IC EXPLANATION

S.P.E.C.T.R.A. IS A ROCKET-BASED INITIATIVE designed to counteract the greatest threat facing the Rocket organization: the presence of Avatars. As part of this, intelligence efforts have been underway keeping documentation of all known Avatarships in the region: League and Rocket alike.

OOC EXPLANATION

This thread exists for roleplayers to document what known intelligence Rocket canons/S.P.E.C.T.R.A. members would have on existing Avatarships in Hoenn.[break][break]

This gives an easy reference point for 'which Avatarships does Rocket know about?' and 'what can my character feasibly know about these Avatars?' while also making it easy for writers of Avatars to decide how much information is known, and easy for them to update that information.[break][break]

Since this is an optional thread, it is not meant to be taken as an exhaustive list; it can be assumed some information is known that is not listed here, but as always, the best route is to check-in with a writer regarding knowledge of their own Avatarship.

All Avatars -- whether Rocket or League -- can fill out the template at the bottom of this page. This can be as simple, exhaustive, or vague as your plot demands.[break][break]

You may NOT fill out a template for someone else, as the purpose of this is for writers of Avatars to have full control over their own stories.

Elisabeth Fiorelli is a high-ranked member of Rocket. Her current role as Underboss was preceded by her work as admin of intelligence in the Hoenn branch, and before then by her work in creating and smuggling black market poisons in the region. She leaves behind a reputation as a black widow in Kalos, where her criminal career as a poisoner began.

Wo-chien is known as one of the four 'Ruinous Beasts' first revealed by dahlia goode's RVL. They are hypothesized to be tied to an unknown event called 'The Ruination.' It has been previously glimpsed within the Border, where a jubokko tree seal lies broken.

Elisabeth's hair color and eye color initially changed after Wo-chien's Avatarship, as did her personality, which became far more aggressive and unpredictable. After the events of Resurfaced Treasure, she has reverted to her previous appearance and her personality appears more muted.[break][break]
