“wow...today is a dead day huh?” he asked his leavany who were manning the gym doors, which to be honest we're just warehouse doors. Billi was just outside of it wandering on his next project for the gym. “What do you think guys? Should we put some art outside? Like, of you guys?! OR do we hold a community contest at the schools?! OHH that would be fun don’t ya think?” speaking to pokemon that ignored him and were moving to fix damaged walls.[break][break]

There was this person wandering around his gym, were they looking for it? “pst do you guys think she’s looking for me?” he asked the two bug pokemon who turned and shrugged, “OH!” he called out, “Are you looking for me?” he asked outloud. “you look a little lost!”

Billi’s eyes went wide as he flexed back up, rocking the hammock, making him hold the man's shoulder with bright beady eyes. “Really?!” he asked, almost vibrating. “That's soo cool! I went there once when I was a little kid! I’m from spikemouth! Web hammocks stretched downward a bit from their combined weight, but held them firmly above the now wet ground, as the sky darkened more and the rain raged on.[break][break]

“yeah I’m the petalburg gym leader- creativity badge!” he grinned and stared at the man. “oh. I’m not that kind of one hell of a guy!” he noted the man’s eyes lashes, which..were..different and it made him curious, “Do you wear makeup on your eyelashes?” he needed to know if he had to be envious or not. “do you do stuff with your hands?” vague question, not intentional, “Like build things!”

Billi shook his head, it wasn’t that he thought he was a burden because that was never the case! Billi didn’t think that and he loved his mother, and she never regretted her choice to be a mother. That Billi knew, but the blonde felt that the man loved him to some degree. Or at least a memory of love or friendliness. “ha thanks!” he grinned before shaking his head once more.[break][break]

“No I won’t do that! Those moments arent fro me ya know! And clearly you’re the one who has the right to them! And uhh,” gave a meek, dorky smile, “I don’t know how to get rotom to do it. The ice statues were something made from hell! The younger smaller male kept walking even if it was unnerving. Billi himself felt his heart sink, and depressing feelings overwhelm him, there was an overwhelming feeling of dread that filled him, until the music came to a quick halt. “Uhhh….the music stopped,” that meant there was something wrong. “I’m...worried...the music should still be going,”

Where Billi had his Leavany whip it down with a leaf storm, lifting it up and onto the ground where Billi threw a pokeball at it. Pausing more, he turned back to his friend...he was a friend? Yeah he thought so! Even though their interactions were limited.[break][break]

That was off putting and dismissive, but people had their reasons, and Billi really didn’t bother looking more into it! It wasn’t his business and the man didn’t really seem like he wanted to talk about it much more. With his phone buzzing, work called, and he had to head home. “Oh I gotta go buddy! Sorry! But I hope I get to see ya again!” he waved farewell.

“Yeah I guess that would make sense,” he nodded thinking to himself and backwards. Yeah… Billi needed to stop doubting himself. To stop holding onto things so sentimentally. Sure it was his home but he wasn’t leaving it in the dirt, it still stood, and like Selena said, he still had a home there. Which warmed his heart, and the city loved him, which he was sure Petalburg would love him to over time.

There was something inside the girl that wanted to survive this...illness but the anxiety mosquito stabbed her, and bit her. Making her scratch at her brain, hurling over the painful details that she wished away every night. Mom told her to be positive, because that energy would fix her problems. But do kids listen to their parents' good advice? No. why would they.[break][break]

As makeup piled on top of her face, she smiled a bit. Being turned around she locked eyes with the queen.[break][break]

Maybe using this advice would make sense. Pyroar lead packs, and they were always strong. And she was strong for going through it all! Everything hurt and everyday was a torment valley, but she pushed through it. Yuliia breathed in as deep as she could. “ROAR” it was loud per say but it was clear that was all her lungs would allow her to do.

A path of fire blew through the leavany with great strength, though it’s sharp hands remained shining in strength. “Leeeeavvvvvannnyyy” it quickly retreated beside the Dottler, which began blinking in confusing patters, releasing psychic energy causing the room to turn and twist, double vision to take effect on the area, hitting pokemon with Confusion to deter their aim.[break][break]

Mixing in with the confusion, scyther quickly used Double Team, creating quick multiples of itself, hiding in the fray hoping the enemy would hit each other then him. A leaf storm arose as they obscured more view from the foe, trying to capitalize on the confusion.

Luckily Billi quickly jumped up, on his pokemon that revealed themself. But, Billi was slick, his Corvknight grabbed billi’s arms and flew high into the air, “Wolves can’t jump sky high! Might wanna figure something else out buddie,”

The battle of the blondes, seemed to prove that being a dumb blonde didn’t exist. Each side took blows, and risks, but it was clear that the gym leader was at the advantage due to the spider being able to coordinate on it’s own, a speciality of bug pokemon, so Billi liked to think. The aqua ring that moved around the spider gave it a level of confidence that it knew that getting hurt would be removed quickly.[break][break]

“Oh wow! Smart girl, but…..that choice isn’t mine to make,” he stepped back, “To be honest my pokemon battle on their own, i'm not really a good battler, but throw me into chaos and I’ll figure out something,” he nodded giving a thumbs up before the mist split like the red sea, and the shuckle was covered in feathers, poking it, and preventing it from moving.[break][break]

Frosmoth fell from grace, asleep, and Nayru quickly had to decide which to leave and which to keep. Then Billi walked around the edge of the ring, “WAKE UP” he clapped his hands, and strained his voice, spooking the frosmoth awake. “Gotta think outside the box.” then in a split second the large spider Lunged with intent to take out the Chatot it wanted to land and slam into the ground, giving off the aura of an apex predator that it was. As frosmoth awoke, it remained dazed, and shuckle used withdraw, hiding inside its shell.

Billi thought it was perfect! The idea of doing a cute little fire pokemon style makeup on! It was brilliant! Granted Billi had a dress nearby that was Ho-Oh inspired, and it shed feathers like crazy, and changed plumage quickly. “Yeah do that! That totally works! And it’s easy because of his hair,” the boy raised his brows confused, “because of my hair?” he thought, “So you’re using my hair,” Hiro asked looking back at Alexei, not great at sitting still.
