With the others having finally passed them Salem finally drops the spikey shield, the meowstic feelingly slightly worn down from it but the group was safe and that was what mattered. The recoil damage from the shield enough to half the large golem faulter but it was clear it wasn't going to stop as another hand was raised. [break][break]

"Theeeere!"

Razz hears from the caves as it seems the ghost warriors from before have finally caught up to their tail. Inwardly Razz curses but knows its now time to run. There is a slight pause as one seems to claim to recognize him. Claiming to be one of them, as they were running out of the cave toward them and now the golem. Razz just watching in some horror as one of the ghost warriors was grabbed by the Golurk and skewered into the stakes on it's back. [break][break]

And from there a new battle came out. As the men now had to defend themselves against the ghost pokemon. Thats when he recalls that he still has the smokebomb, "You all better run!" is his only warning to both the living and the dead as he throws the SMOKE BOMB down as an easy get away for the living, and hopefully the ghost should they get the chance. [break][break]

With the smoke up Razz runs in the same direction as the others, catching his breath once they're a good distance away. "Everyone all right?" [break][break]

A brow raises about his abilities being useful for Slateport, not that anyone could really tell with the way his bandana covered them up, but the notion was there. Either way he just listens as she goes on with her questioning. Razz not sure why, but he didn't really sense any sort of malice intent with such questions so he thinks about it for a moment. A small stare at Salem who just smiles as the cat now seems to make it clear that he won't allow any self-berating as he was used to. [break][break]

"Uhhh I've been working with them a bit more even with my work with Silph, Tam's more family routine of things had forced me to learn more uhh..." he had to pause as he thinks of the word, "OH social norms! There we go uhhh so had done some Team Building exercises with them such as their Secret Santa and such." [break][break]

Sure he wasn't the best with them still, but he was learning.

This pokemon was definately sturdy he would give it that. Though it seems like it was finally about to attack, and with the command of the FLYING PRESS Razz was worried. Especially with the tired Bisharp unable to defend himself against the attack as the salt pokemon's attack comes crashing in and knocking the Bisharp back. Its heavy body being the only reason it didn't just go flying like a cartoon. [break][break]

The other's training as an elite four member really showing as when Razz gets a good look at Pitch from his standing to see the black Bisharp knocked out which just makes him chuckle lightly, "looks like you win," he tells the other as he moves to where his pokemon was as he took out one of his healing items to help Pitch out. [break][break]

"Did you really named your pokemon after Laurence Anderson?"

Despite it's weariness from the first attack, Pitch is able to bring up his arms to somewhat defend itself against the attack, or if nothing else hold it's own against the water and ice combo. The bisharp shaking itself a bit as if to dry off before readying itself again as it dashes at the other pokemon before a furry of NIGHT SLASHES at the turtle pokemon. [break][break]

Meanwhile with Salem in such close proximity of Razz, the psychic pokemon is easily able to move himself in front of his trainer as the Urshifu comes in to attack with its DYNAMIC PUNCH. The hit looking painful at first as it struck seeming to damage the cat quiet harshly at first before Salem seems to recover with a snap motion as his odd ability DISGUISE is broken by the first attack. And with it up close and personal the Meowstic's eyes glow pink before summoning its SPRINGTIDE STORM at the fighting pokemon. Intending to both hurt and knock them back. [break][break]

Meanwhile, with the Urshifu no longer in his way, Razz makes a run at Rowan always taking on the important stance of 'take out the head the body falls with' as the young Ranger attempts to punch him in the face to knock the other down.

Razz just gives her a nod to acknowledge what she says make sense enough. Though at the question he seems confused, and almost already to list several things that he felt he was bad at as point out the good about themselves? Only people with self-confidence were capable of that, and Razz was filled too much of self-loathing. "Uhh- hey!" [break][break]

Before Razz could get a word out Salem to lightly slap the young ranger to stop him in his tracks. Razz gives him a look attempting to try again but once again Salem gives a light slap before jumping from his shoulder and to the table. The cat crosses his arms as he seems to expect an answer as well before Razz sighs, "Umm I have a pretty decent memory? Helps with knowing all the rules and regulations, I have decent organization skills, and I am a dedicated worker," he attempts some attempts at speaking good about himself for once. [break][break]
