happy 5th anniversary hoenn!! it's only been a few days since i've been here, but i already feel so welcomed by the community here. i joined hoenn on a whim and wasn't sure if i was ready to rp intensively again, but everyone here is so sweet and passionate about writing it's reminding me how much i also enjoy it :') grateful for this little community that i stumbled upon and hope to spend more time with everyone!! also a big thank you to shiv and spiral for all of the work you guys put in here <3

until that day comes, thank you to both and for the AMAZING job they do as admins and allowing us to play in the sandbox that they've given all of us. i have made friends here i will remember for the rest of my life, and memories to last even a little more. thank you everyone here that i've had the privilege of interacting with, building stories alongside, and spending hours being silly n goofy in vc with. love you all so very much!!

as always super grateful not only to my friends for introducing me and helping me throughout my time in hoenn, but to staff as well for providing such a cool dnd esque sandbox to play in. also, proud to be a part of a site that has managed to stay so active and creative for 5 whole years. when i used to do advertising work, i would never find something so long standing. it was incredibly rare in animanga and i think hoenn is extra cool for that hehehe <3

I'd like to take this time to thank you all again for the kind words. I'm so grateful to you all. I've never experienced a roleplay community like this as a player or staff. Even if there were some bumps along the way and of course, bumps will continue to come, I feel like all the ups and downs were necessary to get to where we are now: an incredible haven of writing where new and old writers alike can come together to make believe. You all make roleplaying Pokemon a joy—and I know that I'll never ever have something like this again to come home to after work. You're all so special to me. Thank you all once again. <3
