He is not as fast as her - not as fast as a blink in the fabric of space - but ice gathers around his feet the same, dragging him towards the tear at the end of the long, labyrinthine hall. This - too - is nostalgic in it's own way. It reminds him of their family's manors, the twisting, alternating rooms of their childhoods. It feels like with every door that closes, another one could open.

This time, Jayden does not arrive alone. The Rocket Admin arrives on the scene, masked, with a set of Rocket grunts, sent to set the civilian population of Mauville at ease.

[break][break] "Control the cars! Keep your distance to avoid getting poisoned yourself," he demanded, rolling through on a ROTOM BIKE, as they crashed through the open doors of the factory, where the sound of popping tire-wheels and roaring engines already invited chaos onto the scene.

[break][break] As the team of grunts raced past him to try and stop the infested engines on their own means, Jayden's own pokemon rumbled beneath him as two cars threatened to collide in front of him, writhing with the infected REVAROOM. Palms splayed out, blue light coalesced around his palms before shooting out with ICE BEAMS, freezing both vehicles before they crashed and shattering the toxic chain into crystal light.
