norman the minior, once known as neo the minior before wizz francie decided that norman fit him much better, gave a twirl and a happy chime while swirling around happily near the hats.[break][break]

each one a rep would pick up, norman would swoop under it and be inside the hat until it got to its rightful owner.[break][break]

hat after hat, annoyed rep after annoyed rep, finally the black minior with rainbow stardust glittering through it's frame, was called by a rep.[break][break]

excitement showed itself in burst of starlight. small pulses rang through the air as norman's swirling eyes went double time. he finally was settled with a bucket hat, cute little decorations like rainbows and glitter adorned it.[break][break]

sure, it's a kid's hat, but norman the minior was in love with it regardless.

immediately, francie puts a hand to her forehead in a salute, hair splaying out around her like she was in the sea itself. she puts her feet together, stands tall and straight with her salute before chirping out a silly, "yes sir!"[break][break]

her antics are followed by a giggle as she hops into the air like he did. but she doesn't make it to tilly, instead just floating in the air, seeming aimless.[break][break]

"ruh-ro raggy." she mumbles to herself, then starts to frantically fail her arms and legs like a frog of sorts to push her forward toward tilly.[break][break]

the aerodactyl gives her a sympathetic whine before moving forward, with care, and hunching up enough to allow francie a hold.[break][break]

grabbing hold, francie relaxes and grips her aerodactyl like her life depends on it.[break][break]

"thank you tills," she gives her a big audible kiss on her nose before climbing like a little honey eyed monkey to the aerodactyl's back, gripping with her thighs and holding onto the rock formations there.[break][break]

finally, her eyes meet bo and her tone is one like nothing even happened.[break][break]

francie commends the move used, not letting the moody and broody aura from the other bother her chipper personality. sort of seems like his 'so be it' only fuels her confidence, actually.[break][break]

instead of going for the noivern, the dusk lycanroc heads straight for the tower. if the noivern wants to attack, it'll have to be it's true image. if the rocket wanted the tower protected, it would have to have its noivern attack. once it did, francie could have her lycanroc properly get a hit in.[break][break]

for now, he bolts for the tower, climbing up it by creating small rock formations under his paws, damaging the structure as he goes.[break][break]

francie’s own smile compliments louie’s confidence, shining her own. truth is, she’s not traumatized from past events. she’s going into these missions and this postdormitum happy as a clamperl.[break][break]

"that should do her," francie says as she ties one of the boxes up on top of her mega-evolved aerodactyl. the idea is that mega-tilly will help them take all the cargo from point a to point b in the ultra deep sea.[break][break]

being that this is the first time for francie in the ultra deep sea, she's struggling not to be distracted. it's all so beautiful! honestly she wants to touch all of it. all the fun vegetation and odd new things. but then again, she's always been an explorer at heart. no end to hear wanderlust.[break][break]

"look good to you, mr. maher?"[break][break]

she calls him 'mister' because it feels right, not because he's overly her senior. she hasn't asked, he could very well only be a few years older than her. she's got no clue.[break][break]

this is one of those 'better safe than sorry' instances.

the temptation to just ride in on the back of tilly nearly won out. but francie opted for a more up front approach. something a bit more hands on.[break][break]

instead of sneaking around or flying in from above and leaving herself vulnerable, francie took to the ground and decided to make her way up the side of the building using louie's ability to rock climb.[break][break]

letting go of his fur once they were at the top, francie lands on her feet and looks up at the com tower. it is apparently something that team rocket is using to communicate while they explore the surrounding area.[break][break]

"great job louie." she whispers into the dusk lycanroc's ear. "now we just gotta take this thing out."

"zip-a-dee-doo-da! zip-a-dee-aye! my oh my! what a wonderful day. plenty of sun shiiiine, headed my way. wonderful feeling! wonderful day!"[break][break]

so yeah she's singing on the back of her aerodactyl while on her way to granite cave. a very stark woosh sounds as her aerodactyl lands, claws gripping the mouth of the cave and a screech leaving tilly's massive jaws.[break][break]

"oh! look, we're not alon... is that a kid?"[break][break]

surely team rocket didn't have a kid at the cave. maybe she was lost? either way, francie hopped up off tilly's back, dropping down to catch her tail and then letting the aerodactyl slowly transfer her to the ground.[break][break]

francie lifted a peace sign at the kid with a bright smile, greeting her with a, "hiya![break][break]

"are uh, wow, how do you ask this to a child without sounding like a bully?" she asks herself, mostly, but tilly rubs against her hip to comfort her, having crawled down from the mouth of the cave to inspect the girl.[break][break]

"are you lost? i guess? that's the best way, right?"

something like a pained squeal is muffled through francie's mouth guard. there's a giggle that follows, because francie's a lot of things but good at dealing with pain is one of them. she laughs. because to her it's funny, to her this is fun.[break][break]

sure she's elbows deep in another woman's personal bubble, but fights like this helped francie realize a long time ago that not everybody wants in your personal bubble for lewd reasons. different body languages say different things and this fight? it tells francie that this woman has really lived.[break][break]

a bright smile is across her face even as she's being thrown to the ground on her back. she braces for the impact enough that she doesn't get her own wind knocked out of her. she tries to find an opening, hoping that her small frame will give her one. she squirms and manages to stop the woman from getting a good hold on her outright.[break][break]

even still, she's no professional, and she definitely doesn't have the cutthroat experience that this woman has.[break][break]

lifting a hand, she taps. life has taught her a lot of things, and one of those things is to never be too proud to admit defeat before you can learn more and come back stronger for a rematch.
