^{A NEW START-UP COMPANY wants to remove the stigma behind poison-type Pokemon! They plan on creating clothes dyed with filtered Pokemon poisons. Sort of like tie-die tie-dye shirts. They are requesting Pokemon who can provide them with their beautifully colored toxins.}

Nearly nine months without action had seemingly zapped all the spunk and flare out of the pure white Poipole as it sat with Sénon in a sterile lab.

Extracting toxins from an Ultra Beast was still more or less uncharted waters but thanks to the spoils of the Three Day War,
They knew a lot more than they did a year ago.

In many ways the poison-spewing ultra beast had become more docile than normal earth-based pokémon. He still felt so weird even thinking such a sentence to himself despite personally facing off against the Megalopolans in Lilycove.

Still, he was in support of the idea of building better PR for poison-types and Poipole needed the friendly rebranding more than any other poison type, so it was only right one of their kind pay it forward and be on the forefront of this whole 'tye-dyes from toxins' effort.

Help who you can, how you can, where you can, whenever you can. Even if that help is just making your baby space squid splurt bodily fluids into a sample jar.

Toxtricity put a hand on her chest, then gave it a small thwap, getting up a BELCH and allowing the poison sort of burp vomit to land on the shirt.

"The splatter, the technique-- I'm OBSESSED!!!"

Whoever wanted the shirt colored was happy with her efforts and for that, toxtricity just gave her a thumbs up and a lazy smile.

Becuse that's the minimal amount of effort and toxtricity's a lazy bitch.

Toxicroak inflates its poison gas sac, brimming with ANTICIPATION as they are guided around to stations best equipped to put them at ease and to begin excreting liberal amounts of their pigmented poisons. Practically bloating with gas, it wasn't long until they had it hooked up.

Leaking out venom from the jagged hooks along either wrist, sophisticated tubes would pump the substance into a pressurized canister for safekeeping and mass stockpiling. Placed over its face was a mask that siphoned the air it belched out, which was cloudy with the noxious fumes contained in its gas sac on its throat.

None of the pokemon questioned the motives of the individuals harvesting their toxic secretions. To think that such a poorly devised production plan could've been not the farce they saw it for, but the cover or ruse under which they were permitted to stockpile such vast quantities of lethal poison would've been... unsettling to say the least.

It was—an unusual request, by most standards.

Apparently, however, there were people that went bananas for shirt designs made by Poison-types, and so Mirana was the perfect fit for this job.

Hissing profanities at all the other male Pokémon that tried to get close to her, she took aim at the shirt she was supposed to be… spitting on? Was that even a thing?

A few moments later, a powerful burst of Toxic poisons erupted from her maw and splattered all over the shirt, and she watched as the plain white slowly but surely transformed into some kind of bleeding tie-dye pattern.

Eh, whatever the humans wanted, they’d get…

It was a strange request, but one that could be done nonetheless. Josh had decided to bring this strange Pokemon that he was still researching, Ezio the Poipole, with him to this thing. Extracting its poison was fairly easy enough, considering it clearly was shot from its tail. Luckily the creature actually seemed quite happy with the idea of using its poison spray to create art, so it hit the canvas like Michaelangelo and got to work.

A stigma against poison types, huh? Well, this should be interesting to see if it actually works.

Even Rocket's underboss engages in a little side hustle now and then.

It's why he drops his Venomoth off at some lab and doesn't ask a whole lot of questions about why they wanted it; he's interested in the payday, nothing more and nothing less.

Venomoth is understandably a little concerned with the lack of information. But rather than being led to its doom, the anxious bug is led to a warm, bright laboratory where all that's expected of it is to scatter its POISONOUS POWDERS over various lengths of fabric. They don't seem to care when the colourful spores warp the natural colours of the fabric. They seem downright delighted, in fact.

By the end of the day, Venomoth is delighted to have been given so much attention. It doesn't get out much, so this was like a vacation for the lonely moth!

Cro-Cro was going to bite someone.

This particular “someone” was currently shoving something in her face as she was trying to get her beauty rest, so really it would be a well-deserved maiming. She batted (hah) the offending object away without opening her eyes, but in seconds it was prodding her once again.

Alright. Enough was enough.

In one swift motion, the Crobat lashed out at whatever deigned to disturb her nap with her Poison Fang. Her teeth clamped around the plastic-covered top of a mason jar and began to fill it with green-purple venom.

Rather than afraid, the human holding the jar seemed delighted, showing off the deadly concoction to his companions as soon as Cro-Cro released it from her jaws. He did not return to poke at her further, however, so the bat Pokémon simply huffed as she wrapped her wings around her body again and went back to sleep.

Anemone would Venom Drench the white fabric, turning it a brilliant and beautiful shade of purple. after that was done, the Salazzle made sure the humans who were applying more toxins to the silk and cotton and what have you -

well, she made sure to fill up some jars on her way out. easy money for Siobhan and company; the lizard did so enjoy making toxic material. and if it was in the pursuit of fashion... all the more to it!
