Registering: Eva Morales Age: 30 Taking Number: 15 Note: Shippin that LEVA (Eva Morales x @lev ) Nothing more than a one-night-stand, but what a wild night it was (see spoiler below)
yIaxBG1z Whiskey-o, Johny-o Rise her up from down below Whiskey, whiskey, whiskey-o Up aloft this yard must go John rise her up from down below Now whiskey is the life of man Always was since the world began Now whiskey gave me a broken nose And whiskey made me pawn me clothes Now whiskey is the life of man Whiskey from that old tin can I thought I heard the first mate say I treats me crew in a decent way A glass of whiskey all around And a bottle full for the shanty man
Whiskey-o was the sea shanty Eva got a kick out of when she first met @lev , sharing a few bottles of barrel aged red wine at a pub on the coast of Hoenn. They sang the song and laughed wildly until their drunken stupor and boisterous belligerence got them kicked out by the barkeep into the foggy night. A few more establishments found them a bit too rowdy to stay too long. Neither could walk straight without leaning heavily on the other, hands always groping for something to hang on to. He wasn’t her usual type, but he was damn charming, which made him all more intriguing. Alevander filled her mind with wondrous tales of quests on the high seas, promising her an adventure of a lifetime. It was a thrill the addict couldn’t pass up. Mesmerized by the dangerous and fantastical life, she followed him to the docks, retrieving a few fresh bottles of wine for them to enjoy on the way.
How they managed to not sink his ship was still a mystery to her. Somehow, the duo made it out to sea with Alevander using nothing but the stars as his guide. In the peaceful darkness they’d drift on the current, illuminated by dull flicker of a single lamp and the growing sea of stars above as they drifted further and further from shore.
Even the night wasn’t safe from their wicked ways. Their drunken adventure escalated from singing and dancing on the ship’s deck and mapping the stars to shedding their clothes and jumping into the dark pool of the ocean for a bare midnight swim.
They could have boiled the sea with their fiery passion if Eva’s responsibilities didn’t weigh heavy on her shoulders. The doctor’s own sirens called her back to shore at the break of dawn. There, she would leave her pirate king with a devilish grin and a wink, letting their maritime adventure fade into memories.
