As Sailor went to reply to their sibling, two 'mons did appear. Or rather, they had been secluded off to the side, hidden by an overhang of rock so Sai hadn't noticed them initially.[break][break]
They shared a look with Fen and smirked -- a Galarian Weezing and a Morgrem. Not a bad combo.[break][break]
"That Weezing is calling to me, I'll take that one." Sailor signed to Fenelle and hoped dee would agree to that plan. Morgrem just seemed a more Fen 'mon to Sai which probably only made sense to the two of them. Still, they hung back with Obstagoon and waited to know Fen's thoughts on this.

After a successful (kinda) heist the previous week, Sailor decided to take a break and enjoy an afternoon spent at the Central Mall. They didn't have any shops in particular they wanted to see but even window shopping could be fun. [break][break]
Not that funds were an issue but it wasn't worth the headache of a lecture from their papa about spending habits.[break][break]

They stopped at the food court to get a bubble tea with their Obstagoon right by their side. Sailor joined the queue and checked the menu while they waited.

"I guess we just sort of have to take whatever pops up first?" Sai hummed as they looked around but it didn't seem like anything had been brave enough to approach yet. Obstagoon was a good test to see if a 'mon would be worthy of their time or not.[break][break]
Sai nodded as Fen spoke about the soul-bound they were hoping to uncover, "But there are risks too. If anything happens to my mon, it'll affect yours and vice-versa." They were talking about the chance their Pokémon would perish in some way. Sai thought they heard something and looked over but nothing appeared.[break][break]
Maybe the wait was getting to them...[break][break]
They smirk at Fen, "We'll find something good, trust me." Hopefully they wouldn't be left eating those words in some way.

Jabbing at the screen of their Rotom-phone, Sailor leaned against a wall as they waited for the 'delivery' to happen. It was their job today, as a grunt, to move some illegal goods from the Lower District to an abandoned warehouse in the Outskirts. Not the most glamorous part of being in Team Rocket but they didn't care.[break][break]
A chuckle and smile at something Fen sends them and Sai lowers their phone to look around again. It's hard to seem nonchalant when they don't know when the delivery when arrive or who is watching them. Hopefully no one will interfere, but they have a backstory planned just in case.[break][break]
Just one girl looking over at them but Sai isn't fazed as they go back to their phone. They're not a resident but who knew everyone who lived in a city?

Sai had heard a rumour, or read it somewhere on the web, that two Pokémon caught together would have a special bond -- even if they were caught by different trainers. They mentioned it casually to Fen a week ago and now, here they both were. "Bit of a trek, isn't it." Sai remarked through sign, looking around. The view was pretty nice.[break][break]

Not too far, because he was a good bodyguard, was Sailor's Obstagoon. With a menacing face and arms crossed, Sai knew his presence was enough to deter most Pokémon and people from approaching the duo. Which was just the way they liked it. [break][break]

"Are you hoping for anything in particular or just 'strong' like always?" There's a slight teasing to their words that Fen won't pick up on but the smirk would be enough to get the tone across.

005 their adopted sibling, Fenelle Miller and their grandpa, théo, are the two people sai is closest to in the world. while they may seem cold and aloof to anyone else, sai shows their sensitive and caring side to these two only. technically sailor is the older sibling but sometimes the roles can be reversed (and while his parents considered it a waste of time, sailor learned sign to communicate better with fen).[break][break]

006 then tend to favour dark / poison / ghost type mons. their only Pokémon they have was a 'graduation' present from their parents - a galarian zigzgoon that sailor has raised into an obstagoon. obstagoon acts as sailor's bodyguard and is never, ever in his poké ball. he is overprotective of sailor and his trainer secretly dotes on him.[break][break]

007 sai's sibling got them into anime and in particular, magical girl anime. when they feel stressed from whatever job they've just pulled off, sailor likes to unwind with an ep from one of their favourites or while listening to songs from different series.[break][break]

008 despite being ace, sailor is a huge romantic and does hope to one day find someone who'll love them for them. they're also interested in tarot and will consult their cards before doing a job, just to see what the outlook is like or do spreads for people they like (read: currently only fen).[break][break]

009 sai has the latest rotom phone and is always on it (mostly texting fen). for the longest time they didn't use emojis but recently had adopted them into messages since the habit rubbed off on them (gee, from who? i wonder...). they like to take pics of their obstagoon and send them to fen. much like a cat owner, they're not always the most flattering but sai thinks they're cute so that is all that matters.[break][break]
