When Eris speaks up about being okay the young man just gives a bit of a sigh. Wanting to trust that she knew better about those she was hanging around with Razz just huffing out the flame and puts his hand down. His aura and expression going from that one wanting to bring pain to a calmer more neutral one. [Break][break]

"Says the Rocket who only know who to betray and backstab," Razz sasses back to the other, with Eris' presence there allowing for his more 'chill' side to show rather than his usual professional one with new people.[break][break]

"So who is this guy Eris?"

Cute wasn't really something Tango would categorize himself as. Part of him almost found it demeening, but when his trainer mentioned about how it was their job as Rangers to help out others the Charcadet deemed it as a worthy enough job to use its 'charm' on. The little fire pokemon seeming to try and talk to the fearful patients as if it could understand him just fine. Just to see the human's response of looking confused which seemed to annoy the fire lad. [break][break]

But they wanted to show the now Head Ranger that they were a worthy pokemon to partner with. So it still tries to entertain, thinking back to how he first met his trainer as it uses the flame on his head to create little mini fire balls to amuse and entertain the people as doctors had to come in and give their needles. Though as the docs used it against the little humans Tango seemed to understand just why they were scared of it.

With the obvious looming danger about Razz does attempt to get closer to Eris to see if he couldn't help protect her as he tries to look around for where ever the roar was coming from. The echoing cave making it difficult to pinpoint an exact location. Though Salem ends up pushing his trainer away from Eris as a is assumed to be a pokemon DRAGON RUSHES the location between Razz and Eris crashing between them as it's target seemed to move. [break][break]

"A Salamace?" Razz quesitons confused as while it was Salamance core, there was a distinct different between the pokemon and the beast in front of them. Salem going in front of Razz as it would attempt to use DISARMING VOICE to attack first.

While Razz doesn't understand why the other seems to be helping him with Eris he doesn't question it for now. Letting the other's pokemon help separate her from the grunt as Razz swooped in with his punch. The Avatar having made sure he held back as while he definitely wanted to inflict pain on the other, he didn't want to kill them. Razz only gives a 'tch' as the grunt seems to keep going for Eris. Most likely in some attempt to take a hostage until the other Rocket replaces one of her with one of his own pokemon with ALLY SWITCH. [break][break]

That is when Tango interferes as the ceruledge has their blade underneath the grunt and Tango attempts to push them off while Razz calls out a bulbasuar to use SLEEP POWDER on the injured grunt. After he would turn to his original opponent with a glare that promised pain as he raises a hand for a fireball to form. "I would back off from her if I were you," he gave the warning, Razz trusting Salem and Tango with the other two pokemon. Sure the other might have helped, but this grunt was one of them so he couldn't trust.

At the sight of the fire pokemon Razz calls for Tango to take Royal's place. The white knight standing guard and ready for his trainer's orders. For the moment the other being the pair's only priority so they could get to the next more important one. Its when a voice echos a familiar name through the cave does Razz's attention finally faulter. His anger at the other completely gone and now only focused on the target that took Eris Halla away from him while they were trying to deal with the knock off Salamance. [break][break]

With their Trainer's attention go Tango took it on himself to protect them as the Rocket seemed to come forward to try and intercept. Probably to help their fellow Rocket as Tango made sure to put up a PROTECT before the other could get to close to them. Isaac no longer a blip on his radar as from his hand a fireball forms and explodes to rocket the Head Ranger toward the Rocket that held Eris. [break][break]

razz is IMMUNE TO EXPLOSIONS AND FLAMES OF HIS OWN CREATION and can use them to propel himself around like a jet-engine.

And while he doesn't pay too much attention to the fact that it was the other's pokemon that lifted the Rocket in the first place Razz does take full advantage of his momentum from his original launch to deck them into the ground. Doubting the grunt would be getting up any time soon from that he does look to Eris, "You alright?" he asked full of nothing but concern for her. Salem and Tango quick to try and catch up with their trainer.

There is of course a frown on his face when she mentions that she was asked to scramble League comms. He isn't happy about the idea of it, but he holds some hope that even if she was asked to do it didn't mean she would. Because Eris listening to anyone would definitely be a first for her. [break][break]

"Didn't think you would really, you're a lot tougher than you give yourself credit for," he compliments her, trying to learn from the mistakes that his own parents would do with him, or even from previous interactions with Eris. He knows she doesn't need his judging right now of all things. He does take a step forward with his hand out though, "But how about we get out of here hmm?" he offers pausing when Salem seems to go on edge as he seems to sense something wrong. [break][break]

And just like that a roar could be heard echoing through the cave around them, crystals shinning bright to the point of blinding as heavy stomps could be heard not far from them.

Razz doesn't get a good look at the intruder as they choose to take refuge behind the rocks. Razz keeping his one good eye in the direction to make sure that they didn't escape while Salem watched, waiting for orders as a just in case. Though it isn't until the other speaks that he freezes him, no longer in mission mode. [break][break]

It made have been four years since he left, and there was a slight change in his brother's voice but he could recognize it from anywhere. More and more Razz felt his resolve die down as he heard his original name, from someone he didn't expect to hear ever again. "Asriel?" Razz just questions to be sure that this place wasn't messing with him.

The young Head Ranger just allows everyone to say what they need to say. Admittedly he was getting more support than he thought he would get, and he was especially grateful that annalise henderson actually gave a cheer. Part of him hoping it was genuine and not just an act. Though when Josh Devlin comes up to him, admittedly he isn't happy to see the other, not after seeing the report but the younger Ranger chooses to not bring that up here. There was enough going than talking to the other about it, "Thanks, and we'll see how things turn out," he offers back. More out of the fact that he knows he'll have a lot of work to do back in Slateport and so going outside for missions wasn't really on the table as it was for most rangers. [break][break]

When Audric Black, a newbie for him, suddenly came to him to congratulate him Razz step back at the energy from the other. Every now and then new people making him faulter with his social skills when they're so forward. He awkwardly shakes the others hand back and gives another nod of thanks before Laurence Anderson finally voices his own concern about him. [break][break]

If Razz were more unprofessional he would've just rolled his eye at the other, though he knows that Lars has a large amount of loyalty from everyone here. Examples of those like Guillermo Marceliño being bold enough to question his loyalty to the Rangers all because the other Head Ranger seemed to. "About the same guarantee as either you or Counselman Elinor Anderson," the title drop being used as a reminder that he isn't the one that works closely to FERNANDO SILPH, "would reveal anything from this meeting as its not like we aren't called to several meets that include him," he replies back as a reminder. Hell their last meeting in AQUA should be a reminder to Laurance about that. [break][break]

Then the accusation comes from one of the Cadets and all Razz could give the other is a questionable look with a tilt of his head. "I didn't start that, I will not name names, but a different Ranger threw the pie in my defense when someone insulted me, I can assure you my upbringing has raised me to keep cool in many situations," the young Ranger offers before finally stepping back to allow ollie morales to take the stage again as he addresses the Meteor and its after math. Razz listening in on what others had to say involving some issues.

There is a lot of thoughts going through his his head at the sight of the young teen. As the last he has really heard of her was from a report from the League claiming that @joshdragomir had attacked her and no body was found. And while she knew that technically she would be find, as if she survived Kanto Rocket surviving one of his Rangers was a no brainer, it didn't ease him that he hasn't seen her in awhile. The only responce he got from here was a simple picture text of:[break][break]

Which was good, but it wasn't seeing her face to face. So there is a slump of his shoulders in relief to see her alive and somewhat well. "Stressful, but not because of you," he attempts to joke some what of his own expense as becoming Head Ranger, and Captain of Slatport has definitely took its own toll. "Care to explain what you're doin here? Or at least," Razz waves his phone at her and her silly little picture, "Why you sent me nothing but this picture? Who even is this?"[break][break]

He doesn't know his cartoons.

The mission was simple, Rocket was trying to get something and it was his job as part of AQUA to ensure that they didn't get what they wanted. Razz didn't need them getting the upper hand, sure he would never want to kill any of them as that wasn't his speed. But putting a dent in their plans was something he was more than willing to do. [break][break]

Though as this was his first time in Ultra Deep Sea, Razz took this time to try and explore the area for himself. Get a feel of the surroundings, and if this place weren't chucked full of danger he might have found it pretty with the crystals that filled this cave. A fun little thing Salem seemed to discover as he had tried to hop off his trainer was his drifting in the air, almost like water as he seemed to try and swim around the air. [break][break]

Though it was at the sight of another he didn't recognize that ended the fun. Razz switching into mission mode as easily as he used to back in Kanto when having to be sent somewhere. A sharp whistle and Salem uses DARK PULSE to hit the ground close to the stranger as a warning shot. He couldn't recognize them from afar at first, and he wasn't the type to not give his opponent a chance. [break][break]

"You shouldn't be here, leave now and you can remain unharmed," Razz gives his warning to the stranger.

This battle was going on far too long, had this been the war once again this battle would've already been a loss. However Razz was not one to back down, the other was just lucky that he was playing by the rules of things and just letting their pokemon fight rather than going after the Rocket himself. Though after fighting with his brother days before, and having to deal with those weird looking pokemon just before having lost track of Eris Razz needed to now depend on Royal to handle things. [break][break]

With the power of both pokemon having mega evolved craters were formed in the rocks and crystals that formed the cave from their clashes, and Royal had no intention of giving in. He was royalty and royalty didn't lose to Rocket scum. Not when his trainer had done the addiqate thing on ranking up himself now to Head Ranger. To lose to some grunt would be an insult that the Greninja he would not stand for, even if exhaustion rippled through him like a pebble thrown in a lake. [break][break]

It's Salem who informs them both the use of the extra help to which Razz just scoffs at. Typical Rocket in not wanting an honorable battle, though it wasn't like he'd be doing the same if not for his injuries. "Like hell I'll just stand aside and let Rocket just ruin everything else here!" Razz growls back, clearly angry at Rocket having no dauntedly taken her while they were busy fighting. After Razz gives a whistle and both of his pokemon already know what to do, as Salem hops off his shoulder and preforms his own HELPING HAND on Royal. Protean changing the Greninja's type to FLYING as air whirled around it before it jumped and went to strike with a SUPERSONIC SKYSTRIKE [break][break]

Attacks clash between a Helping hand powered Z-move against a regular move helped by a Z-powered Helping Hand. Forces clash and an explosion takes its place as both pokemon fly back from the impact. Razz quick to go by Royal's side to find that the mega energy had died out from the impact. The ranger putting a hand on their head, "Don't worry you did amazing got that?" he is sure to tell the frog as he grabs another pokeball, "You will not be winning here"
