THE BRIEFING

THE AQUA INITIATIVE has been pushed by the League as a heroic force against regional threats. However, they also serve as paragons for Hoenn's League. As ambassadors of Commissioner dahlia goode's government, they are intended to be physical rebuttals against Team Rocket's propaganda.

Your job is to publicize the AQUA Initiative and the League in some way. Whether it is through an interview, a personal encounter with another trainer (e.g. helping someone, saving someone), or a media event, represent the League in a favorable way.

AQUA Initiative members include anyone who has signed the AQUA Initiative contract, including Head Rangers, Elite Four, and members of the Hoenn League's Council.
