She had a good chance. If some randoms had managed to lay a crown atop their heads, then she had no excuse!

It was with an oversized sly grin that she approached the sword once more, determined that today would be her day. A deep breath attempted to steady her heart, to no avail. Oh well. Both arms wrapped themselves around the living sword’s hilt, and with one almighty pull, she dared to try and free it!

it was time for the daily ritual of pulling out this accursed sword. a few stretches, push ups, and even some squats to get his legs nice and ready for it. it probably didn't have any real affect on his ability to pull it out but perhaps lady luck will bless him enough if she's impressed with his digital physique someday. also it replaced his actual daily routine outside in the real world since he was feeling a little sick and decided to keep himself indoors for the week. once he was done he jogged up to the sword once more and pulled.

At this point, Rikiya was in the area just to taunt those who were still in pursuit of the sword, those who were in his kingdom. He had been the second player to get the sword, before the requirements to pull it were eased. After that, one player had managed to pull the sword. Still, he managed to get it under the hardest conditions, and he was not a n00b with a skinny wiener.

Now he had to come up with ways to fuck with everyone queued to pull the sword.

Sighing, he watched as someone walked forward to try and yank it out of the rock. He knew how much of a dumpster fire the queue was on good days—it just happened to be a slow day.

Thankfully there was nobody else around to witness his folly.

Sighing, he squared his shoulders and tried to yank the sword out of the rock after the last person.

Alec stood there silently as he had watched the last person fall before the might of the sword, just like he had done. He had been able to pull the sword out though. However ... perhaps giving it a try wouldn't hurt. Then again, trying it once more would probably do nothing to him since he had already claimed the power already. The worst thing that could happen would be him dying again, but either way, it would not matter to him what had happened. To be honest, he had come to see if anyone could claim the sword for their just as he and the other two before him had done. he comes back after he has died. "eighteenth time's the charm," he mumbles, still knowing that the likelihood of him pulling the sword out of the stone is near zero. trying's free though, so he'll try this until he gets tired.

kyle walks up to the sword and stares at it. multiple players have also tried and failed the rng roll, and he's about to do it twice in a row. his hand holds the hilt of the sword, watching the ribbon wrap around his arm.

"here goes," he mutters to himself, hyping him up before he readies himself to reappear at the spawn.

his hand grips the handle of the sword before he attempts to pull it out.

She is quite certain the creature is taunting her now, in much the same way the nightshade has always taunted her with the very same silence. The same empty retorts, the push and pull of a pokmeon too old to speak and too young to entertain her. She'd rarely seen it but despite that there had always been a kinship with it, she wonders if she can find the same thing here somehow.

"You seemed a little more agreeable last time."

She watches it closely.

"What makes you tick?" she tilts her head to the side. "Tell me, won't you?"

There is no part of her that thinks others might be looking at her like she's a bit of a loon when she reaches for the virtual pokemon, but surely some do.

Another day, another attempt.

He had no idea if he was getting close or if he was far off the mark. But the number of times that he’d evaporated into pixels were more than enough to keep him going.

The burning thought in the back of his mind was more than enough for him to keep trying, to be as stubborn as possible, because holy shit, if there was anyone as stubborn as they came, it was him.

Either way, it was his turn to try and pull the sword out, so here he was once more.

maybe he should buy some kind of power up move to help him with this, it seemed like the only thing he hasn't done to pull it out. well that or straight up attack it but none of his current moves seemed all that well suited for that. well save for one but he was pretty sure it wouldn't work just because...well cause of how its activated. it was worht a shot though, so charging up an aura sphere in his hands he released it against the sword, hopefully this would blow it out of the stone.

he comes back after he has died. "nineteenth time's the charm," he mumbles, still knowing that the likelihood of him pulling the sword out of the stone is near zero. trying's free though, so he'll try this until he gets tired.

kyle walks up to the sword and stares at it. multiple players have also tried and failed the rng roll, and he's about to do it twice in a row. his hand holds the hilt of the sword, watching the ribbon wrap around his arm.

"here goes," he mutters to himself, hyping him up before he readies himself to reappear at the spawn.

his hand grips the handle of the sword before he attempts to pull it out.
