THE BRIEFING

THE CIVILIANS OF HOENN form its backbone. One does not need to be so wrapped in government or crime to make waves within Hoennian society. From the simple deliveryman to the affluent chief executive officer, civilians must find ways to make ends meet while also paving their way through society. However, with recent events, it is clear that the region's tumult can find itself seeping into every facet of life.
