THE BRIEFING


AFTER THE DAWN OF THE DARKEST DAY, the region is weak. The natural INFINITY ENERGY (BIOENERGY) of plants and Pokemon needs time to recuperate— but in this vacuum of vitality, cultists take advantage of the neutralized landscape in order to progress their agendas.

Kyogre cultists and pirates have begun to flood regions with their Pokemon. Using DRIZZLE and RAIN DANCE, they perform esoteric rituals to do what they believe is the will of Kyogre.

For this mission, stop the cultists from conducting their activities, join them, or involve their practices in some way.
