At this point she honestly didn't know if she'd be happier to finally land a more advanced trick, or just never see a mantine again. Part of her wanted to figure this out, and the other part of her was starting to think she should just accept that she was bad at mantine surfing. Either way, Karissa wasn't a quitter. At the very least, one time before the Splashfest was over, she would land something. And she'd be damned if that something wasn't a MAGIKARP SPLASH.
