Thea shook her head. "Not really, the only Pokémons I've ever mounted were the ones in your Gym. Though my father is thinking abuot getting me something to at least fly around, since I travel a lot." Granted, that was mostly her father being worried and overprotective. She was sure he would give secret instructions to whatever Pokémon he would try to give to her, to keep an eye out for her. It was like that with her Wigglytuff, when she was gifted her.[break][break]

"Oh, so you have a Crobat? I don't think I've seen him in the Gym!" She chirped.[break][break]

"It would be great to meet him, if you will introduce him to me!"[break][break]

"A good flexibility will give you a lot more range for your skills." Thea grinned, raising a finger. "And a good fall breaking technique will make you more tenacious, and can really save your life. Hitting the head can be dangerous, after all." She poked her head for emphasis, and as everyone already eagerly make pairs, Thea could only chuckle and look at Genny.[break][break]

"Lucky me, for getting a cute pair." Thea took a step away first, clearing her throat. "Alright, before we start throwing each other around, let's learn the fall breaks first, the Ukemis. There are four main ones..." Thea proceeded to show how to fall on her back, on her sides, forward, and eventually even rolling, then asked Genny to try them a few times. If the woman needed, Thea would stay close enough to hold her in case a fall didn't feel right.[break][break]

"At the end of the day, all these fall breaks are fundamentally one thing—" She rose her hand. "The first thing that needs to hit the ground is your hand, then your arm, then everything else. This will cushion the impact anywhere else in your body, since you've already transferred most of the energy of the fall. And remember: Keep your head away from the ground!" Thea emphasized it.[break][break]

With Navy's words of a reminder they had to support each other, Thea nearly leaped out of her sitting position to stand again. She wouldn't be doing any good if she was sitting— "Y-You are right!" Just because this was a practice, it didn't mean she could slack off. That would create a bad habit![break][break]

"Reactive... Yeah. For now I don't see the point I would engage in a Rocket Attack..." She frowned, then crossed her arms. "But I don't want to just fight to escape forever either. Not if I want to find out what happened to mom, or if I want the Rockets to just disappear." Thea knew she wasn't going to do everything by herself, but if she didn't add to the strength of those who were fighting back at some point, she would just be an spectator forever.[break][break]

The question caught her off guard, and she instinctively glanced back at her Pokémon. Belle was a dear, but she was too naive. Hammy was the newest addition to the team, even if he was the quickest to react to anything...[break][break]

"... One, hm..." Her gaze lingered between Zeus and Gominha for a moment, and she looked back at Navy. "Zeus is very protective, and I'm sure he would be great for a pinch, but if I had to choose today. It would be Gominha. She is used to handle battle out of gyms much more than Zeus, and she has been protecting me since I was small. I think she is just much more trained for a pinch at the moment."[break][break]

Thea was impressed by Genny's flexibility. The woman had shown determination and a lively personality, so Thea was expecting her to at the very least be the energetic type just like her, but it seemed that the woman actually had some training in her.[break][break]

Thea's pokémons, that were already done with the stretching and warm up from the start of the class, decided to approach their trainer and the newcomers, trying to help them out. Zeus the primeape approached Gordo, oinking and trying to give him the push he needed to stretch a bit more, but without hurting him. Gominha the Wigglytuff watched the Sherwood just in case she was doing anything off, but it seemed she had everything under her control. Belle the Minccino stayed a bit far, timid, but watchful regardless. [break][break]

When the back popping came, Thea blinked surprised, feeling relief when Genny looked satisfied by it. "Haha, you need to shake the bones to make sure everything goes back to where they belong." She chuckled. "A yoga would probably do great, but any exercise will work." Probably.[break][break]

Whenever the stretching and warm up were done, Thea would gesture them to reposition themselves, now with the addition of her own Pokémon in the training as well.[break][break]

"Alright, let's practice some fall breaks... The Ukemis." Thea said, raising a finger. "This is necessary for the next step, that we will be making pairs to practice some throws, the Nage-Wazas. They are great to handle opponents that are bigger than you."[break][break]

When Lucia fell on Thea's arms, the tried to catch the little girl in a way to cushion her fall as much as possible, holding her protectively while listening to what she had to say. "By yourself—?!" She blinked, surprised. That little girl was brave for doing it, and seeing someone so young having a strong sense of justice was warming. But it was also dangerous, especially knowing how dangerous the Rockets could be.[break][break]

"... Good job, but you aren't alone anymore." Thea smiled encouragingly to her, gently letting her go and putting herself in front of the little girl to guard her.[break][break]

The Dunsparce's Hyper Drill was destructive, but the Psychic Pokémon was tough. Thea narrowed her eyes, thrusting her hand forward. "Belle, back off! Zeus, charge in with a Rage Fist!" Thea roared, and the Primeape swapped places with the Minccino, engaging into the fight and taking the opening Hero had created.[break][break]

With a flurry of Ghostly blows, the Primeape tackled the enemy with his Rage Fist, which was enough to send the Psychic Pokémon away, stumbling and smashing against the wall. The Cerebral pokémon faltered, trying to levitate but losing its height and crashing on its side.[break][break]

Thea pondered for a moment, considering the offer before casting a glance at Kulsh. The dragon Pokémon was carefree, and he certainly wasn't opposed to the idea, if that was what Thea wanted, but he would still stick close just in case anything bad happened.[break][break]

"Hm... I think I could try it, Shalin." Thea nodded with a small smile.[break][break]

At the explanation of how the suit worked, Thea blinked a couple times, surprised. "Part... Of your essence? What does that mean?" She frowned confused, but also curious. "We give a piece of ourselves... Like... Literally?"[break][break]

If that meant giving a piece of her finger to Zeus or Gominha, she wouldn't be too fond of the idea. Granted, Shalin seemed to be complete and in one piece.[break][break]

Thea's grin widened at Fen's mention of the dojo. Her eyes brimmed in excitement as well. Please feel free to pay a visit, your Pokémons too! The sentence was written so swiftly that Thea's hand moved like a blurr.[break][break]

Her attention soon shifted to Fen's extremely meticulous plan, having her eyes scanning through the list with a nod and another. It was extremely strict, but it was far from impossible. In fact, it was very feasible, and it was impressive how organized Fen was being about it. Dee was really taking it very serious.[break][break]

Thumbing up, Thea nodded in approval to Fen's plan, and started following it without averting from it at any moment.[break][break]

It was also where she started asking a bit more help from her Pokémons, especially to fetch anything they had forgotten, or just to move things around or clean stuff up.[break][break]

"Your Pokémons are wonderful dears themselves, Cass." Thea chuckled, watching her friend taking a good care of Belle. At some point, Hammy twitched his ears, especially listening to his name. He approached, watching a bit closer and with curiosity brimming in his eyes now. His friend wasn't in pain, and in fact she looked quite relaxed — Is it that good? — Hammy twitched his nose — Yes, it is really good — Belle chirped sweetly to him in response.[break][break]

When it was time for toweling, Belle enjoyed the wrap up, and looked at Hammy encouragingly. Hammy hid his face with his paws, but peeked at Cass. "You don't need to worry, Hammy. Cass here is amazing, she will treat you really well." Thea ensured.[break][break]

Meanwhile, Zeus could only watch Martin feeling a little bad for him. At some point, Zeus noticed that Martin was struggling, but before he could stop Pic, he was done with the piece of art. The leaping and the accident made Zeus wince, letting out a sigh while Gominha watched the scene with surprise.[break][break]

Gominha looked at the drawing, with her little trembling hands reaching for it to pick it up. Look closely, and squeal happily. She placed the sketchbook aside, picking Pic up from the ground and showering his face with little kisses and a very tight and fluffy hug, slipping a balloon squeak at the end before picking the sketchbook again and pointing at it, squeaking more and babbling happily about it.[break][break]

The Pokéball returned to Thea's hand, and she looked at it for a moment, it still felt weird to 'capture' a Pokémon, but she was going to keep it in case it was useful for Josh, or maybe one of her friends. Her mind wasn't distracted by it for too long, however, as Josh called for another topic.[break][break]

"I've yet to meet a Ninjask in person, but from the videos I've seen, they are very fast, the camera doesn't keep up with it at all unless it is a very slow motion!"[break][break]

When Espeon darted off again, Thea braced herself and she continued to stay firm on the mount, with her eyes wary on her surroundings, trying to spot the Pokémon she was looking for.[break][break]

"I really thought Swoobats weren't that big... Well, Crobats can be quite big, so I guess that makes sense." Thea said, thinking outloud as she pondered about it.[break][break]

The blue eyes captivated Thea's, that locked on and lingered the gaze when she noticed the determination in them. A small grin covered her lips, but those soon turned into a 'o' shape when the woman undressed her jacket. That body... It was one of someone that has went through countless battles, and that excited Thea even more.[break][break]

"You look very ready for it too." She hummed, and nodded. "Yes! My name is Thea Naito. My father, the master of this Dojo isn't around today, but I'm taking care of it in his absence." Thea admitted.[break][break]

"Do you have a gi? If not, I can lend you one~" She offered, while the Wigglytuff that was just sitting by the sides, rolled toward her trainer and the guest, squeaking like a balloon[break][break]

"And... Is it just you, or your Pokémon too? We welcome both, as you can see." Thea gestured, being more than happy to welcome more faces to the practice.[break][break]

A warm smile crossed Thea's lips to the boy's words. "He is a very nice Pokémon then." She said, feeling happy to know there was such a nice Pokémon around, and that he was being cherished by his trainer. Their bond was impressive, and Thea could relate with her own Pokémons to the beautiful yet brief story the boy told.[break][break]

"Absalom, right? It is a pretty name~ But Axel is pretty nice too, so I will go with it." It also decreased the chance of Thea biting her tongue while calling him.[break][break]

"So, Axel—" She finished her bottle of water before continuing, closing the lid and putting it in her bag to toss it out later.[break][break]

"What brings you to the forest? Going for a city, or..?" Thea wondered, hoping she wasn't being too nosy.[break][break]

"Oh!" An Elite Ranger at it too, Thea couldn't help but have her eyes sparkling. "Hah... My mother used to be a ranger before becoming an officer, and..." She cleared her throat, leaving the rest of the details for now, quickly going for another topic. "So I kinda want to become one too, at some point. But my father needs a bit more of convincing. He doesn't want to let me to get into it until I finish school." Thea rolled her eyes and sighed.[break][break]

"I wish I could get some training going already though. But for now, all I can train is in my father's dojo. But I love it, so it is good too." Thea shrugged. It happened.[break][break]

Still, that didn't stop her from meddling in this sort of thing she was getting into right now. It wasn't like her father would hear about it anyway.[break][break]

Thea followed Caleb, and whiel at first she had to readjust herself to the post-waking diziness, soon she was walking well enough, and her senses started to align better. "Do you think these... Crystalboom things... Have something to do with all the toxic rampage that has been happening through all Hoenn lately?"[break][break]

Thea chuckled at Cass' words and choices. "It is sure your type to do this kind of order. I'm sure it will be tasty, but feel free to have some of my stuff too~" She offered. Thea went safe, getting a strawberry cheesecake and some tea, nothing too out of ordinary.[break][break]

At the mention of the gifts, her smirk only grew, though she was caught by surprise at the reveal that Cass actually had prepared something to her too. "Wait, really?" Thea widened her eyes seeing the card, nearly bulging out of her eyesockets. "Cass!" She squeaked, then pressed her lips shut, looking around to see if anyone was looking at them. "I-Isn't it too expensive?" Thea's cheeks flushed. She was flattered, really, but she didn't want her friend to spend so much on her.[break][break]

Almost feeling like the egg she was keeping in her bag twitched in reaction to her emotions, Thea cleared her throat. "Well... About mine..."[break][break]

She shuffled her bag, pulling out something roundy wrapped gently on a very soft clothing. "I've been working with some Egg delivery lately, and they decided to give me something that I thought you would like..." Thea's smile grew a bit as she revealed the tip of the Pokémon egg, that was still covered by the clothing as if it was a blanket.[break][break]
