this time kazimir decided to kick the sword. good thing he aimed his foot at the blunt side of the the blade so he wouldn't cut himself. it was bad enough this thing auto killed those who failed, he didn't want to go out without even trying to budge the thing. of course his kick didn't quite seem to move it much so he decided to try the old tired and true method of gripping it and pulling.

kyle walks up to the sword and stares at it. multiple players have also tried and failed the rng roll, and he's about to do it twice in a row. his hand holds the hilt of the sword, watching the ribbon wrap around his arm.

"here goes," he mutters to himself, hyping him up before he readies himself to reappear at the spawn.

At this point, Rikiya was in the area just to taunt those who were still in pursuit of the sword, those who were in his kingdom. He had been the second player to get the sword, before the requirements to pull it were eased. After that, one player had managed to pull the sword. Still, he managed to get it under the hardest conditions, and he was not a n00b with a skinny wiener.

Now he had to come up with ways to fuck with everyone queued to pull the sword.

Or give her better luck. Or make the devs take pity on her. She wasn’t sure what she had to appeal to in order to get her way, and once again she found herself wondering if it was even worth the effort.

Well, she’d already brought herself out to the field. It’d be a wasted trip if she didn’t at least try to free the sword…

"one...more...time....c'mon ya stupid sword! move already!" taking a day off from doing this daily really helped keep his mind nice and fresh and away from any crazy thoughts. yet he was still having trouble with this stupid little challenge. it was infuriating but he refused to give up until he managed to pull it out at least once. he had to if he wanted to impress everyone else. all the pkers that got him as well as stormy, it would be nice to see the shock on her face when he comes strutting in with a new title to his name. king yiffgod, yup that was a hilarious name.

Isra returns, it's hard to say if she does so because she is seeking the reward that could be found in pulling the sword or simply because she is too stubborn not to come again and again until she gets something for the effort of doing so.

Maybe that's why she lingers on the fringes for a little bit, watching as other make their attempts only to be drained of their virtual soul and returned to one of the many spawn points within the game. The technicalities of it is beyond her but somehow it bothers her all the same. There's something unerving about after watching it long enough.

She steps forward and tries again anyway.

Real life was tearing him away from the virtual world—not that he minded this so much.

What with the recent changes that were taking place offline, he had to keep up with what was happening outside, rather than inside Ransei. So once he got the opportunity to log on again…

He was greeted with an alarming amount of EXP points that had accumulated while he was away.

Flicking the notification away and watching the contents of the bar rise, he then warped to Valora and sighed.

When was he going to get his chance? Squaring his shoulders, he walked straight to where the rock was without any preamble whatsoever and grabbed the hilt before giving it the best tug he could manage.
