Effigies of the “Loyal” Three had popped up around the city and its outskirts that she is in charge of protecting as its Ranger Captain. Petalburg’s fall from the help of those strange three wardens from the pententiary was a moment that she can’t forget. “Destroy it now.” The ambassador turns to her shard of Calyrex as Psychic breaks the statue of a dog-like creature that stood up on its two legs in one shot.[break][break]

“We cannot have them come back.” She’ll try to make sure that there’s no more statues of the three creatures: monkey, bird, and standing dog. The outskirts of Rustboro appeared to be filled with more of the statues. Those three were on another level of strong, given that they appeared to be legendary Pokemon on par with the Calyrex.[break][break]

If one of those creatures appeared at the city she worked at as Galar’s ambassador, Elise will have to draw them away from where the battle can be on safer ground.

“I’m very glad that you are okay too, Genny.” Elise knows that Genny had gone off to the other city that was part of the war while she was stationed in Petalburg to help with the wounded. Narrowly dodging another killing by Rocket, she is convinced that they too would hurt her to make her cousin angry. [break][break]

Pink eyes from the steel princess look over to the form of the other, a fellow pink royal that’s in a pink dress made of rock. Audrey takes the hands that the Diancie gives her and she gives a happy beep in wanting to be friends with the other princess too.[break][break]

“I am sure that Audrey will be happy with meeting Diance. They do look like they’re good friends already.” A smile came onto the ambassador’s face when Desiree accepts her apology. Elise helps with carrying the singer’s share of her logs though they were heavy too. Luckily, the shard of Calyrex comes over to prop up the logs with Psychic.

The Galarian ambassador would have another go at guessing the size of the Pumpkaboo as she’ll make her way to where the Pumpkaboo stayed in Oldale Town. Her Castform follows her and makes sure that she’s protected on the way there though she doesn’t have to worry about being unsafe. Yellow eyes from the pumpkin ghost stare at both the ambassador and her Rainy formed Castform when she’ll take a slip out of the box.[break][break]

Nimbus tries to look at what her slip said. He’s a little curious whether they’ll get the right number or not. Maybe she could try and win one of those top prizes if she guessed right.

When she was saved by her shard, the ambassador sees that the masked Rocket doesn’t stop with trying to kill her on that note. No, he doesn’t let her and her Calyrex retreat too with the power of his stygian shadow fires sapping her energy as well as the hare king’s. In confronting this Rocket that had powers beyond her comprehension, Elise Calcifet wishes that her cousin, Remiel Calcifet , would give her guidance in this darker time.[break][break]

With her energy being sapped, all the Galarian princess can do is watch helplessly as the Dark type Tera Blast from the dark flaming bird hits the shard of the High King. She’ll catch him as she turns to face the masked Rocket when he’s flung from the air in spite of needing to recover from her prior burns.[break][break]

“You’ve hurt what I consider to be my child… A son of mine.” Elise’s maternal instincts flare up in the face of being at the mercy of the Rocket and his bird Pokemon. “I will never forgive you for that.”[break][break]

But with her energy slowly being siphoned, the Galarian ambassador holds her shard weakly. She’ll feel the Calyrex stir slowly from his unconsciousness as if the thought of having to see her worries made the hare determined to try and win a seemingly hopeless fight. The Calyrex shard levitates out of her arms to get himself back in the battle against the Rocket’s Pokemon.[break][break]

“You do not intend to let us escape freely, so we will fight to the end. Charles himself has taught me that I'm not alone in this fight...even if you have an advantage with your powers over shadow.” She’d imagine that her cousin would tell her to escape when it was futile to. “Tri-Attack now.” An urgent command is given to the shard of Calyrex as he’ll follow it to the letter.[break][break]

A tri-colored beam shoots out from the hare’s paws, aiming directly at the Galarian Moltres. In the same vein as his handler, the shard of the League’s Calyrex does not want to go down without a fight.

Being able to ride horseback was something that she had learned as a child. Rapidash were the main mounts for her and Remiel to have a nice ride at the outskirts of Hammerlocke. Even her Galarian Rapidash was specifically bred for members of the royal family as their horse Pokemon.[break][break]

“I would be most honored to give it a try on Swift’s back.” She responds to her former boss while the hare king tries to catch up with the Pyroar carrying him. “And I’m glad you’d trust me to go full speed on Swift’s riding.”[break][break]

Color begins to fade when Llamrei follows Eriette in using her own Phantom Force. The whole atmosphere of the tunnel becomes grey, almost as if Elise herself had entered the deeper reaches of the Border. A spirit world that she is used to trying to reach with her mother’s training.[break][break]

“Are you really sure that you’d want to step down from leading Mauville’s gym?” The ambassador asks when she’s a little concerned over whether Josh was up to that. “I thought you had a lot of fun with your non-traditional challenges…but I’m sure you may have picked someone to be your successor whenever the time comes.”

“I remember that a Rocket told me one of the League’s members had killed Pokemon, but he didn’t say who.” She wonders too if the other members of the League had done the same to earn that scorn. “But I’d wonder if I can’t trust the word of someone who works for the very same organization that destroyed my mother’s hometown and didn’t hesitate to kill those civilians."[break][break]

Learning that her cousin was a former Rocket really pushed the anti-Rocket sentiment. She has seen the prince try to atone for what he has done, but Elise always had doubts on whether she can trust Remiel again.[break][break]

“It’s always good to see your ride on Raikou plush toy nonetheless.” A little laugh came from the ambassador when she’ll follow her former boss to the outside space in his gym where he can call on his own legendary Pokemon, a Raikou with an ashen coat. [break][break]

Her shard and the ghostly steed follow her in seeing the ashen Pokemon take form outside. The princess too marvels at the ashen thunder cat's form, majestic as it is of the real Raikou.[break][break]

“I don’t mind if you go a little slower. Recovery from your injuries is important.” A nod came from the Galarian princess as she takes her seat onto the ash thunder cat. Charles floats up to take a little seat in front of her. “I see… It must be a great blessing to have been bestowed a version of Raikou like this.”

The speed of the ghostly horse was only matched with the speed of her cousin’s patron, the Black Yin dragon. She had seen the dragon’s strength and speed in a memory of the false ‘Galar’ though the last time that he had brought his legendary Pokemon, that was the first time she met it.[break][break]

“She’s very fast when she wants to be.” She’ll note onto the speed of her ghostly mount when the ambassador dismounts from the mare. Making their way to the second floor, the gym leader explains that there were two options in monitoring the reading or going down to the generator itself to get the voltage in.[break][break]

“I will help with the generator.” Her decision making process wouldn’t be long as long as Elise can deal with the generator’s voltage being urgent. “It’s probably not too much trouble with my Yamper if she can help with generating enough electricity to help with the generator.”

The Head Scientists of the League were both studying Avatars and for their reasons, they believe that Avatars and their patrons were bonded with each other. She had a warning from Laurence Anderson once and it was that if an Avatar overused their power, they’ll die. The ambassador can’t blame Josh for thinking that she should be wary of accepting any blessing from Calyrex.[break][break]

Because losing one’s control to a patron was terrible in the gym leader’s eyes.[break][break]

“I think Calyrex chose me because he saw that I had the potential to mature into a good ruler in some way.” She answers Josh though she wonders if given the right circumstance and in the tail end of her progress, he would give her his blessing. “If he decides to give me his blessing out of volition, I already know the risks involved.”[break][break]

Her cousin gives her a warm smile when he tells her that there’s so much one can do. With how her cousin relied more on his non-legendary dragons, his patronage with Zekrom probably came as a last ditch effort in fights.[break][break]

“Yes, you’re right, cousin. The High King would emphasize that working together with others is more important than fighting Rocket alone.” Her concerned frown turns into a smile, knowing that she would always work together with others to fight against Rocket. "But I do worry that Avatars are much stronger than me, they have powers that I do not have at the moment."[break][break]

“Yes, he does have a name.” She gives the shard a little pat on the head. “His name is Charles. I call him Charlie for short.”

Else isn’t surprised that he had gotten out by himself since the shard wanted to play along with the shiny Rowlet. Blue eyes from the hare king watch the small form of the female Rowlet come over to offer him a place in the little sand castle Artemis built. If the ambassador had her Hydreigon out, Satanael would have sensed it along with the Illumina Garchomp. Hers was not like what the Pokedex makes him out to be, he appeared to be a gentle dragon underneath an intimidating stature. She’ll actually trust Remiel’s word that he surmises it was a Pokemon that was hungry or in pain inside the temple.[break][break]

For one moment, the Galarian tries to listen for whatever Isaac can tell her of his region’s religion. Sinnoh was a fascinating place filled with old folktales and legends that rivaled her country though the lady doesn’t get to hear much when Isaac gets concerned over Preston’s panic. Preston had wanted to know why she didn’t touch any of the banquet’s food and drink.[break][break]

“Oh, I was…simply not hungry or thirsty. I’ve had a bit of food back before I came to the ball.” She gives her own reason as to why she didn’t get a plate for the food or get a drink for herself. Not getting more food and drink would make the Galarian endure most of the night’s time.[break][break]

“That story can wait.” A look of concern came over the female Galarian’s face when she addresses Isaac himself over Preston’s distress. Several fleeing guests had passed by her and she probably thinks something was very wrong with the way that they were running away from…something.[break][break]

“Preston, are you alright?” She asks paxton concordas too, presumably because she didn’t think he would be afraid of ghosts. Would he?

The ambassador notes how shy Darjeeling the Deerling is which was a familiar feeling, given that she was the meek one once upon a time. Both the younger her and the her when she first arrived to Hoenn had bouts of shyness that crippled her desire to talk to people and befriend them. [break][break]
