It seemed that of the majority, Tails would be called - something that Makoto was more or less indifferent to, with it being 50/50 either way all things considered. But, before the results of the coinflip could be decided, it seemed the coin would be lost - it was as if something struck it out of the air, even if the otome was being vague and coy about it all - tumbling down into a sewer grate.

This wasn't all that much of an issue however, in Makoto's opinion. With the right help and tools in a real-life setting, it wouldn't be difficult to open the grate and retrieve it... even if it might not be the most pleasant endeavor. With this in mind, they'd choose Option 1 - Bend down to try and fish the coin out.

Father Winter seemed like an odd sort - and the content warnings had initially put them on edge - but he hadn't shown any reason for Makoto to think ill of him, not yet. Perhaps the content warnings would arise from other characters that appear, in this route...?

As he’d already met this… individual… previously, no doubt that despite the fact that this was only a game, there was still something incredibly suspicious about… how they’d dropped the coin.

“You didn’t drop it the last time,” he hissed under his breath—but secretly relieved he’d called it right.

He then wondered—if this had really happened… where was the portal that would take them to another world? Hmm…

He could only squint at the sewer grate, but knew the possibility of getting shoved through the grate (and maybe dying) was there so…

He picked the third option, ‘comfort him (giving him a replacement coin)’ even if deep inside he was already screaming like a blown-up frog.

Andrea had definitely not picked tails. Unaware of the raid-based nature of the route, she assumed it was yet another glitch (Macro Cosmos is a small indie company please understand). Regardless, she couldn't help feeling pity on Father Winter, despite him being an enemy of her region. He seemed genuinely distraught about losing his favorite coin. "Hey, everything's gonna be OK... Come here." The eccentric girl muttered, hugging her phone close to her chest.

The redhead reads the entry, her heart pounding. Something about this post seemed dangerous. Why did the game mention the fact that the coin had been slapped down? Why was a psychopathic serial killer making a face like that? [break][break]
In the real world, the redhead would likely have done a combination of the first two items. She would have tried to fish out the coin while apologizing profusely for something that wasn't her fault. But kneeling down and putting herself into a vulnerable position with this man seemed like a foolish idea. So, she left fishing the coin to the more courageous in this raid.

Where was the "Sucks for you" option? Ugh, all of these choices sucked. She wasn't going to go fishing through a sewer grate for some lost coin. She wasn't going to "apologize profusely" for something that wasn't even her fault. Elaine almost chuckled as she saw the dialogue box state that the coin fell into the nearby sewer. The concept was laughable but it managed to completely throw off her expectations of where this little route was going. She ended up taking her time looking through each of the choices.

The first one was the wrong choice for sure. She had a few trains of logic, but they all returned to a possibility of the coin resurfacing by the end of the route. The second one was counterintuitive to any sort of romance route so that was out of the window. Meaning there was only one legitimate option.
