One of Silph’s most inconsequential secrets is a key part of his weekly schedule. On his calendar there are two hour long blocks marked as ‘busy’. Considering his workload as well as his typical business, no one really questions what and for good reason.

Today, his Ditto will join him for his bi-weekly yoga session. It won’t necessarily keep him company but the small studio he visits requests his assistance with adding a bit more ‘flavor’ to their class. In typical fashion, Fernando ignores the superficial details, slowly stretching out as he plants his feet onto his mat. A good portion of his back is still sore from his far from stellar landing during the Meteor Falls incursion but his physical therapist recommended slowly getting back into it.

Imagine if a cat were better than you at yoga.

Well, Gavin doesn't have to imagine. His newly acquired Persian is as limber as they come, and she's more than happy to show off on his behalf. Though the war had cost him more in Pokemon than in money, the funds to pad his wallet are a nice bonus from the job. It also meant he didn't need to come home to find Persian had used her excess energy to scratch up the furniture.

"Be good, don't scratch anyone."

Persian lets out a sly purr as her trainer scratches her behind the ears and departs. To her credit, the mischievous cat does not immediately find a reason to put her claws in her yoga partner... but she does accidentally catch a nail in their yoga pants. Life is all about breaking the rules, right?

When they begin with the melting heart pose, she flexes her claws against the soft yoga mat and grins in a flash of feline teeth.

as the class started there was one member who seemed to be pretty pro at yoga already. then again if you were an octopus with several arms and legs you would be sure that you were limber enough to try and make sure you could use all of them to their fullest. such prowess was enough to make kazimir a little jealous as he stood next to his grapploct looking like a bit of a fool as he struggled to lift his leg up high enough to do the stretch that everyone else seemed to have no problem with. "hey don't look at me like that doc, i'm just...thigh heavy." he said as he noticed his pokemon give him an eyeing glance and caused a bit of blush to go over the blonde's face.

He hadn't really been able to look at his Shiny Purrloin after the loss of the other one. Even now he felt a terrible throb of pain having to interact with the coy kitten, being on the receiving end of its attention and affection. He didn't much feel like he deserved to be loved as easily as his pokémon offered it up.

It was a terrible feeling that he deserved to be punished, to suffer for the sacrifices he'd made of his own pokémon.

It was easier to leave the Purrloin for its yoga lessons rather than stay and watch.

Limberness and stretching came beyond natural to felines, so much so their stretches were difficult for humans to emulate yet, watching them do so inspired the action in empathetic humans.

She hoisted her rear into the air just to slump her body into a low sleep as she pressed her body forward invigorating herself breaking the tension in muscles about her back and stomach. With a certain pride about herself she would minx around the room 'mew'ing' at a human until they yielded and performed a stretch to her liking.

By end of the session she would return to Sénon happy and largely oblivious to his inner struggles as he pat her down, leaving the yoga studio.

there's nothing more relaxing than a ditto just sitting in front of someone's face. it wiggles ever so slightly with the faintest of winds to show how limber it is, which isn't surprising considering its constitution.

it does make an effort to actually be useful at its job, however.

the ditto mirrors the instructor in its blobby body. a shape forms, but it wasn't solid enough to actually reflect a transform move being used. instead, some failure of a humanoid mascot helps with ease the people's minds.

it's currently shaped like a jello teletubby doing weird stretches, but that's besides the point.

Sarisse is eager to attend the yoga session with her master, but only spares ten minutes of her time stretching beside the prince before she pulls her mat forward. Ever the teacher's pet, she places herself just feet behind the instructor before quickly settling back into pose. Her LIMBER body settles into the eagle pose, otherwise known as 'garudasana', with ease. Then the grinning comes.[break][break]

Thoughts of the Mega Lopunny she'd seen at tournaments and on TV come flooding in alongside giddy excitement. She'd come to this session with a pair of torn black leggings on herself, mimicking the ultimate form she admired. Perhaps, someday, her master would be kind enough to buy her the mega stone needed.
