THE BRIEFING

PIRATES HAVE BEEN A CONSTANT THREAT in Hoenn's seas. As they attempt to claim territory, these pirates are dangerous, resorting to violence to secure goods from merchants and vacationers alike. It is rumored that these criminals have secret coves in Hoenn's coastal towns and uninhabited islands. Your mission is to infiltrate and secure the stolen goods (or hostages, stolen pokemon, etc.) in these coves.

Characters who are embedded within the League's organization as officers (or are Rockets) have been given the license to kill if the situation grows violent.

If your characters are civilians, you may also consider this prompt:

Your characters will be enjoying a boat ride (yacht, cruise ship, sail boat, submarine, etc.) until they are attacked by pirates— or engaging with the enemy on boat as their original intent.

Protect yourselves and any other innocents (should they be present). These pirates are ruthless and are not afraid to spill blood, so your characters may be forced to defend themselves at any cost.
