THE BRIEFING

THE LEAGUE HAS ALLOWED members of the AQUA Initiative to aid their training with the legendary Pokemon, Mew. This Pokemon is creature of untapped potential and limitless adaptability. However, some may argue that it is hampered by its playful nature and naivety despite its incredible intelligence.

Mew may occasionally need to be transferred from location to location to help prepare trainers for the ruthless battles ahead. The training it can conduct is invaluable after all. It can create bubbles for accuracy training, perform almost every move known under the sun... But perhaps, more significantly, the Mew can transform into all known Pokemon—but it is unsure if it can shapeshift into certain Legendary Pokemon (Mew will purposefully refuse to transform into Legendary or Mythical Pokemon due to an unknown reason).

AQUA Initiative members include anyone who has signed the AQUA Initiative contract, including Head Rangers, Elite Four, and members of the Hoenn League's Council. A list of AQUA members can be found in the glossary.

As stated above, AQUA Initiative members may choose to bring promising trainers who are not within the initiative. These characters must have at least 200 POSTS.
