[attr="class","howicontst2"] When it comes to it, what is the definition of cool? It's rather subjective, as what one person could find cool, another simply finds dull. But if one thing can be agreed on, there's something cool about the idea of nostalgia. And nostalgia happens to fit this contest's theme! It's up to the contestants to decide what nostalgia means to them, meaning that costumes, pokemon, and moves must be tailored to the theme. The biggest thing that would like to be focused on is the use of first gen pokemon. Meaning the first original 151 pokemon are ideal for this event!

And given the smaller pool of contest-based moves, only one cool move is required, however people with two in their partner's arsenal will be rewarded with an additional +10 to a roll of their choice! While pokemon not in the original 151 ARE able to be submitted, but using a pokemon in the original list will also gain you an additional +10. Furthermore, anyone using a pokemon in the starter line, which will be listed below, can also stack an additional +5 to their rolls, meaning there is a potential to have an additional +25 in total.

Closing performances and last chance to impress the judges + roll. Due to the smaller pool of pokemon contest moves, you are welcome to use any move in this round.

Post once per round. There is NO POSTING ORDER, ergo once the first round concludes, you may post for the second round whenever you're ready, likewise with the third round. There is a ONE WEEK posting timeline to keep the competition running smoothly. If you do not meet the timeline, you will automatically be out of the running to win the competition, so keep that in mind before signing up! Time frame for posts will be specified in announcer post!

Each member can only sign up with one character, and use only one Pokemon. Movesets will be locked upon signing up.

Sign-ups will be closed AFTER 6 TOTAL SIGNUPS.

[attr="class","howicontst2"]Use the ROLL COMMAND for each of the 2 'appeal phases' in the competition. There will be NO REROLLING/USE OF SALAC BERRIES. Please DO NOT REUSE THE SAME MOVE FOR BOTH PERFORMANCE POSTS, this will result in you only being able to use 1 of your rolls towards your total.

The character who rolls the highest overall score (sum of both appeal phases) will be crowned the winner.
