The shift is sudden.
Gravity betrays both Katherine and her pokemon in a familiar sense to that of Giratina’s realm itself. Where there is no law, where
they are the law - but here they were not. At least not at this very moment.
The elite four member dismounts her Noivern and makes a swift return to the ground shortly after inspecting their new location with a keen eye. Her entire team seemed disoriented by the experience, but not unable to cope. They, too, had some prior experience.
Oscar’s words draw her attention next, earning him a thorough look from the Fairburne as her narrowed gaze fell upon his figure. His protective barrier is judged, searching for a goal and purpose in his defense.
Was she an enemy?
Or was he simply hoping to turn her into one?
“I don’t think I can do that,” she confesses, feigning a frown. There’s not a hint of sadness in her tone nor is there regret. Truthfully, despite pleasant past experiences with Oscar (whom she did not recognize just yet), she had made up her mind already.
Or was it Rocket that made it a point to push one of its most capable, loyal assets? Was it Rocket that made it a point to leave Katherine in the dark and treat her as though she were an average grunt?
Perhaps one day such answers will be provided, but today was not about her. It was about
Melody Miro .

The
MIND BLOWN bomb carried by Noivern ticks. It sings of a beautiful, brilliant explosion that its creator had promised with each of its arrivals on the battlefield. But a single bomb would not suffice.
A second one is created by the jester itself.
The clown beheads itself then and there, following a cue from its owner. The Ultra Beast uses its own head as a bouncy ball, allowing it to grow to an appropriate size for its threat to be heard, but beyond that, seen.
Can Rocket handle this? Yes. It absolutely can.
Can only two members of Rocket handle this, however?

Noivern’s bomb is thrown from the skies, aided by a boosting
SUPERSONIC roar. Blacephalon’s own is thrown with a precise throw of its hand. And lastly, her Meowstick sings with its
DISARMING VOICE, attempting to aid this combined assault.

- Katherine spots Oscar after he calls out to her. They do have beef, despite what he thinks. They exchange words.
- After making her stance clear, she orders her pokemon to prepare their attack.
- Two
MIND BLOWN bombs are used. The one from the previous turn (held by Noivern), and the one Blacephalon creates this turn. Noivern also boosts its throw with a
SUPERSONIC roar.
- Meowstick also aids them with its
DISARMING VOICE attack, but it's less important.
- Katherine herself uses Giratina's powers to project a smaller-scale area of the distortion world. She attempts to use her limited control over gravity to pull the
PROTECTING Nidoqueen away as her pokemon attack.
- Using three salac berries.
