THE CONTEST HALL is blooming with floral arrangements, sweet desserts, and kalosian furnishings. while the theatre is being renovated for an upcoming competition, the ballroom has been prepared for speed dating. carved tea tables are set between provencal kalosian chairs. ample room is provided not only for service staff and trainers, but for the pokemon they are encouraged to bring as well.[break][break]

this event is a casual event, meant to bring your character in contact with many others. perhaps, they will find true love![break][break]

this event will not be a mega-thread. instead, there will be a sub-board made in the contest hall for speed date threads. you can find this board here.[break][break][break]

• to emulate the speediness of this event, each character may only make 4 posts in each speed dating thread. furthermore, the strict limitations are in place to ensure characters can sweep through many other characters and their players.
• you can go through as many speed dates as you like, but you have to finish your current one before you can move on to the next!
• partners will be assigned based on the character's sexuality, but we'll also be looking at age group and a member's availability (if they're in the middle of a speed date, then you may be less likely to be paired with them).
• there will be more than one round of speed dating.
• when the event begins, this thread will be updated with pairings, what round each pairing is, and further instructions.
