EXPOSITION



METENO changed Hoenn. Fear and unease became commonplace among the citizens, pushing them toward decisions and purchases they wouldn't have otherwise made. Specifically, underground bunkers. Throughout the timeframe leading up to the meteor's fall down the region's atmosphere, over 800 bunkers were ordered and built in various locations throughout the region, ranging from within cities to far out within the town's outskirts. Project Lockout aims to take advantage of these new pockets of cover by capturing them, repurposing them, and utilizing them for furthering the organization's goals. This will be done through three types of missions: scout, intelligence, and extermination.


Objective



[1] To take over safe houses built/used during the months leading up to Meteno[break][break]
[2] Create an underground network for Rocket’s use; thus, ensuring safe travels throughout the region for those burdened with leaked identities, regulating cross-region supply chains (especially in light of VALOR's leakage and disruption of old supply lines), and finally, to expand Rocket's coverage for future sieges and defense measures.

Logistics

  • Rocket’s business analytics and intelligence will hack into Hoenn Construction Company's (HCC) transaction database to locate a set number of built bunkers during the period of time leading up to Meteno.
  • A team will then examine that list and pick out individuals with families of no real importance to the League.
  • Rocket grunts will scout out the premises, discuss whether it’s worth sieging, then dispose of the owner.
  • If decided to siege the bunker, before disposing of the owner, the intelligence team will be sent back into the transaction database to delete the specific transaction linked to said owner, erasing their trail.
  • Once everything has been cleared, the team will move to repurpose the bunker.

SCOUT



SCOUT MISSIONS HAVE ONE OBJECTIVE: locate and assess the list of bunkers given out by intelligence. Results of all missions are to be submitted to Admin , who would then refer them to intelligence for proper assessment. [break][break]
Possible prompts to fulfill throughout the mission:[break][break]
[1] Examine the bunker's outward appearance. Note its stability, position, and possible tactical usage.[break][break]
[2] Examine the furniture inside the bunker. Are there any generators? Is there anything Rocket could repurpose? [BREAK][break]
[3] Clear out any lurking Pokemon surrounding the Bunker.

INTELLIGENCE



INTELLIGENCE MISSIONS ARE IMPERATIVE TO THIS OPERATION'S SUCCESS: Every step taken, and every action approved is all meant to be calculated specifically with the intelligence and analytics' teams information in mind. Below are some types of missions your characters can choose to fulfill. Results are expected to be reported to .[break][break]

NOTE: Below are just guidelines for topics or conversations for characters to reference. They don't have to be followed exactly. For example, two characters can talk about researching a person's background without actually fulfilling the task. This rule only applies for intelligence missions. [break][break]


[1] Break into Hoenn Construction Corporation's transaction database to obscure names, addresses, and further details for field agents to utilize. This can be done through hacking or physically breaking into their base located in RUSTBORO CITY.[break][break]
[2] Research the background of a name provided by the transaction listing. Gather their family history, relevancy, and overall threat to the operation if they were to be eliminated.[break][break]

[3] Erase all traces of someone's existence.[break]
