THE BRIEFING

ROCKET HAS SEIZED PETALBURG CITY. However, in its current state, it is barely serviceable as a proper, civilized base of operations. Much work must be done to restructure it into a stronghold for Team Rocket in the mainland.

Two mountainous ridges and a crevasse due to Regirock's appearance, collapsed buildings, and more must be repurposed for the glory of Rocket.
