Hello! The name is Outcast! I know many members/people have characters that have themes to their characters team like types of pokemon ( fire, grass, and ice, etc. ), color of pokemon ( pink, blue, green, etc. ), body shape of pokemon ( serpentine bodies, quadruped body, etc. ), egg groups ( human like, dragon like, water one, etc. ), size of a pokemon ( small, medium, large, etc ), and some just similar species or other similar characteristics ( feline, canine, avian, monster like, baby, weather, fluffy, stats, names start with s, rarity, ability, etc. ). But I'd love to collect together a LIST of some sort! cos I'm a nerd, ok? I like lists. If you guys are up for it, post here in response to this using the template below and I'll shuffle into some sort of a format. For now it's alphabetical, but I may split it per typing sorta thing? if you dont have a theme, than you dont need to reply. this is just for curiosity.

There's a neat little section in it for our profile cards! Remiel's is Dragon/Ghost. But I really try to lean towards a 'royal' theme, so I got pokémon like Frillish and Gardevoir, too.

what a cute list idea!

's is fire/ground/steel type pokemon
's is baby/non-evolving/pink pokemon(especially pink shinies!)
's is ghost type pokemon or galarian pokemon
's seem to be poison/dark/ice but also spiders and wolf pokemon
@matthew's is all of it, any of it, whatever works
's is water/electric pokemon (typically yellow pkmn apparently)

- Anything and everything that has wings. Mostly Flying-types, but there are a crap load of ‘mons out there that have wings / aren’t Flying-type but have wings all the same, since it goes with his gym theme.

- Hilariously most of his best Pokémon are ones that have Mega Evolutions but the funny thing here is he only has ONE singular Mega Stone.

- Anything cute, basically anything cute that can kick your ass while still looking cute!

- Big Pokémon. Strong Pokémon. Basically anything that makes him feel better about his ‘Napoleon Complex’…

- She doesn’t have a set theme specifically, but I noticed that (checking my notes for her collection) she tends to favor Pokémon with interesting personalities.


Interesting thing to note is that majority of my characters have a thing for the Beldum / Bagon / Rufflet / Ralts / Cyndaquil evolutionary line. I don’t know if that’s coincidence or something. Almost all of them have one or two shared Pokémon across each other.

To break it down further:

Alexei, Lars and Izumi have a Rufflet line Pokémon (Braviary)

Alexei, Lars, Izumi and Arashi have a Beldum line Pokémon (hilariously one of each evolution line spread across them; Lars's trademark Pokémon is Ro the Metagross)

Alexei, Lars, Izumi and Andrea have a Ralts line Pokémon (Izumi only has a Gardevoir, Andrea has two female Ralts [oh boy this is going to be an interesting plot point for her], while Lars and Alexei have one of each of the two evolution lines)

Alexei and Lars (for now) have a Bagon line Pokémon (both with Salamence; however I also see Arashi chasing for one since it’s a big-ass strong Pokémon, and even if this is also on Izumi’s wish list I see her chasing this one down when luck shines down on her)

Alexei, Lars, Izumi and Andrea have a Cyndaquil-line Pokémon (with the exception of Izumi who still has a Cyndaquil, all the others mentioned have a freakin’ Typhlosion)

interesting. although i know we do have a few out there, we dont seem to have bugs (think we do, cant remember who), fighting (shiv has one i think), grass (shiv i think), psychic, fairy, normal, and rock (wizz right?) types trainers. not much for colors other than pink and yellow though i was thinking of making maverick collect black colored creatures too. species... i expected someone to have like hooved for horse like pokemon which i think we do. same with variation collector. interesting interesting. feel free to reply to add your character if you desire.

can't believe i've never seen this.

uses primarily steel-types and fossils. (has a few rock-type non-fossils he uses as well, but)
favours ghost and psychic types. (he only uses all kinds b/c he's a ranger, utility)
is pure fairy-type energy. also butterflies and moths.

Gonna include two of my archived babies, if that's okay!

| fairy/normal pokemon & a few electronics-related pokemon like the roto loto (rotom)
| electric pokemon, food-related pokemon

I initially wanted 's team to be geared towards a city life for their utility (porygon, rotom, klefki, alolan meowth), but there's only so many pokemon that fit the criteria so I've been giving her some purples and generally elegant-looking pokemon too.
