• Rocket’s business analytics and intelligence will hack into Hoenn Construction Company's (HCC) transaction database to locate a set number of built bunkers during the period of time leading up to Meteno.
• A team will then examine that list and pick out individuals with families of no real importance to the League.
• Rocket grunts will scout out the premises, discuss whether it’s worth sieging, then dispose of the owner.
• If decided to siege the bunker, before disposing of the owner, the intelligence team will be sent back into the transaction database to delete the specific transaction linked to said owner, erasing their trail.
• Once everything has been cleared, the team will move to repurpose the bunker.

SCOUT MISSIONS HAVE ONE OBJECTIVE: locate and assess the list of bunkers given out by intelligence. Results of all missions are to be submitted to Admin jayden cross , who would then refer them to intelligence for proper assessment. [break][break]

[1] Examine the bunker's outward appearance. Note its stability, position, and possible tactical usage.[break][break]
[2] Examine the furniture inside the bunker. Are there any generators? Is there anything Rocket could repurpose? [BREAK][break]
[3] Clear out any lurking Pokemon surrounding the Bunker.

[2] Research the background of a name provided by the transaction listing. Gather their family history, relevancy, and overall threat to the operation if they were to be eliminated.[break][break]

[3] Erase all traces of someone's existence.[break]
