An Iron Crown stepped up to greet the Pheromosa. The automaton, thanks to being genderless, found themselves spared from the pheromones that caused infatuation. The Pheromosa attempted to zig-zag around the Cobalion-like Pokemon, to throw it off. Unfortunately for the Ultra Beast, the Paradox Sword's Tachyon Cutter homed in on them. No matter how convoluted their movements became, there was no evading the Tachyon Cutter, as the pair of particle blades cut the seductive bug down. Another Pheromosa attempted to take out the Iron Crown with a High Jump Kick. Though the attack landed, it still wasn't enough to bring down the automaton, who retaliated with a Metal Burst, taking out another Pheromosa. As the battle raged on, Thomas discovered a Bronze Feather on the ground.  What on earth was… He blinked several times at the sight that met his eyes. Why were these—the annoying, pesky, cockroach-looking Pokémon (look, to Lars the Pheromosa resemble cockroaches, okay) doing, kicking anything and everything that they could lay their eyes on— “Ow!” he yelped as he got a quick, powerful kick to the shins by one of the passing Pheromosa. Ouch, that was going to hurt for a while. “The fuck’s got you cheesed?!” he yelled after the Pokémon… Ultra Beast… that snickered at him, off to find more unsuspecting, poor humans to kick in the • have your character/pokemon be kicked by a PHEROMOSA. @tag |

It sounds like metal grating against a chalkboard. The feather drops out of his hand. Pheromosa are as deadly as they are beautiful. One kicks Roland, sending him skidding across the ground. Someone tell these guys the war ended years ago?” Neither Roland or the Pheromosa care for the joke. Instead, they clash once again. With the Pokemon slowed down by the chain, Navy can see at least part of the fight. Pheromosa sprays something in Roland’s face. From its body language, the creature thinks this will be a decisive blow. Instead, the flat of Roland’s blade hits her upside the head. [attr="class","top"] [attr="class","main"] It's hard not to be enthralled by the enchanting way the Pheromosa dart around the city. Their movements remind Luka of ballet dancers; controlled and precise, with an ethereal grace that has her spellbound. It's hard, sometimes, to remember that their beauty is only matched by their deadliness.[break][break] Luckily, her Spectrier is immune to their charms. The ghostly steed whinnies as they carry Luka through the streets of Petalburg, and she snaps out of her stupor with an abrupt shake of the head. "Gosh...ah, t-thank you," she murmurs, stroking a hand through her mount's mane.[break][break] With another neigh, Spectrier sends bursts of necrotic energy towards the dancing bugs, blasting a few out of their path. While not part of any official group, Lydia was a familiar sight in scenes like this. |
The Smoochum cradled in her arms was OBLIVIOUS the danger around them. Eva remained safely tucked back from the wave of enthusiastic Phermosa to study the scene around them. A persistent PSYCHIC trickled out from the Smoochum’s tiny hands, slowing any of the insects enough for a Ranger or Officer to smash the TOXIC CHAINS.
