Okay so, ever since I read lex's bio I had an idea I wanted to run past you with Chu-e Choi!

See, he's my rocket, an ex beast, and just recently getting back into the organization after a lot of sickness and other plot things. See, right now he's looking to get a little team together, or maybe 2-3 people, to work under him and Gavin for the most part. It won't have a lot of direct combat, mostly lying and stealing and sneaking into places they're not welcome. Lex seems like she would be perfect for that if she's willing.

Aside from that, even if they might have a more boss/employee vibe of she accepts, I think they could be friendly! Chu-e can be a little bit of a prick sometimes, he likes to mess with people, but he's nice enough to deal with on the daily. It might be one of those things we just see where it goes, though!

You are speaking Lex's language. She has never been the fighting/confrontational type (not that she can't handle her own, she just reeeeally prefers not to). Lex would be very happy in a position that involved more sneaking/stealth thievery/manipulation. She'll be wary not to be taken advantage of like her old boss did her mother and herself. But now that she doesn't have much to lose, she's more focused on saving her own neck and a close relationship with higher-ups in Rocket would probably give that security. Alexandra Briarwood and lucian flores // Two thieves teaming up for some mischief? Yes please! Lex is new to Hoenn too and will also be new to rocket so she could definitely use some Rocket friends. She can certainly try to butter him up a bit and get him to not be such a loner. I think doing a mission together would be a great start once she is officially in the organization. Currently, she is still in the process of being recruited but once that is all set and she's good to go I'd love to RP them together and see where it goes!



Alexandra Briarwood and Selena Desmarais // Ooo this is interesting. I like this. I could definitely see Lex slipping some info to a reporter to further bolster what she anonymously submitted to the police. Or even checking in with the source she trusts to check on things back home to see where they are at with the investigation and what the current boss might be up to. Kind of keep an eye on things. Selena definitely could have helped her sneak out of Hoenn. I didn't really have a good backstory on that so that could definitely be a possibility! I see Chu-e Choi has already gotten his evil lil paws on Lex, so I am here to build off that! >)

Cillian Quinn understands the need for protection and safety within Rocket, and as long as she's working with Chu-e, she'll also be working with him on occasion. He can adopt a bit of a cold air around the grunts at first — not necessarily cruel, but distant. That said, he's pretty protective of new Rockets trying to find their place within the syndicate. He'll never admit it, of course, but he'd look out for her in little ways... maybe in some bigger ones, too. Maybe if something from her past came back to haunt her, he could help her out of a bind? Gavin wants a Rocket that looks out for its own, and he'll help it get there.

Yes, I am very down for something from her past coming back to haunt her. A definitive action demonstrating Team Rocket's protection by Cillian Quinn would make her feel A) comfortable and she can stop hiding and B) would solidify her unwavering loyalty right then and there. We can definitely come up with something fun to plot and torture poor Lex xD

so i'm terrible at plotting, but i've seen lex around and i'm very interested. i've also been skimming some previous plotter posts and see that you're planning to get involved with chu-e and gavin - and emma would probably know about her this way?? maybe??

If you wanted to start a thread for them, I'd reply when I can! Either Gavin can find out through intel that she's in some sort of danger (the specifics being up to you, of course) and summon her to his office, or he can come across her in danger and help out, whatever you'd prefer!

Also, I can back up Emma Wolfe and say that he could be the reason Emma knows about Lex!

Yayy ok, now that we are all on the same page, I'm gonna hit you up (Cillian Quinn) to get a gavin x lex thread going.

Ok, so! After thinking about this for a bit I think I have a good idea for Emma Wolfe x Lex!

If I'm being brutally honest, Lex is terrible at battling. It's never a skill she focused on for herself or her pokemon. Her pokemon are trained for very particular tasks that help her in her line of work. She spent a lot of time focusing on training these tasks rather than having them battle-ready. This is the driving force behind why should would rather run from confrontation rather than tackle it head-on. Since Emma is a Rocket Beast, I think I can safely assume she has some prowess when it comes to battling and Lex could learn a thing of two (let's be honest, many things) from Emma. Joining Rocket and making Hoenn her home she can start building a more robust pokemon team with some pokemon specifically for battling so she's not so clueless and has a little muscle to back herself up. She will be reluctant to do this, but perhaps it was something Cillian Quinn insisted on and suggested the two of them get together?

Lex is a strong, independent, beautiful woman and I love her. We will be besties when Rowan gets introduced to Rocket, I know it.

This totally isn't because I realized there was an endeavor involved with posting a nice thing on someone's plotter, and entirely because I think Lex is amazing.
