Summer was a giggling mess when she was pushed up by her brother, trying to stay balanced. "Knox, I'm fucked up. How are you still standing?" she shouted, trying to grab onto his arms to hold herself steady.

"You know, Dad's a fucking... annoying baby." She threw her hands up, starting to walk away from the crowd and holding onto his arm tightly as she practically began to drag him away.

Summer stumbled every time she took a step, grabbing another drink.

"He whines all the time. It's getting on my damn nerves!" she said, dropping the glass on the floor. It shattered loudly.

"Oops." The stars aligned tonight in some ways but not others it seemed.

She looked at her brother again. "I'm tired of this place. Let's go to a different one."

When Summer was greeted by the man, clad in his outfit and looking quite like a military man, she was momentarily intimidated.

She wasn't sure what she expected, but it wasn't something quite like this.

"Thank you. I appreciate your warm welcome," she said politely, giving her head a small nod in gesture.

Summer gave a quick nod. "It is."

Summer was ready to push the kid away, dismiss her and get on with her schedule. But something caught her eye.

A charm.

Something similar to hers, except not quite the same.

Her red eyes narrowed, curiosity overtaking her instead of disgust at being touched by another being. Because she had yet to come into contact with someone with a similar thing as hers.

"What is... that?" Summer pointed out, trying to keep an obscure reaction.

Summer's own hunt was going well, almost all of her pokeballs that she was given filled with Pikachus. However, the Raichu she had spotted earlier seemed to have targetted Barnaby and his Pokemon.

Well, seemed like she had to come to the rescue.

Summer approached, seeing that his net was occupied. She pulled out her own, throwing in the direction of the Raichu. Luckily, it landed, but that Pokemon was a beast and nothing less.

"Do you have an ground type moves we could weaken it with?" she asked.

The offer to go to the pool was finalized in a few moments, and Summer was ready to take them away, the lead them off to the area where she and knox prescott had dumped a literal butt-load of glitter into the water.

"You should still do some research. What if you were at a place were someone could kill you and leave you to rot away?" she said bluntly. Of course, anyone could do that, but Summer was off the clock. And it wasn't in her orders to do so.

So Andres was safe from her wrath.

For now.

"Anything you could think of is here. Food, dancers, entertainment, private rooms," Summer listed, all like nothing bothered her. Just skipped over the fact that there could be full on orgies going on, but that was part of the fun.

The full moon and the lights in the pool helped to illuminate the glitter in the pool. Summer smiled at Luka, taking her to the edge. "Did you bring a swimsuit, dear?"

Summer was dressed in a nice dress for the occasion, walking into the restaurant with Mars. She offered him a smile, nodding.

"It's quite nice. I don't think I've been to this place before." She glanced around at the decor as they went to the table reserved for them.

Sitting in her spot, Summer raised her brows. "Actually... things have been pretty good recently," she admitted. When she had seen Mars in the sauna, she had been going through a crisis.

True, she was still going through that crisis, but she now was much happier than she had been previously. The thought of it turned her skin rosy on her cheeks.

Well, if he already had a place in mind, then that would save Summer time looking up a spot that he would like. She nodded, giving him a small smile.

"That sounds like a plan, then. I look forward to it."

It's not like a meal would mean anything to her. She did it so many times with her father's potential partners to get them ready to meet him, get them interested in the company.

Maybe she'd actually enjoy her time with Mars, though, since she wasn't trying as hard to sway him to join their company.

Typically Summer didn't spend much time in the Rocket submarine. But she was in between work and a mission, and she needed something to eat before she passed out.

Why the fuck did they want to work her to death?

She sighed, grabbing the tray she had finished (picked over was really the word we should use) to get rid of what was left and place it away to be cleaned.

On her way back from dropping it off, she felt herself being bumped into (or did she bump into someone?).

Still, Summer was still going to be a bitch about it.

"Watch where you're going," she said with a face.

Summer was up bright and early this morning, preparing for her gym battle not far from her home in Mauville City. She had thought it was time to accept a few challenges that weren't just missions. Perhaps a badge could be obtained, and she and Casey could celebrate tonight.

There was no guarantee, though, and she knew that. But she knew Surtur and Fafnir were not going to go down without a fight.

When it was time to appear at the camp, she was on time, like usual. Something her father had engrained in her at this point for business meetings and duties that she needed. Her two trusted Pokemon were resting in their Pokeballs in her belt, waiting for her to call them forward when it was her turn to challenge the gym.

"No matter what, I am proud of you. You both know that," she said in a soft voice, looking down at them where they were tucked away. She stood, waiting to be met.

Eden offered to leave, which seemed a common theme recently in their conversation. Summer didn't care at this point whether her companion left or not. She could do what she wanted.

"Do you want to leave?" she asked instead. "I don't have a preference, Eden, dear."

Summer couldn't help the smug look that crossed her face when Barnaby mentioned that he liked her idea. Of course he did. She was a genius, after all. She knew what she was doing.

He mentioned a rubber netting in her bag, showing off his in his on pack. She nodded, looking back at their targets ahead of them. "Noted."

Without further explanation, Summer and Surtur walked forward toward the herd of Pikachus, seeing a few flashes of electricity here and there from their discharges. She attempted to catch a few that seemed to be easy to catch, several successful while two of them needed some more convincing with Surtur.

However, she noticed that there was a Raichu nearby. "There's a Raichu. Be careful," she said simply.

What a demon.

Summer wanted to throw herself at him, to wrestle him down and see what he'd do. But she hadn't seen this side of Casey before. So she was enthralled with the idea of getting attention from him in more way than one.

He truly was the only person who could speak back to her like that.

Summer bit her lip at him as he kissed her stomach, lightening her grip on his arms. If she held on any tighter, she'd cause bruises.

"What are you going to do to me?" she asked, her voice unlike her: shy, almost reserved, like they hadn't done something like this before.
