People huddled behind hastily built walls whisper and point. An urgent call for aid was given. answered, and four have arrived to serve as forlorn hope.[break][break]
They are four against three. Each of the rampaging legends that come for the people huddled inside the research station is a monster in its own right. Scientists have given these creatures flowery names. Walking Wake, Raging Bolt, Gouging Fire. Those that stand against them have titles as well.[break][break]
Fairy King, Fighting Master, Volatile, Songstress. Each of them has been called many things by many people, but none can deny one thing binding all four: they are great, and they must be great here, lest they all die.[break][break]
The sun starts to brighten. It threatens to turn harsh. A gathering storm of dust shows that death gathers on the horizon, ready to take them all.[break][break]
“So,” says, “not every day they pull all four of us out for a fight.” Even the sight of doesn’t make his smile falter. There’s a certain electrifying energy that carries through the air, hyping him up for the fight to come. Before he was given titles by anyone, he was a warrior. For once, he agreed with Matias. Arceus, just admitting that to himself felt like sacrilege of the highest order. On cue he looks at the Avatar, curious how the man felt surrounded by three people who absolutely hated him.

All of them have the same thought. As their foe approaches, they have their answer.[break][break]
The beasts come into view, drawn by humanity’s presence. Like predators scenting blood in the water, they’re in a frenzied state. A long-necked beast resembling Raikou peers down at them, staying just behind the two swifter beasts. The paradox Suicune and Entei compete to rush them down, each wanting first blood.[break][break]
“Just one of these guys gave us trouble last year.” Navy muses, but his grin hasn’t faded. “But we’re gonna be just fine.”[break][break]
Behind them, the people within the station watch in awe. All four seem at ease, more bemused by the severity of the League’s response than worried at what is to come. They whisper to one another. Those whispers will carry far. It will become a story all its own, how four stood against three legends.[break][break]
“Let’s get this over with so we can get back to hating each other, huh Silph?” Pointing his free arm, Navy orders Roland forward.[break][break]
The one-armed Iron Valiant is first into the fray, as his trainer was during the AQUA meeting. Raising his blade high, he fires a moonblast at the advancing monsters. Brilliant moonlight splits from the blade, firing in a wave. It is met by scalding hot water from the Walking Wake, locking them in a beam clash.[break][break]
Its compatriots see the opening, and they seek to push the advantage. Roland is fortunate he does not fight alone.

Melody release her grip on Navy's arm based on how Matias looked at them. She frowns but her face turns red as it was cringe as fuck in hindsight. [break][break]

She brushes the embarrassment off as she tries to move on from the subject as Greyson talks to her about it. "Quite cathartic honestly. I'm at least glad he knows we hate him. I'm more of a quiet simmer at this point" as she laughs at it a bit, she tries to make light of it. [break][break]

The other two beasts appear in front of them and Melody's immediately thrown off by their appearances. Such strange looking creatures, filled to the brim with power. She sizes up the one that seemed like a long necked version of Kyle's ash raikou."Sorry josh..." she says as she thinks of how upset would be if he saw her doing this. Meloetta spins around in front of melody placing her hand on it's forehead to mimic a peace sign that melody commonly used. [break][break]

The raging bolt starts to charge up an attack that melody couldn't recognize. "Relic song!" she orders as Meloetta takes in a deep breath, but with sudden surge of speed it strikes back, using THUNDER CLAP before the song could be sung. She cries out in pain but tries to follow up right after with the song to lash out at the enemies who hear it. She then switches to her pirouette form and bounces around to try and strike again.[break][break]

The Comfey around his wrist offers the Avatar a HELPING HAND, regardless of whether or not he needed it. Greyson didn't even need to ask.

"Capture them if you can," he offers, shrugging. "Be prepared for the consequences of failure though."

His Lopunny is a force to be reckoned with, but clear signs of fatigue show themselves in small, subtle ways. Years of training with the rabbit clued him into these, and he stands up a tad bit straighter in consideration. Not quite yet ready to move, but ready if needed.
