleasant. But it also looked cool because of it. And Kee was lacking in electric types. Flying on Vikavolt, he also had Walrein out. That was risky, but Walrein was doing good using Blizzard and Yawn. Vikavolt did help a little bit with Bug Buzz as well. But he really hoped he managed to get one...an electric type immune to ground types?! Sign him up! Yes, he had Vikavolt, but having a back-up was always a good idea.

After learning about new found passing towards diving, Aidan would decide to go around the whole region exploring the nooks and crannies of the many seas. The sadness that he would feel deep inside his heart when he arrived at Mossdeep and he couldn't go diving at all and it was because of some dumb safety precautions, stupid pokemon and their inability to stay away from human fun![break][break]

Aidan wasn't one to help much when it came to things that didn't directly affect him but this clearly did. He wanted to go diving, it was one the few things he found enjoyable before the clear end of the world and the inescapable doom that was coming their way. regardless of all the doom and gloom Aidan would decide to help by trying to capture one of the critters himself![break][break]

Making his way tot he shore and staying as far away from the water as possible Aidan would spot one of the many beds of Eelektross who had been coming to visit the beaches. Their TEETH were like lovecraftian horrors that Aidan would have nightmares and their bodies really didn't help their case but to Aidan they were interesting pokemon that could become useful in his day to day job so he wa smore than willing to try and capture one for his vacation time for his work in the future to come.[break][break]

Caleb and Lyra cruised along the Mossdeep coastline, looking for signs of the rogue Eelektross that had been reported in the area. These volatile water Pokémon had apparently been venturing quite close to shore, where unsuspecting swimmers might be at risk of getting bitten. A BITE from an Eelektross's electricity-powered FANGS could be fatal in some circumstances, and Caleb was not about to let anyone die on his watch.

Lyra trilled urgently, and Caleb snapped his head in the direction she was looking. Sure enough, he could see several long bodies with wide, gaping MOUTHS coursing through the waves towards land, as if pulled there by some kind of magnetic force. Rocketing forward, Lyra gained on the agile eel Pokémon. “See if you can hit them all with a single Dragon Pulse," He commanded her.

Suddenly, an Eelektross in the back of the swarm whipped around and lunged at Lyra's neck with a surprising amount of speed. The Lapras was ready for anything, however, and expertly maneuvered out of the way. She sent her DRAGON PULSE out, then, catching her assailant squarely in the chest (and hitting several of the other Eelektross in front of it). Caleb reached in his jacket pocket for a Pokéball, making the split second decision to attempt to catch the Eelektross that had attempted to bite Lyra. Maybe getting ahold of one could help him better understand why they were so adamant on attacking people as of late.

Klaus fidgets with the hem of his shirt as he eyes the eels slinking about over the beach, their gnashing teeth and undulating bodies something straight from one of those paintings of Hell he recalls studying in art class. Looking from the pokeballs in his hands to the swarm beyond, he finally picks out one that contains his Cofagrigus.

Ah Mossdeep. Quite the little town. It was probably the place Devlin found himself most in so small part because of all the pop up stalls near the beach. It made a great place to set up shop himself or take a look at the various wares of the other shopkeepers. Maybe even a five fingered discount if they weren't looking. However today there were quite a few Elelktross around proving to cause some trouble. Not wanting his own wares or any potential thef- sale of ah vendor to go awry the you g man sent out his drapion, it's teeth razor sharo and soon coated in ice as it used Ice fang on an approaching pokemon to keep it at bay as well as deter the others
