THIS DOCUMENT IS STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. Every thing written in this document is upon the review of the writer and is not meant to be shown in public. Every thing written in this document will also be subjected to the approval of the administrators and the underboss of the organization upon final drafting. This is an initial draft, intended to outline a short summary of all the events Team Rocket is involved with in the past, in the present, and in the possible future.

For preliminary drafting and outlining, the following events are enlisted as a subject for review of the organization's goals and objectives as well as courses of actions and results of the operations.

WITH BOTH HANDS PANNING IN THE AIR, Selena stands on the throne and says: "'Queen Selena the Lazy One'—in fair, I like how it sounds! She laughs and gulps another from the foul tasting wine. "But I doubt teaching winemaking will inspire the people of Hammerlocke. And as much as I am involved in my family business, I'm not the actual one making wines, you know!

The truth is, there are more other things they will have to do if they want to survive.

When Alexei Ivanov mentions Ashley Shepard, however, Selena felt proud. Her teammate of course will do wonders and will realize his leadership skills when given the opportunity.

"How about you though? How do you make yourself useful?"

"OH REALLY? WHATEVER HAPPENED TO THE PREVIOUS ONE THOUGH?" Selena can swear she remembers Alexei Ivanov having a different boyfriend or something. If she is being honest, she doesn't know what is true anymore either as she notices her memories being repressed and pressed as days gone by.

Selena already chuckles in anticipation of her friend drinking from the goblet.

"Did you not get the memo? I am the queen now! I don't do teaching, I order people to." She boasts jokingly, as he might recall how Selena has always been out with the Recon troop to investigate the Power Spot. But perhaps, it is a thought she oughts to revisit one day. They never know how long they are to stay anyway.

THE OTHER PERSON IS MUCH RESERVED THAN SHE WOULD EXPECT, so all she did is to keep to herself as she follows in his endeavor to catch a few Pokemons in the place.

A Morelull appears by her side as the Spinarak does to the other. And with a friendly attachment on her arms, the Kalosian sticks the Pokeball on its head.

"Most Pokemons are friendly, if you ask me." She responds even when she thinks he doesn't actually address it to her. "But those who feel theatened may be more inclined to make a move or two."

THREE YEARS AFTER —

MUCH HAS CHANGED SINCE THE TWO LAST SAW EACH OTHER—where one loses confidence in the dignity and power of the authority, one ultimately betrays them for their own good. Selena does not hesitate nor regret any of her actions leading to this moment. Even BARNABY FINCH 's promise of greatness, which now looms as a fantasy in the prospects of staying in this Arceus-forsaken region for far too long, is not the reason why she is still motivated to do what declan walsh asked them to.

"I've been traumatized." She admits to Thomas Benoit. "A journalist job is to watch from a certain distance, but there are times when observation is futile if there is no participation. My participation only leads to further disappointment with the League."

Selena takes the rancid wine from the barrel that remains after her drink with Alexei Ivanov. The bitter flavor is to remind her that everything is still a disappointing reality.

"So, you've totally left the League, huh? Is that your reason too?"

MISSION: MAKE IT DOUBLE

AUTHORITIES ARE NOWHERE WHEN REPORTS ABOUT A RAMPAGING WAILORD DRIFTED INTO THE LILYCOVE COASTLINE reaches Selena, who happens to be around the vicinity as she attempts to get a day off from Rocket. It is only Akhyls, her Naganadel, that is in her possession when it happens. Her Ultra Beast dragon attempts to taunt it back into the ocean with its stinger, but the poison impales the giant mammal, causing it to be poisoned and be more vicious than it ever was.

"ALL CIVILIANS MUST EVACUATE!" She screams on the top of her longs, her familiar voice coming as people begin to wonder whether they have known the lady or not. Some longtime residents must have recognized that it was their previous Gym Leader, long before and during the Megalopolan War. So instead of going out of the beach, some people stay to watch as their former leader attemps to make a comeback.

"THOSE WHO HAVE POKEMONS WITH THEM, LET'S GET THIS WAILORD BACK TO WHERE IT CAME FROM."

MISSION: POISONOUS POSSESSIONS

SELENA NODS WITH APPROVAL AT THE SHOW Hitoshi Inoue HAS GIVEN THEIR AUDIENCE, her smirk breaking her pained and weary face as they deal with their one and only attempt at killing this god of simulation.

"You got it." She speaks calmy over comms, directing to Ashley Shepard; a feeble attempt to quell the storm brewing inside her. When did simulations ever get this real? She reminds herself, feeling the andrenaline coursing through her veins and into her head. It is clear Hitoshi Inoue's suicide mission is one that must be dealt with such elaborate strategy: the only way to kill a legendary is to be legendaries themselves.

After watching Ashley Shepard throw his Goomy, Selena decides to use her last straw: she reveals the pendant inside her blouse, a megastone that mimics the colors of the Hatterene. Light surrounds the fairy witch, a spectacle that shines upon the battlefield as it transforms into a creature of wonder: a MEGA HATTERENE.

"You know what to do, Hecate." The Hatterene summons fallings stars surrounding Groudon as it electrocutes it, the maximum power of G-MAX SMITE confusing the god as it attempts to use ERUPTION. Selena glances upon her scrying Delphox, who in turns SMILES while doing the FUTURE SIGHT.

Selena knows what will happen next.

HER MUMBLINGS MIGHT BE JARGON-LADEN but Selena takes every moment to process every word coming from soyeon kwan's mouth. She imagines what it must be like dreaming of a world with her ideals manifested. The excitement of the scientist comes to her as she thinks of hers as well.

"I don't have the futuristic Paradoxes but I have the primitive ones." For a character like Selena, studying the past has more gains than the other. The past holds the key to what possibilties in the future there might be. "The NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM should have been contacting me because of this creature."

She tosses the ball and there appears the Flutter Mane beside her. The light catches the attention of one deliberd who decides to give it a PRESENT, but the uncertainty makes the creature retaliate with its STORED POWER before the trainer attempts to catch it.

"Stories, you say?" She smirks as she picks up the ball of the Delibird. "What kind of story do you want to hear?"

"IT APPEARS IT'S OURS, OUI." She speaks to Cillian Quinn as she sips her own, the alcohol the same as what she asked Shred to give earlier. While the underboss complements it, the taste reminds her of her bittersweet relationship with the Desmarais patriarch. "But not the best ones, I'm afraid. I'd probably advise Yumi Hasegawa to go through me directly."

Selena is too busy ignoring how Cillian Quinn's husband feast beside her, drawing her attention with the dancers instead. The surrounding is already enough to teleport them into this fae-filled wonder, but the act itself is a stunning commitment to the fantasy that the hostess is willing to give.

A curiosity strikes her. Another sip from the glass and she calls for the underboss's attention. "Does declan walsh attend these kinds of events? I'd like to introduce myself."

EVENT: A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S PARTY

COMPARED TO HER PREVIOUS MISSION PARTNERS, the good thing about Mirabella Fontaine is that she comes prepared. Initiative is a value Selena appreciates very well. She can only laugh at what the other lady has said.

"Weezings. They are the only ones with smog of this kind." It is of thick, brownish color that does not only smell nauseating but foul and rancid—a reason why a respirator is handy. Judging by the volume of it, however, it seems like it is certainly not alone and has brought companions to the camp. "Remind me to report this to Felix Gallagher at once or suffer another spring cleaning like this one."

Behind them, a fast moving blip passes through the corridors; the Salazzle is keen enough to launch a GUNK SHOT. It certainly hits: poisonous sludge pooling over where the gunk hits the creature, leaving a trail to where it might have moved. Selena smiles as she is certain it has been POISONED.

She nods towards the toxic trail as she faces Mirabella Fontaine. "So... do you want to take the lead?"

MISSION: GASLIGHT

SELENA'S MAKES A SPEEDY DESCENT INTERVENED BY PODARGE'S ASSISTANCE who helps her glide through the long, deep tunnel. Selena can still hear the noise from the arena until everything is silent: what remains is the deafening silence and the faint light of magenta coming from below.

Upon closer inspection, the flooring looks like a mushy surface that mimics... an organ? A heart, perhaps? Is this our way out? Selena wastes no time mulling over the possibilities and begins hitting it with the injured Flutter Mane's remaining STORED POWER.

What comes out, however, is more poisonous sludge creeping towards every living thing that forces her way out of the tunnel. Recalling Podarge and shifting to Akhys, the Naganadel provides a reliable ride upwards.

Upon ascending, the Battle at Hammerlocke is already over. A mob of Galarian peasants surround the power spot, waiting for her arrival. Selena is surprised. When she finally gets off the dragon, one of the peasant leaders presents himself in-front of her and offers her what looks like a crown. They all bow down as they speak in unison, "All Hail Queen Selena the Intuitive."

ONE MONTH AFTER

SELENA SETTLES QUITE EASILY AS A MONARCH, her actions bordering on sensitivity and wariness of the situation. Sure, the people has crowned her, but the responsibility of carrying such task falls upon her shoulders when she has no idea what to do with the situation also.

At least, the HIGH KING CALYREX shows up. He presents the three kings and the queen of Hammerlocke the prophecy that awaits all of them. The Black Knight and the Skeleton? A major canine?

declan walsh has not prepared them for any of these. He did not mention anything about a Black Knight and a Skeleton, only about the Galarian dogs and the ruinous monsters.

The prophecy may have sound ominous and mysterious but at least it is not that vague. Looking back at Ashley Shepard , it is clear to hear that are to have a plan in winning this war, capturing the dogs, and getting out of this nightmare.

THE YEARS THAT FOLLOW

SELENA HAS COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT BEING A HERO is no easy task. There are moments where she begins to wonder what is happening in the real world now that almost everyone is absorbed into this hellhole. And it has been a lingering thought for the next year, the next three years, and within the ten years that has already gone by.

Despite all the challenges and doubts of her leadership (mostly by herself, and perhaps a few others), Selena still strives to be useful.

She has just come back from a recon mission with the troops she has organized and trained herself. While recon attempts to explore the extends of their land in which the poison has not creeped in, their main goal is to guard and explore the Power Spot she has first encountered herself. They will also be the first to harvest Dynite Ores should these present themselves in the chasm.

The organization is already at its ninth year and their forces continue to grow strong. This is an extension of the spy network she creates for herself that are loyal and compliant to her wishes and commands. She is to see every action and intention of all the people around her, especially the Leagues of significant power.

While the other monarchs like Remiel Calcifet and Biscotti Kingsley are privy to all her affairs, all information pertinent to her goals as a Rocket member are filtered in. Ashley Shepard , however, is a different case: Selena trusts him enough to be her second when things do not go her way.

The damage that the previous attack of the NECROZMA proves to be a traumatizing event that makes the best and the worst of her constituents. A lot has died in the attack. A lot of families has lost their loved ones. At this point, no one can even count the number of deaths they have survived.

At least NECROZMA proved useful when it leaves a cluster of black metal chunks. Most Hoennians know better in using this as a weapon: Selena makes herself a BLACK METAL PENDANT, crafted by a trusted jeweler. She begins to wonder the effects of the artifact, but it has been clear that it gives her the power to LEVITATE when she wishes.

The long wait is wearing her down but Selena continues to put herself in high spirits: after all, much of the prophecy has not yet occured.

They will eventually find their way out.

- SELENA creates a network of spies that informs her about the happenings in Hammerlocke, a system she creates to help her survive in a League-dominated locale
- SELENA creates a recon troop from these spies to explore and guard the power spot which will be harvesting DYNITE ORE should there be present (some information are open for Remiel Calcifet and Biscotti Kingsley as well but are filtered in)
- SELENA asks the local jeweler to create her a BLACK METAL PENDANT from the metal, giving her the ability to use TELEKINESIS

THE QUEEN'S APPEARANCE DIDN'T CHANGE MUCH: the already gray hair helps hide the traces of years that has gone by, her wrinkles on her face concealed by the care her attendants put much to her body. Selena is a royalty and she is enjoying every bits and pieces of it.

"I can get you wed tonight and your boyfriend wouldn't know, if that's what you're worried about." Selena teases as he offers the goblet into Alexei Ivanov. Should he accept, he will find how wines of this epoch smells and tastes disgusting for whatever reason. Should she be teaching these peasants how to make wine too?

The laughter halts as Selena delves on a more serious sentiment.

"Three years is too fucking long, non? I still don't know if we're making enough progress."

The lone queen would have established a strong recon system by know, navigating through the Galar underground in search of a way out but to no avail. Only toxin and poison.
