Morbid curiosity brought Ruby back for another DRK Triad member's route, and this time, Ruby herself (or at least her digital counterpart) was a member. Freaking great. Ah, shit. Didn't this feel familiar? As Madd reads through the screen, she finds her psyche twist with a vague negative feeling. Guilt? Embarrassment?

This wasn't that different to how she'd been recruited to Rocket. A few smiles there and poof, she was drinking all of the Kool-Aid. At least until being asked to kill a guy had churned her stomach.

Well this was a bit of a peculiar route. At least the start was, which only meant the rest of it would surely be equally weird. But be that as it may. Elinor played the route all the same, taking note of all the weird things that this Macro Cosmos AI knew. But by now that wasn’t even surprising.

The DRK Triad... It wasn't a group that Makoto knew much of - but of what they did know, it didn't take a genius to conclude that they were bad news. Perhaps even badder news than Rocket, even - which you would think would have both factions getting their priorities a little more in line... But what did they know?
