THIS IS A TOUGH CONTEST with a FAR EASTERN theme (kabuki, samurai, geishas, etc).

Hoenn has been afflicted by far too many disasters in recent years, while newer threats loom in the horizon. The TOUKON contest hosted in the rural town of FALLARBOR aims to serve as a much needed source of fun and entertainment for the dejected populace, while also boosting public morale. No matter how many dimensional destroyers, space-time anomalies and other hardships the Hoennian people had to endure, they persevered through their raw FIGHTING SPIRIT (TOUKON). The stage is set... Let us show the entire multiverse how TOUGH we really are!

You may only post once per round. There will be no posting order. No strict deadline for posting, but if a player stalls for a long period of time, their character may get disqualified.

Signing up

Each member can only sign up with one character, and use only one Pokemon. Movesets will be locked.

Sign-ups will close on DECEMBER 17TH, 11:59PM PST, or earlier, if up to ten people have joined. Order is first come, first served.

Appeal Phase

Use the roll command when you post for each round. The number that you roll will determine how many appeal points you get for the given round.

Players are prohibited from using salac berries, but each participant may have one free reroll in the thread.

Furthermore, entering this contest with a Pokemon that belongs in the monster and/or dragon egg group(s) will add 10 to all of your rolls (cannot go higher than 100).

The character with the highest total of appeal points at the end of the last round will be crowned the winner.

21-30: three appeal points[break]
31-40: four appeal points[break]
41-50: five appeal points[break]
