Every once in a blue moon, Remiel personally attended one of the pokéjobs he sent his pokémon off to help with. Today was one of those days as he sat upon the back of his Zebstrika, wearing a wide-brimmed cowboy hat as he oversaw his Adal's progress. The sun was setting, and the Miltank needed to be herded back into the safety of the farmstead nearby as soon as possible.[break][break]

Adal the Dusk Forme Lycanroc achieved this with great skill, and just a dash of intimidation. Using his ODOR SLEUTH to track down the Miltank in the wilds of the Oldale Plains, he then proceeded to dash at their perimeter. Fire dripped from his fangs (FIRE FANG) as he yipped and barked at them to gather together. Fearful, but also somewhat aware of what was happening, the Miltank followed the wolf's demands.[break][break]

Whenever one of them strayed too far, of course, the Lycanroc was forced to use its ACCELEROCK to dash ahead to it and get it back in line. Pleased with this display of athleticism and intelligence, Remiel tipped his hat up and followed along at a calm pace. Others would come to help move the herd along before long.[break]

Josh Dragomir had essentially grown up on a Pokemon ranch, and had owned three since, in different regions. Selling one's piece of land and starting another as the need to move arose. But the Pokemon on them were always the same. One of the Pokemon that had been on a few Pokemon ranches now, was his Eevee, Bruce. The Eevee had been sent on this PokeJob in hopes of applying its expertise to aid with the work here, getting it a little experience in newer environments and new horizons.

Despite its size, the Eevee had a knack for herding. Not even the mighty Miltank were able to keep from making a dash for it when the little eever came running, its speed making it an intimidating force that kept any from straying too far off course and away from the grounds.

Finally a chance to stretch her legs!

Most of what she had wasn’t really helpful for the type of jobs her trainer often had to go on, so for the time being she enjoyed the sidelines. Honestly it felt amazing on her fur so she wasn’t complaining too much. So when asked to go do a job she felt a bit nervous.

Cream had no clue what to do, the farmers mentioned herding but it wasn’t something she did. She was a retired show dog, she was old, slower. Well not that much older she was just in early retirement as her former trainer she was rescued from was less than pleasant.

Though after watching some of the other dogs from other trainers she did her best to copy. Even if her barks were a bit more timid than the others which made the cattle uninterested in moving. When the barking didn’t work it seemed just going up and asking some of them nicely, it got her a few weird looks but eventually they did listen. Better than being shouted at the whole time.

Umbreon guided the next set of Miltank back to the farm as dusk fell across the rolling acres. She was used to leading travelers up Mt. Pyre to visit the graves of loved ones, and farm work wasn't too far off. There were old bones in these hills.
She walked in near-silence, padding along in front of the herd, golden rings glinting with barley moonlight.
The animals were fat and slow from grazing, and they stopped often to low at the stars of some gliding night predator. Umbreon kept on, it was her job to guide, not to push.

Why anyone would let a Zoroark near their herd is beyond her. She eyes the herd hungrily as it contemplates corralling some of them away; however, with the presence of the other pokemon nearby, it tempers its mischievous attitude.

Its presence alone is enough to keep the Miltank close to the other dogs. Seeing their fearfulness, she occasionally swipes at the grass nearby lazily with a NIGHT SLASH, keeping itself amused in the process.

Even if Leo hadn't technically grown up on the Foster's farm, he'd been there long enough that he was practically an honorary member. As such, it should've come as no surprise to anyone who knew him that he picked up this job in particular. Riding on his Zebstrika, Leo trotted over and stood parallel to Remiel Calcifet, shooting the other a grin. "Woah, we're matching!"

[break][break] Turning his head, he looked over at Yams who ran across the field, herding sheep. "C'mon boy, get 'em!" Despite being a puppy, he had caught on quickly. The pup ran through the field with WILD CHARGE to help him, electricity crackling around his small frame and barked at the Miltank to bring them together. For the cows that were a bit a little too fiesty, he used ROAR at them to direct them away from the field's edge and back towards the center.

[break][break] The sun shone brightly in the sky, as all the dog pokemon gathered together to help the inhabitants of MOO MOO FARMS get corralled into their kennels.

Babadook yawned, stretching his body as he lazily observed the herd. It was clear that the Lycanroc didn't want to be here, he would have much preferred to stay home and nap all day. Yet it couldn't be helped, master Oscar needed the publicity. Yet it would help if Babadook felt any urge to actually participate. The aloof hound mostly watched while keeping up with the herd.

Of course livestock tended to be thick in the head, no matter the species. Every time one of the herd wandered off near him, Babadook would roll his eyes. He would use Accelerock to catch up to the foolish animal, snarling a tad too roughly to get it back in line. He didn't really care if he spooked any of his charges, as long as they got back into the herd it was no skin off his nose. Babadook yawned once more as the lost livestock wandered back into place.

This was such a drag.

Much like many people who had jobs in real life they were at, Thor the Electrike was working today. He’d been sent to work, at his fucking job, chasing sheep. “GO, GO, GO!” the farmers shouted in the fields, looking for the last Pokémon. It was already the end of the day and all the sheep / Pokémon equivalent of sheep were in but one, who’d escaped during the hullabaloo. As Thor walked to work from the train station, trying not to be late and earn demerits that would affect his yearly bonus, he finally saw the last sheep Pokémon. “So it’s just me, huh?” He said out loud, trying to keep his eyes on it and not to get hit by bicycles on the sidewalk and cross the sidewalk to the stupid sheep without getting hit by oncoming cars. Was he even in the right place? How the fuck had it gotten out here? Barking, eager to pick a fight with the sheep Pokémon because that was his randomly-generated flavor text, he rushed the fluffy airheaded thing and chased all the way out of the city and back to the farm. Then he trotted into the farmer’s house and went to sleep under the armchair. Good thing he hadn’t been late to work. After all, it had only been AN HOUR
