evergrande fantasy is the latest craze to sweep hoenn! this is a role-playing mobile video game with turn-based battles featuring your favorite trainers and celebrities! fully-voiced by a diverse cast of voice actors, your summoned characters gain levels and abilities by accruing experience points through special story quests and event quests.[break][break]

in ooc terms, evergrande fantasy is a forum game for the purposes of spotlighting characters, discovering new roleplay partners, and receiving bonus monetary rewards for threading. we hope this forum game stirs discussion, plots, and silly fun to break up the occasional stresses of creative writing.

PARTICIPATING IN EVERGRANDE FANTASY is quite simple. all you need to do is post in this thread for a "roll". afterward, shiv will tag you with which characters you have rolled. each roll will give you two characters.[break][break]

you may roll once a week (refreshes on your timezone’s monday). furthermore, if you would like to "whale" by spending money to get the character you want, you may spend 50 pokedollars to get an additional character that you want. just indicate in your post that you are spending the 50 pokedollars and write down which character you would like (if they have not been made for the game, they will be made for for this).[break][break]

lastly, this time, you can only ROLL ONCE PER PLAYER. the rolled character will be earned by all of your characters if you are keeping track of who they've rolled.

GUIDELINES

• if you complete a thread with the character you have rolled, you and your partner will earn an extra 20 pokedollars. just make sure to indicate this in the moderation request thread when turning your thread in.
• the bonus pokedollars will only apply to one thread with the character.
• there is an evergrande fantasy related award in the awards thread.
• do not badger the player of the character you rolled to thread; they are allowed to politely decline.
• characters may have alternates like "summer versions", but they are not limited, nor do they confer any additional bonuses. in other words, they're just for fun!
• the character's element may have no real bearing on the respective character icly.
• you may treat this game as an "in-character" app, but characters who are a part of rocket/in disguise are obviously not exposed or present within the game's data.
• feel free to keep track of the evergrande fantasy characters you own in a separate thread within this board.
