Just having the object in its hands elicits a cry of giggles. The fake pistol sits firm in its ghastly hand before it pulls the trigger repeatedly. Bang! Bang! Bang!

It’s nothing more than a toy but the gun pops off with an appropriate sound every time it fires. It dangles in a wild frenzy as the ghost type Pokemon enjoys the repeated sound effect.

Razz never looks at the job list with any intention of sending Salem. The cat was his service poke and he liked to keep him near as Salem's presence kept him calm. Though the instant he read the description for the job he knew he couldn't give it to any of his pokemon but Salem. He could go a bit without Salem and technically he did have Sabrina as a back up. [break][break]

And boy Salem couldn't be any happier with this job. The cat giggles at the noise of the fake gun firing as he test it out a few times before the recording for the motion capture to start. He hops up and down with glee as now he could live out his little gaming dreams! He could pretend to play spy as he moved around, pretending to hide behind buildings, or in a haybale as if they were on the run to avoid sus. After he would round around and shoot like they do in the movies. [break][break]

His trainer may not know how to have fun, but they definitely gave him the best thing to do.

Jagged teeth gnaw at the end of the gun barrel. Even for a fake pistol, the craftsmanship was fairly decent. Though it paled in comparison to the iron on his forehead. Pulling the gun out of his mouth, Thorgrim utters a raspy chuckle as he strikes a pose and aims the human weapon at the technicians nearby.

Rah, rah, RAH!

They're dead! Don't they know that? No, instead they look at him confusedly and point their cameras and press buttons on their doohickeys. He huffs, then spins the gun with a single claw before swiftly aiming it again and pulling the trigger this time. He is both alarmed and pleasantly surprised by the sound effect it ends up making.

That was no 'rah'!

While admittedly much clumsier than Lynette, Gareth could manage the—holy shit, what was this?

Instead of blades, they were dealing with… strange objects. Things that looked like they shot fire.

Despite the fact he had no opposable thumbs, the Gallade knew he could manage this—he could, he could—okay wait a second give him a few moments.

Taking a deep breath, the Gallade then clumsily picked up the object and began to poke at it.

The sounds coming out of it were stupid realistic, too.

Amora's big, awkwardly shaped body was not meant to be holding much, let alone a gun. Yet! Didn't that make her perfect for something like this? The Blissey was used to holding guns, funnily enough. Both paws out and meeting in the middle, there was a very slim chance of her actually ever shooting a gun... but she could certainly waddle around and look cute! It was kind of hard to keep the fake, plastic gun clutched close to her body but she still made sure to do her best!

A little fake shooting and a few cute poses and twirls- well, she was sure that would be all the material these weird game people needed! She was doing a GREAT job!

Amethyst seemed to be wielding not one gun, but two. Each of her claws holds dearly onto a pistol, with their index fingers slipping onto the trigger. Upon receiving a definite cue from the person in charge, the ghost-type begins to shoot wildly.

The yellow, plastic bullets all manage to land a direct hit on one test dummy or another.

And lastly, the more Sableye shoots, the more they seem to be enjoying it. And by the end? They're cackling maniacally like some sort of a cartoon villain.

Guns. Weaponry. It seemed so silly in concept. Humans had to use guns because they couldn't attack themselves. Weak, fleshy things, easily breakable with just enough pressure. And yet, they were quite charming in their own way, if they could stop being so annoying for two seconds. Their emotions, so loud and crude, without even a hint of subtlety. Distasteful.

Whisper held the simple prop pistol within their tentacle hand, curiously eyeing it and turning it over a few times to get a good look at it. She didn't quite understand why they were made to begin with. A human could simply ask a Pokémon to strike for them? Not to mention, weaponry such as this seemed quite lethal, fighting to kill didn't seem nearly as practical.

Lost in her own thoughts for a little bit, a soft twinge of annoying thoughts began to peer into the edge of her emotional senses. Someone was annoyed at her for not properly posing, for simply taking her time, annoyed for, in Whisper's mind, no good reason. Immediately and without hesitation, the Hatterene quickly turned, whipping out the pistol outstretched and pointed directly at the man who dared to be annoyed at her. Her eyes staring daggers at him, threatening him with quite real physical violence without even saying a word.

The aura in the room was almost immediately tense, freezing up for a few seconds as if the humans doing the VR scans forgot it was a prop for a second with how she wielded it with such deadly intent, before awkwardly laughing amongst themselves and going back to work.

After that... Whisper started to understand why humans liked these silly things. Perhaps she should get one herself.

Boris's set up was a tad--strange. Apparently they wanted the Haxorus in the game to have a minigun, and so Boris was forced to lug around a large cumbersome prop. He swung it around a lot, stomping about as he carried his massive weapon back and forth. When trying to fire, the barrel indeed spun but nothing came out of it. As Boris watched others enjoy their own props, he was left feeling disappointed.

Occasionally humans would appear to record and take pictures, or adjust some of the weird ping pong balls they had strapped to him. One director asked if Boris could look happier while firing, which earned him a glare. Boris relented though, pointing his gun at the director and imagined ripping him apart with a cascade of lead.

The director looked unamused, but at least they got the expression they wanted.
