Elise remembers what Navy tells her at the day that they met with the Calyrex in Ever Grande. As the Galarian Ambassador, she was the king piece on the chessboard. Everyone knows that the king piece has to be protected while the other pieces began their fight to checkmate the opponent’s own king. Here, she was now vulnerable to being checkmated by this masked Rocket man, another king piece that took out her knight piece.[break][break]

“Right, it’s all up to me now. When this is over, I will treat your wound.” A nod came to her valiant knight while the ambassador asks the Calyrex a favor. “Until then, I’d want you to keep treating Cadeyrn.” [break][break]

When Charles gives her a nod, she turns to the masked Rocket that engages with her in battle with his Doublade. Clarent comes to her side as fast he can with the shiny Doublade being grabbed by the female royal herself to duke it out with the Rocket in swordfighting.[break][break]

“I will show you...” The blade of the shiny Doublade's Night Slash tries meeting with the Rocket’s own as the ambassador attempts to block the attack. “That I can fight as well than what people expect a princess would be.”[break][break]

However, the blade would cut into her arm and she feels the pain come from it. Blood drips down from the wound as Habetrot the Clefable rushes over to help. A sharp hiss of pain comes from Elise’s mouth and she tries to put pressure to stop the bleeding herself with a cloth that Habetrot gives her.[break][break]

When Habetrot uses Life Dew onto the wounded ambassador, the healing water soothes the wound and makes her relief. Onto the current fight against the Rocket's Dragapult, the ghost type mythical sees the Hydreigon fall to the ground, dead. She's seen Pokemon pass on in the Border before, but this was war now. Veyle's body lights up in a green flame, she's willing to help Cinder put down the Dragapult for good![break][break]

Watching Cinder Mega Evolve to Mega Charizard X and attacking the Dragapult with a gout of blue fire, Veyle the Marshadow follows suit with unleashing a burst of shadowy spectral energy coming from her fist. She attempts to use Spectral Thief onto the Dragapult with using the strength she had! [break][break]

The Calyrex shard closes his eyes, he resolved to help the knight in any way he can as a fledgeling prince who served others. Verdant blue blooms began to sprout as it covers the ground beneath Cadeyrn, his mega evolved Charizard, and Elise's Marshadow, blooms that heal their wounds and give them the strength and will to vanquish their foes. This was the extent of the divine power of the king, the power of creation that breathes life into the flowers cultivated by the King of Bountiful Harvests.[break][break]

It was the fervent wish of a Galarian princess who wished to help everyone on the battlefield. A desire that the world will become a gentler and peaceful place, not only for her country, but for all of Hoenn as a whole and for Remiel Calcifet and Elise's girlygang friends to live in with the likes of DESIREE BLOOMS , Genevieve Cromwell , Andrea Vaneau , and Yuina Higashi . The Z-move that the Calyrex shard exhibits is the embodiment of Princess Elise's wish for a gentler world, a dream that she reached for, no matter how distant it was as a utopic ideal.[break][break]

“Thank you.” The ambassador bows her head in apology when the judges came over to taste her dish and her chicken fried steak had came out to be less than delicious than the others. If she wanted to be a master chef, the Galarian royal would have to try a bit harder and make the audience proud. The shard legendary begins to clean up the mess on the stove while she listens for the next round’s prompt.[break][break]

The next round would have the contestants cook Kalosian food, a delicacy that Elise is sure Remiel Calcifet would know more. The prince wasn’t there though, she had to think of what her late uncle could give her as a suggestion.[break][break]

Beginning to fry the beef until it was nicely cooked, she creates the stew in the pot while marinading it with red wine. Onion slices, mushrooms, bacon, and carrots were dropped inside the stew along with the beef. Charles the Calyrex gets to making the tomato paste and flavor for the stew as he uses Psychic to squeeze the juices out into the paste’s creation.[break][break]

Once Elise pours the bowl of tomato paste into the stew, she lets it boil for a little bit. The smell of her stew was making the hare king drool though she doesn’t want him to taste it until it’s ready.[break][break]

After she turns off the heat and the stew is ready to serve, Elise takes out a large spoon from the drawer and pours it into each bowl that’s on the table. For Charles’, she pours the stew so that the little bulbous crowned prince can eat his share.[break][break]

“I tried my best here.” The Galarian princess spoke while she hands the bowls of her dish to the judges. “It’s beef bourguignon. A favored dish that my late uncle, King Roland Tousignant of Galar, really liked from what he told me from his home in Kalos.” [break][break]

From the various cities and towns that her late uncle, the late king od Galar, had told her about, the princess did particularly like hearing about Camphrier Town. An ancient town that had the Tousignant clan that lived north of the town up in the mountains. It was a town that she wished to visit for some time, mostly because her Dragon type Pokemon wanted to go there too and she wanted to visit with her late uncle's family since they were the royalty of Camphrier.[break][break]

A wild Scrafty comes to see the equine Pokemon and the rabbit with his crown. Wild Pokemon were usually a bit curious of the strange appearances of both the mare and the king though the spectral mare huffs as she notices the Scrafty come closer to the shard legendary. Stomping her feet to the ground, the shiny Spectrier scares off the Scrafty as she feigns to run into it.[break][break]

The wild Scrafty runs off since it doesn’t want to engage in battle with the ghostly mare in spite of its type advantage. The trio of royal diplomat and her two Pokemon continue to explore the entrance of the tomb where Elise studies a bit into the clay pottery.

The female Inquisitor is not fast like the Mauville gym leader’s Pokemon, but her Mean Look manages to trap the quicker creature. When she catches sight of the next figure that her vision told her to meet, it was a pure white equine Pokemon with a horn on its head and a pastel mane. Elise knows that the creature is a Galarian Rapidash and the horse Pokemon appeared to be very scared of her, almost as if the female mare knew that an Inquisitor would be the one sent to kill everything that impeded their progress against finding the Monster.[break][break]

“I am not here to hurt you, I promise.” In spite of the role that the ambassador is meant to play, she is gentle and tries to calm the scared creature. Like the first creature that asked her, the female creature wanted to know why the female Inquisitor was here. [break][break]

“As for why I’m here, I have a purpose to find the Monster in the woods. Would you know anything about it?” The princess asks while still keeping to her gentle demeanor in hopes that the equine creature would trust her. “I will be able to cooperate with you on this matter. I believe it will prove beneficial if you could trust me to help you with this Monster.”

Route 120 is a place that she remembered going to the Ancient Tomb to study on its artifacts and the connections it had to the legendary Galarian hounds. Outside of the Ancient Tomb, the ambassador finds some grassy paths and trees that dot those roads. Now that she had Llamrei with her too along with the accompanying Calyrex shard, Elise desired to visit the Ancient Tomb again for old times’ sake of seeing what it was now from a year ago.[break][break]

The memory of seeing the other ‘Galar’ in her dreams was so long ago that Elise could remember bits and pieces about it. She wondered how her adopted daughters were doing, they were surviving out in post apocalyptic Galar without her now. The shiny Spectrier directs the ambassador to the entrance of the Ancient Tomb and the trio of ambassador, ghostly mare, and the hare king would explore inside of the main entrance.[break][break]

Of what it was now before the attack happened, Elise finds the cracked walls and pottery being on the floor. Maybe she’ll get to see what wild Pokemon made the tomb their home now.

Giving a nod to what Paxton spoke of the combat simulations giving access to legendary Pokemon under League’s custody, they were also there to give those past experiences of past battles that the League did in major operations. She had met one of them being the pink jewelled princess that Sheriff Navy had probably taken other people to accompany with in the Granite Cave.[break][break]

When Paxton asks if she was a ranger or looking to pivot into the service of being an officer of the military, the diplomat responds. “I am a ranger currently, but I recently had been recruited into Colonel Sullivan’s platoon to be a medical officer much to the suggestion of Sheriff Navidson.” She was happy about it because it meant that she could still serve the League in a different way than to be a soldier and fight for them.[break][break]

“I have no intention to kill other to defend myself if I need to.” Elise answers the second part of Paxton’s statement. “I intend to do combat to survive. If you can help me on that, I would appreciate it, Paxton.” After the events of the penitentiary, she knows that the officer is busy and had some work to catch up on in the office.[break][break]

“Since I do have no further questions to ask, I can leave you to your work and we will catch up later in the week for bloodwork and combat simulations with Charles.” Gently holding the small crowned prince, the Calyrex is held in the arms of the Galarian Ambassador and she gets up from the ground. “It was nice to see you again, please take care.” [break][break]

And with that good-bye out of the way, Elise leaves Paxton’s office with the Calyrex shard in tow..

The other woman stated her favorite manga were ones that had magical girls in them, a genre that was popular with both younger and older females as well as the majority of males. “That’s a good choice. I am really a sucker for shoujo romance manga since that’s the ones I buy for my friend here.” She laughs a little while the Calyrex looks up to the shoujo romance section with the different titles and volumes of the books.[break][break]

“I’ve came to meet with him when he was first bestowed to me as a shard from the original Calyrex at Ever Grande’s Dyna Tree. The Calyrex there trusts me and desires to see how I handle everything as a leader figure.” The ambassador explains though she does realize that she hadn’t introduced her name yet to the mystery brunette woman. “Oh! My apologies, I forgot to give you my name. It is unbecoming of me to skip over introductions when we met.”[break][break]

Her pale face becomes a little flustered and the royal Galarian gives a little bow with her hand over her heart. “My name is Elise Calcifet and my friend here is called Charles.” Elise gives a small smile towards Airi. “I work here as the current Galarian Ambassador to Hoenn and I am trying my best to serve my people as their royal princess.”

A good thing that as soon as the masked Rocket had spoken of her escape with a single word of coward, the diplomat wouldn’t be able to hear it. Maybe it was cowardly to leave the battle for a moment and prioritizing with saving the civilians, but it was the right thing to do at the moment. She shakes her head, it’s not that she’ll leave her knight to fend for himself once she’s done either.[break][break]

Elise did plan on coming back to his side once she’s done with the evacuations with the med tent.[break][break]

Her ghostly entourage were busy with helping with the elderly men and women that were panicking, but they were otherwise fine with following the Mismagius, shiny Doublade, and Gengar out of their tents. Pride soars in her heart knowing that she’s doing a good thing to let her colonel know that he wouldn’t have to worry about the patients while Elise takes the children out of the other tents, one by one, along with her Clefable and Cade’s Blood Moon Ursaluna.[break][break]

Thankfully, the children there that she helps to evacuate would be returned to their parents outside of the hospital as families are reunited with each other along with their elderly grandparents and relatives. Elise’s three ghost Pokemon join up with her when Habetrot uses Teleport to get back to where the red-headed knight and the Rocket were still fighting. [break][break]

What the Galarian Ambassador sees and smells is the smell of blood.[break][break]

Charles the Calyrex acts first with sending a pulsating Heal Pulse in attempting to heal the fresh wound on the shoulder that Cade has gotten from the katana’s slash. On the other side of the fighting, Veyle is taking the advantage of the Dragapult being distracted with the Hydreigon that she sinks into the ground and tries to Shadow Sneak onto the floating Dragapult with a right hook.[break][break]

“I’m able to help with the elderly and the children out for now. The rest should be cleared out of the general hospital too.” The Galarian ambassador breathes out a sigh of relief when she joins back with her Calyrex shard and Cade’s side once more. “And I know you won’t look at me and I am grateful that you’re my sword and shield, but please…”[break][break]

Like any princess would be for her knight, she worries much about the wound he had gotten before Charles helped to heal it for a bit.[break][break]

“Don’t make me worry like that for you every time you act as my shield.”[break][break]

Having nerves like steel, gestures like Phoebe’s wouldn’t faze her and the mysterious purple-haired woman introduced her name too. “It is a pleasure to meet you, Phoebe.” The diplomat gives the other wooman a slight curtsy, manners that she had gotten from speaking with the royal court in Galar and other family members like the Queen. [break][break]

Nonetheless, the woman asks if Elise was some little rich girl since Elise is an ambassador of Galar. “I suppose you can say that since I am the Queen of Galar’s niece.” The ambassador doesn’t know how much this woman would’ve known about other countries’ political figures or the Galarian royalty that were staying in Hoenn than in their country. “I see. I’ve heard that those canine Pokemon were bothering people that were on the road to the town too.”[break][break]

Distant howls were heard from the shadows as Phoebe notes that they have company. “We do have some company that are coming to see us.” As she replies, the shadow with orange eyes moves near the ambassador once the shadows of the canines move closer to reveal themselves as wild Mightyena. “Veyle, take care of them please.” Her command addresses the shadow with glowing orange eyes.[break][break]

And Veyle moves to deal with one of the Mightyena that dared to attack the ambassador when the ghost Pokemon sees it leaping at the dark purple-haired woman. The female Marshadow shows herself from her shadow and decks the dark type canine Pokemon with a Drain Punch, the hit throws the Mightyena back to the ground.

Maybe she misremembered a name for someone else, but he corrects her that his name was Scout. “Oh, I’m sorry.” The diplomat apologizes for an easy mistake that she should’ve corrected herself on. “I was reminded of another person that had the name, Scott, that I’ve met a long while ago, so I imagine it was a bit similar. Some people would get my last name wrong too.” Well, that other person that had the name, Scott, is no longer in Hoenn now.[break][break]

Two Pokemon approach the pair, a Sandygast and Runerigus, both were ghost types that the ambassador knows. Her Calyrex watches, royal eyes that notice the Pokemon who were on the ground. As the diplomat watched a Pokeball send out a Shroomish from the other ranger, she doesn’t give her Pokemon an order if he wanted to catch one of the two wild Pokemon.[break][break]

“If you want, I can let you pick which of those Pokemon that yours can battle with.” From all of the misconceptions that people assume of her lineage, her words were nicer.
