This route played out much as the other did. They were mirrored, with Barnaby receiving the Dark Stone rather than the Light stone this time around.[break][break]

Just as before, he palmed the gem in his hand, looking it over for imperfections — of which he found none.[break][break]

He'd hand it over to Zev Harcourt, too, if the Beast desired his own inspection. Once he was satisfied, the pair would exit the tower and return to their reality once again.

Zev accepted the Dark Stone from Bee and likewise turned it over in his hands. Aside from the coloration, it looked identical to the Light Stone. In the same way, the scenario had played out and ended in much the same way as the other route, just with a different victor.[break][break]

Wordlessly, Zev departed with Bee without a backward look at the remnants of battle. As they exited the tower, the scene crumbled away as the RKS machine returned to its idle state.
