MT. CHIMNEY CONTINUES TO QUAKE. Regardless of whether people are on the earth or in the air, the rumbling of the volcano can be felt. The dread builds. Bubbles like a disturbed gut. Waves of heat waft across the air in stunning discs as the Groudon rampages within its chamber.[break][break]
PRECIPICE BLADES jut out from the mountain like infernal thorns. Everyone's previous experience with these detonating obelisks forces the trainers to collaborate. In striking unison, their Pokemon collapse blade after blade. Each blade is destroyed in a stunning display of all the elements.[break][break]

HYDRO PUMP from

CORVIKNIGHT crashes onto pillar and like the red sea converging upon a scourge,
Victor Wexler's
SAMUROTT provides a tide of its own. [break][break]

DODRIO returns. Its beaks and talons slam into a
PRECIPICE BLADE, crushing its upper half like a soda can before

Nearby, as attacks collide with the
GROUDON itself, small rocks are hurled at it by one @giselle. In its frenzied state, one of its sour yellow eyes turn to the one stoning it. Suddenly, a
BOULDER smashes into a pillar near @giselle, thrown by
DEREK HOFFMAN's
MACHAMP.[break][break]
Simultaneously, the
HEALING RAIN from
Ruby Walker allows some space for relief with the cooling from
siobhan burke's
HAIL.
Hideo Kino and
DEREK HOFFMAN make a significant decision in taking care of the toxic gases from the volcano. Their
WEEZING and
ROSERADE prevent nearby trainers from scarring their lungs and inhaling horrible smoke.[break][break]

THE GROUDON CHASES AFTER the falling
Greyson Connors. Attacks from those surrounding the volcano's exposed chamber help the man reach his destination. However, a stray
SOLAR BEAM from
GROUDON manages to fire toward him— but
Andy Blackadder's
TREVENANT manages to snatch
Greyson Connors away from its beam, teleporting him against his Pokemon's floral bed roughly, the momentum of evasion causing the man to still hit the flowers hard.

GARDEVOIR and its
PHANTOM PSYCHICS continually blind the Groudon with light, as
DRAGON DARTS explode nearby. His
DELPHOX PSYCHICS the
RED ORB upward and toward a
PRECIPICE BLADE.
MATIAS SILPH is swift to join him and
Eva Morales to erect a
SAFEGUARD.[break][break]
As
Stormy Silph is rescued by
illeana reyes, her
HEALING MIST an instant grace upon her and the
MOLTRES she is set on. The
ELITE FOUR MEMBER is rejuvenated within her presence as
Stormy Silph's
TALONFLAME U-TURNS the
GROUDON to fend it off further. Roaring, the behemoth watches as a
HYPER BEAM from
illeana reyes's
DRAGONITE slices through a
PRECIPICE BLADE nearby.[break][break]
A
DRACO METEOR descends upon the
RED ORB as the
PRECIPICE BLADE underneath smolders. The pillar
EXPLODES, but it weakened by
Greyson Connors's
MEGA STEELIX and its
STONE EDGE. With each strike, the
RED ORB's constitution shows signs of weakness. A
LEAF STORM from
Amor Rose's
MEGA SCEPTILE dices into it and carries it further up, the sky above flickering in odd rift-like veins.[break][break]

The
GROUDON acts immediately. It nears
Greyson Connors's group as
Andy Blackadder's
TREVENANT feels the heat increase to terrifying degrees. From the air,
Remiel Calcifet's
HURRICANE joins with
Cardamom Bliss's
TROPIUS' to deter the beast. Before it, the
RED ORB flies, cracking in sharp lines— and as it extends its gigantic claw,
FERNANDO SILPH's
TAPU FINI commits to a reckless
Z-MOVE: GUARDIAN OF ALOLA. Gathering the energy of the region, the
ISLAND DEITY forms a body of hair-raising power before slamming its forged
FIST into the backside of the
GROUDON. A bone-rattling cry erupts from the Pokemon's throat as the
RED ORB soars, the
Z-MOVE preventing the Pokemon from reaching it. Those nearby will feel a powerful pulse of energy course through their bodies, threatening to topple those standing to their feet.[break][break]

Snarling, the
GROUDON builds stone pillars to help it reach the orb with stunning speed and violent precision. Pokemon nearby are forced to weave out of this new rock range— but it trips as a stone pillar pushes its foot.

Zac Ramsay emerge from the mountain, empowered by the past. As
zenji jabami's
PILLARS strike out from the magma to attempt and lock the
GROUDON by its waist,
Zac Ramsay summons a tree that grows and pulses with the power of his
AVATAR ABILITY.

Not to be deterred, the
GROUDON spreads all arms. Opens its hellish jaw. The whole world seems to still before the volcano erupts with a powerful, earth-ending bang. Lava, smoke, and hot tephra blast out into a cloud. @jess's healthy
STARLY times its
FINAL GAMBIT. The
RED ORB receives a dramatic split in its middle before
Andy Blackadder's
MEGA GENGAR fires a powerful
SHADOW BALL at the stone. As others join in,
illeana reyes's
GOLURK unleashes a
Z-MOVE: NEVER ENDING NIGHTMARE. In a ghostly finish— the
RED ORB shatters. Above, the sky flashes to a great expanse of the past. Fragments of the stone are tossed up with the boiling cloud of ash.[break][break]
The eruption spills out into the past skies. Another surging wave of lava and smoke emerges— but it is caught. Weakened by
Zac Ramsay's
HEATRAN's earlier tampering with the magma flow, it is slow enough for
FERNANDO SILPH's
ZYGARDE & HEATRAN,
giona ferrara,
Zac Ramsay and
zenji jabami to cover the majority of the volcano top with their powers. Stone upon stone begins to loom over the
GROUDON in its deep chamber— however, the creature seems to have calmed. Its eyes revert to a normal hue. With the
RED ORB destroyed— the
GROUDON seems to have gained its senses. A deep roar helps still the mountain's volcanic activity...[break][break]
RESOLUTION

HOWEVER, THE MOUNTAIN SHAKES AGAIN. A part of the chamber's wall is burst open. The
REGIDRAGO from below emerges, seeking revenges. It sports a blackened mask of hardened magma over its round, magenta body, like a murderous jester. Beeping, it fires
HYPER BEAMS at the
GROUDON, some missing to crack apart the
COVERING made by the
TEMPORARY AVATARs.[break][break]
The two titans engage in a fight within the chamber. As more holes and stretches of stone are blasted away—
EVERYONE would begin to feel battered by small stone. Drops of lava strike the ground. Whatever comes up— must come down. However, before the eruption can descend to wreak havoc upon the current times, a cry from some unknown space, an undetected plane, a voice that is thrown across the temporal weave shakes the mountain.[break][break]

The
DARK, PAST SKY closes. Zipped up neatly, the blue sky of present day
HOENN returns. However, one
RED FRAGMENT falls... and lands within the maw of the fighting
REGIDRAGO. Suddenly, the
TITAN seems more energetic before. As the fragment is subsumed— the
REGIDRAGO regains the power it has lost over time.[break][break]

With no recharge, with no risk to its own life force due to the exorbitant amount of energy it has procured, the
REGIDRAGO fires
DRAGON ENERGY after
BEAM OF DRAGON ENERGY. The powerful, draconic lasers cut through the volcano's top and crash into the
GROUDON's chest. Those who witness the fight will see the land titan hurt to a concerning extent— but it does not falter. With a death defying roar, the
GROUDON bearhugs the
REGIDRAGO and slams it deeper into the magmatic chamber, bursting through walls and magma to take their fight deeper underground as it summons one last
MAGMATIC ERUPTION to keep it away from the
HEROES OF HOENN.[break][break]
THE FINAL CATACLYSM

IN ORDER TO SAVE EVERYONE FROM THE REGIDRAGO, the
GROUDON had to cause one last, smaller
ERUPTION. However, this has caused lava to spew out of the volcano top once more. A
WAVE OF HOT LAVA spills out and begins to travel down the mountain, putting those on the ground such as
Victor Wexler or the injured
kanoa kaʻuhane at risk.[break][break]

Run for your lives— or find those in the air to assist you. The
LAVA FLOW can be stopped with the intervention of Pokemon and other powers. Surely,
mint frost's
LIVE STREAM will document the stunning finale— although the past little bit may make his work more of a contender for shaky cam films.

Please exercise respect, humility, and a willingness to collaborate. Should RP etiquette be broken in this thread, your character may be promptly removed. Furthermore, should you miss the posting deadline, there is a chance that your character will be ejected from the raid.[break][break]

As the RED ORB shatters, Groudon’s change in demeanor is obviously recognizable to the doctor. The titan. Th beast challenges the threat of the Regidrago, essential protecting the people that had attempted to calm the beast. She can sympathize, so as the Regidrago fires off DRAGON ENERGY towards Groudon, Eva commands the Mega-Salamence to PROTECT it. A shimmering barrier erects between the two, but it cracks beneath the power of the super-charged legendary.
